This condo offered many amenities, including: sand toys, a beach umbrella, beach towels and snorkel gear. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The patio offers an ocean view and looks out on the canopy of palm trees and the property grounds.

Loved this property! Great location in Kihei, walking distance to the beaches and a lot of food options. It was nice to be away from the busy main street noise. Window a/c unit in the living room kept the space at a nice temperature-having the ceiling fans on and keeping the bedroom door open helped the a/c reach the bedroom. Thoroughly enjoyed the provided beach chairs and umbrella! A lot of amenities were provided and appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a great stay here. It was our first time in Maui so I wanted a good location for driving to lots of spots. This location was perfect. Easy driving to West Maui, RTH, Wailea, etc. Kam 1 was right across the way and a great beach. We drove over instead of walking because we had so much beach stuff, but it's easily walkable with two people's worth of stuff. We had three adults and two teens but never felt super crowded. The condo was quiet and well appointed. Having the beach stuff available to us in the condo made a huge difference. It is so appreciated. The giant soft sided cooler and ice packs already in the freezer were the best. We used it everyday. Excellent communication before and during the stay. I asked a ton of questions before arrival and always got quick courteous answers. I would definitely recommend this condo to others and would stay again myself.

There were some nice beach chairs, a cooler, Snorkels and masks, beach toys and a few umbrellas.We purchased a Tommy Bahama umbrella and left it behind because it was too large to take home with us. The only issue was with ants in the unit. Use some vinegar spray to keep them away kept things very clean and put everything in the refrigerator that seem to help. Unit was clean enough, but I think it could use a deep cleaning.

Pros: Great location, nice bedding, kitchen is stocked well, and plenty of beach/pool toys. Cons: Condo is dated, needs a deep cleaning, paint is scuffed throughout, carpet is stained, beds are only so-so, and the window ac isn't adequate for super hot days. Further, the fridge is stained and didn't keep things cold enough (threw out meat and milk the day after purchase as the fridge won't stay cold). We are a family of 6 and it fit us all, but I don't believe I'd stay there again.

Clean quiet renovated condo. ideal location. Well stocked kitchen . Beautifully resurfaced tennis courts just down the stairs. Dmitry was excellent communicator, reply within 20 min. Highly recommend

We always try to stay at Maui Vista when we make our annual February trip to Kihei as it is conveniently located and well insulated from street noise. This was our first time at Building 3. The condo is exactly as advertised. Because it is not in direct sun light, we didn't need to use the air conditioning unit at all. The previous renters had broken some things, but the property managers were immediately there and solved the problems quickly and efficiently. The kitchen itself is well appointed and there are plenty of "extra" thoughtful touches. We would have rented it again next year, but the calendar showed someone else beat us to it.

This condo has everything you'll need for a relaxing time in Kihei with the comforts of home. Our check-in was easy and the directions provided were crystal clear. The place itself has very nice upgrades in the kitchen and bath, and is super clean. We literally had everything we needed including a washer and dryer, a small stock of supplies (i.e. dishwashing soap, laundry detergent and drying sheets, bars of soap, paper towels, etc.) and ample bath and beach towels. The beach equipment was nice to have and were in great shape. From boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and buckets/shovels, this place had it all! I highly recommend staying at this condo and will do so when we return!

This condo was perfect for a spur of the moment trip to Maui. It had plenty of room for people to sleep and is just steps from the beach. But it could use some updating and a good deep clean.

Maui is wonderful, we have been there several times and have always stayed at Maui Vista. It's a great location, close to the beach, shopping and several great restaurants. We've always been very happy with Maui Vista but found our condo this stay a little lacking. My husband and I took the loft, leaving the downstairs bedroom for our daughter and her young daughter. Not only was the closet padlocked closed, there was also no dresser or even a drawer. Lived out of our suitcases for FIVE weeks! Not ideal! On arrival we found that both toilets needed to be plunged on every use. We told our host, it took 8 days to have both toilets replaced. A LOT of plunging! There were cockroaches in the suite, i asked our host for some help, never heard back from him. The kitchen was pretty well equipped tho the advertised cooler was never found. All in all tho we loved our holiday in Maui and will definitely be returning with our family!

I am sorry but my experience here was bad and I will not be back. The air conditioner is in the living room only, next to patio door which is far from bedroom. So the room is hot, you can’t leave on the AC during the day or they will charge you extra. It’s on a timer, not comfortable at all. Sheets were old, ran out of TP, and it just felt like it wasn’t clean before we got there. The TV went out the second day so that entertainment for night time was gone.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely love the location of this unit, would stay at Maui Vista again and again as this was our third time, but We will never stay in unit 3419 again. The AC units BOTH need to be replaced, they are covered in black mold, making breathing difficult for both of my asthmatic kids. It was pretty awful. The unit was very dirty upon arrival. Dust everywhere, the floors were so filthy. My husband and I cleaned this unit best we could to make it more comfortable for our stay but there was no getting that black mold out of BOTH ac units, they need to be replaced. Overall I’d give the unit a 2/10 rating and would love to get my cleaning deposit back as we left the unit far more clean than what we arrived to.

The view from the lanai and access to the beach were absolutely excellent. We watched whales during the day and saw the sunset in the evening.

The condo was spacious for just the two of us and the complex was well maintained and quiet. We booked a same day reservation due to some last minute travel changes so there were some check-in issues. The check-in email was not sent automatically and I had to call the Vacasa customer service number which was quickly answered. However, we were given the wrong keycode twice and the third code was for the keybox which was good enough that I didn't bother trying to get the correct keycode at that point. Vacasa also called saying we hadn't checked in which was not the case as I confirm with the complex office. The balcony and adjoining living area provide lovely westerly views but that also means that the single window AC unit was not sufficient to keep up with the mid afternoon heat (outside temp were in the high 80s). This was not a big deal for us as we were usually out and about enjoying the island. The bedsheets need to be refreshed as they were breaking down and pilling. Had to be careful with the dishwasher as well since there is a seal that was coming loose. The shower head is also pretty low at approximately 5 feet. These are not big issues but not ones I've had at other Vacasa stays. We enjoyed our time nevertheless. Late checkout was offered which was nice.

This condo was in a great location. We could see the ocean from the balcony and see parts of the beautiful sunsets. It's an older condo, but it was clean. It had pretty much everything you need for an amazing trip to Maui. If you need air conditioning, this may not be for you. It does have a window air conditioner and multiple fans, but when it's 90 degrees outside it just didn't help much. We were there to be outside and enjoy Maui, so it worked for us.

I am sorry but my experience here was bad and I will not be back. The air conditioner is in the living room only, next to patio door which is far from bedroom. So the room is hot, you can’t leave on the AC during the day or they will charge you extra. It’s on a timer, not comfortable at all. Sheets were old, ran out of TP, and it just felt like it wasn’t clean before we got there. The TV went out the second day so that entertainment for night time was gone.

Pros: Great location, nice bedding, kitchen is stocked well, and plenty of beach/pool toys. Cons: Condo is dated, needs a deep cleaning, paint is scuffed throughout, carpet is stained, beds are only so-so, and the window ac isn't adequate for super hot days. Further, the fridge is stained and didn't keep things cold enough (threw out meat and milk the day after purchase as the fridge won't stay cold). We are a family of 6 and it fit us all, but I don't believe I'd stay there again.

Loved the location of this property. Close to a wonderful beach and great shops. Property manager was accommodating and helpful. The condo itself could use some updates- some things as simple as fixing the toilet paper holder. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was spacious for just the two of us and the complex was well maintained and quiet. We booked a same day reservation due to some last minute travel changes so there were some check-in issues. The check-in email was not sent automatically and I had to call the Vacasa customer service number which was quickly answered. However, we were given the wrong keycode twice and the third code was for the keybox which was good enough that I didn't bother trying to get the correct keycode at that point. Vacasa also called saying we hadn't checked in which was not the case as I confirm with the complex office. The balcony and adjoining living area provide lovely westerly views but that also means that the single window AC unit was not sufficient to keep up with the mid afternoon heat (outside temp were in the high 80s). This was not a big deal for us as we were usually out and about enjoying the island. The bedsheets need to be refreshed as they were breaking down and pilling. Had to be careful with the dishwasher as well since there is a seal that was coming loose. The shower head is also pretty low at approximately 5 feet. These are not big issues but not ones I've had at other Vacasa stays. We enjoyed our time nevertheless. Late checkout was offered which was nice.

My family and I had a great stay here. It was our first time in Maui so I wanted a good location for driving to lots of spots. This location was perfect. Easy driving to West Maui, RTH, Wailea, etc. Kam 1 was right across the way and a great beach. We drove over instead of walking because we had so much beach stuff, but it's easily walkable with two people's worth of stuff. We had three adults and two teens but never felt super crowded. The condo was quiet and well appointed. Having the beach stuff available to us in the condo made a huge difference. It is so appreciated. Our host was fantastic! The place was exactly as described or maybe better. The host was very responsive to questions before we got there. When we got there, my wife thought one of the fans was too loud. She messaged the host and we had a new fan at the door when we came back from the beach. I can't imagine any way to be a better host. The condo is beautiful and we had six people who all enjoyed the stay. I have never had a bad experience with VRBO; but this is one is absolutely the best ever!

We always try to stay at Maui Vista when we make our annual February trip to Kihei as it is conveniently located and well insulated from street noise. This was our first time at Building 3. The condo is exactly as advertised. Because it is not in direct sun light, we didn't need to use the air conditioning unit at all. The previous renters had broken some things, but the property managers were immediately there and solved the problems quickly and efficiently. The kitchen itself is well appointed and there are plenty of "extra" thoughtful touches. We would have rented it again next year, but the calendar showed someone else beat us to it.

On site manager was unresponsive. Condo is a little run down. There are maintainance issues which are subtle, but show lack of concern for property, for example the toilet paper roll holder in the downstairs bathroom had apparently been broken since July 2024. See othe r reviews. Had to live out of suitcase upstairs, no closet or chest of drawers. Sheets had holes. Requested 2 twins combined into king. Wasn't done prior to arrival or after complaint. .no food storage containers. .Advertised with AC, ON TIMErRWITH MAX of two hours. And so on and so forth. This condo has everything you'll need for a relaxing time in Kihei with the comforts of home. Our check-in was easy and the directions provided were crystal clear. The place itself has very nice upgrades in the kitchen and bath, and is super clean. We literally had everything we needed including a washer and dryer, a small stock of supplies (i.e. dishwashing soap, laundry detergent and drying sheets, bars of soap, paper towels, etc.) and ample bath and beach towels. The beach equipment was nice to have and were in great shape. From boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and buckets/shovels, this place had it all! I highly recommend staying at this condo and will do so when we return!

Loved this property! Great location in Kihei, walking distance to the beaches and a lot of food options. It was nice to be away from the busy main street noise. Window a/c unit in the living room kept the space at a nice temperature-having the ceiling fans on and keeping the bedroom door open helped the a/c reach the bedroom. Thoroughly enjoyed the provided beach chairs and umbrella! A lot of amenities were provided and appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

the unit is older, but excellent location. the Beach is just across the street. And it has just an older window AC, so I imagine the summer can be too warm, espically upstair. In addtion, the twin beds upstair could use a better box frame. Thanks

As a Superhost myself, I always aim to provide thoughtful, constructive feedback, and I hope this is received in that spirit.We truly enjoyed our stay and found many things to appreciate about this condo. The location is excellent, and the view from the balcony is lovely, making mornings especially enjoyable. The unit was clean upon arrival, and the upstairs twin bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the welcome gift of cookies and coffee, along with thoughtful basics like dishwasher and dish soap, salt and pepper, which made it easy for us to prepare breakfast each morning.The beach chairs, beach towels, and parking were all great conveniences, and access to the unit was easy. The grounds are clean and well maintained, which adds to the overall appeal of the property.That said, this is clearly a well-worn, aging condo, and some regular maintenance and deeper cleaning would make a big difference—especially for longer stays like ours. A deep clean would be beneficial, including dry cleaning the drapes, washing lampshades, and addressing some dust buildup (notably the upstairs bathroom vent, which is very dusty and whose fan does not turn off). The kitchen faucet is loose and wobblyKnives are quite dull, and there was no food turner/spatula for cooking.The A/C filter light is on, indicating the filter needs replacement. Some electrical outlets do not work, Extra blankets, a dustpan and a way to mop the floors, as well as where to find extra trash bags would help.

There were some nice beach chairs, a cooler, Snorkels and masks, beach toys and a few umbrellas.We purchased a Tommy Bahama umbrella and left it behind because it was too large to take home with us. The only issue was with ants in the unit. Use some vinegar spray to keep them away kept things very clean and put everything in the refrigerator that seem to help. Unit was clean enough, but I think it could use a deep cleaning.
