Bel appartement avec un grand balcon avec vue sur le jardin et la mer au loin. Appartement très bien équipé (machine à laver, sèche linge, cuisinière et four) et bien situé près de belles plages et d’un grand magasin, très pratique pour les courses. Le complexe dispose d’une belle piscine et plusieurs terrains de tennis, pétanque géante, espèce de jeu de curling, mini golf et barbecues à disposition. Très beau coucher de soleil depuis les jardins du complexe

Pros: Beautiful view, well maintained property, great location with access to activities and restaurants while right on a fairly quiet beach, kitchen was well equipped for a rental, Wi-fi worked well Cons: The construction noise while we were there was intermittently insanely load, the beds are small, the pool is full sunrise to sunset

Beautiful property and grounds. The pool was very nice along with live music on Tuesdays. We even enjoyed games of shuffleboard. Very short walk to a nice beach. Quiet and we had everything we needed. We definitely will come back and stay again.

It’s in a great location near stores and restaurants, close to great beaches. The property has so many convenient things we thought we’d have to buy or bring (tennis gear, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.). The kitchen is well stocked too. They keep the property really clean and they’re easy to work with.

Our condo was wonderful. Dishes pots and pans and supplies were very generous in number. The view of the ocean and view of the gardens was breathtaking. We had 2 maintenance issues and the maintenance crew showed up within 5 minutes of our call. The pool area and grounds are well maintained. Our communication with the facility went well. One area I think needs attention is the gym. It is so small that even 4 to 5 people are too confined. The gym was too hot and the average temperature was between 81 to 85. We all commented that the air conditioner wasn't working and it needed to be cleaner. Beautiful property and I am highly recommending.

The condo was more spacious and better equipped than we expected, with great amenities and a convenient beachfront location. Front office was very respectful and courteous. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired—surfaces were dusty, bedding was not clean, cockroach droppings on surfaces, and some areas looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. We did contact the front office and they showed up to deal with the pest issues right away. With a bit more attention to cleaning, this place would be perfect.

Nuestra estancia estuvo bien el condominio estaba perfecto en tamaño para mi familia de 5 tenía todo lo necesario y la pasamos genial. Lo único es que si estaba sucio la taza del inodoro y la regadera estaban sucias les hace falta solo eso limpiar bien ..

The grounds and pool are beautiful. The unit we stayed in has not been kept up and needs to be refurbished. It was dirty, missing tiles, mold and rust in the shower. The refrigerator leaks water from the freezer down into the fridge everyday. Really worn and I will not stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Grounds and pool are very well tended. Our unit was very tired and needed a deep clean. But the beds, pillows, linens and towels were very good. The A/C wall unit in the living room struggles to keep the space comfortable. I informed the property and hopefully they will replace it. The dedicated lap swimming in the morning is wonderful otherwise it’s overrun with kids even during the non-spring break time window. Good location and very close to Azeka Shopping Center with lots of good food, a local grocery store and other shopping nearby. We would stay again but book in the B building to have a shaded lanai which would have improved our stay tremendously. Kihei is a fun, safe community to visit.

Disgusting experience - would give it a zero if I could. Grimy, dirty, dust and hair EVERYWHERE. No phone, or WiFi and spent ages making international calls trying to reach someone. Terrible management approach. We had to check out and find somewhere else to stay. Would not recommend at all.

Convenient location. Kitchen was very nice. Our unit had all the furnishings we needed. Having two full bathrooms was very convenient. Swimming pool was very nice. Balcony had a great view of the courtyard and ocean.

Good location , beach is not for kids to play because there is a lot of rocks :-(, condo is outdated but in a good location. Ac unit turns off every 4 hours and that is annoying to be waking up and turn all the 3 units during the night.

Our unit was very dated and was in need of an update to the decor, countertops and other things such as the kitchen fixtures. The pullout couch was extremely thin and was very uncomfortable and when we asked if they had a mattress topper we were given extra blankets instead. We saw several other units that appeared to have been remodeled with updated flooring, fixtures and furniture. The location was nice but it was very windy every afternoon so the beach was not useable.

Our family of five had a great stay at Maui Sunset. The condo was spacious and comfortable and very nice inside. We loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer. The facility courtyard has lots of activities (putting, pickle ball, bocci, and ) along with the pool. It was a great home base for our family vacation and not overly crowded or touristy like other spots on the island. Lots of food and shopping also nearby.

Condo was great size for family of four. Two nice size bedrooms, and two bath. As with many of the condos here in Maui, definitely needed some maintenance completed And a good deep cleaning. The pool and surrounding grounds of the property were absolutely pristine. Location fantastic to get to all parts of the island.

Maui Sunset absolutely knocked our socks off. The location is great, the grounds are beautiful and the pool was a favourite for our boys. 212A was stocked with a cooler, four beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and sand toys for our youngest. The condo stayed cool, tons of room and the sleeping set up was great. We finished every night off sitting on the patio enjoying a drink, watching everyone enjoy this beautiful property. WE WILL BE BACK 🙌🙌🙏✋➡️✋

Air conditioner in living room hardly worked at all and the ceiling fan in living room on went very slow even on highest setting. Bedroom air and fan worked fine. Best thing is location followed by the property grounds (landscape, pool, grills, and gym). Unfortunately, our one bed unit had a small bedroom with even smaller on suite bath. I think it was remodeled (converting one bath into two). The condo was a good size with ocean and mountain views from lani. Our unit could really use some new living room furniture. The couch was very uncomfortable. They said we could check in early but should have utilized the time to better prepare unit for next guests. Generally clean but there was sand and mold build up in showers. Nice, quiet, and on the beach.

Property is great but it was difficult to get a hold of the rental team when we wanted to rent body boards. Ran into the same issue when it was time to return them. No one was there.

We got a nice upgrade to a supreme ocean view, which had an extra bathroom. The place was clean. It took a while to cool down, and even though we were on the fifth floor ants would come when we left anything on the counter. But it was well appointed. My kid loved the pool.

The only negative about our stay was a water leak in the master bathroom, which we reported to the maintenance folks on the first day of arrival. Nobody ever called us about the issue and nobody came to check on the issue

部屋からの景色が最高・近隣へのアクセスも便利で最高でした。 しかしフロントの女性の対応が最悪。ホスピタリティ精神が皆無でした！こちらからの疑問や質問にも、親切に向き合う姿勢がなく怖い顔をしていました。 残念に思います。

The washing machine in our unit started billowing smoke out of the closet. It was just before 8pm and I wasn't able to reach anyone on property grounds for assistance until the following day. They have an after hrs phone tree that sends you in circles to people who can't/won't assist. We had to pack up and moved to a different unit only to find it had a cockroach and fly (dead flies everywhere) issue. Hospitality was not at the top of the list for staff members as they all had a "not my job" attitude when we needed assistance. There was a large number of MAGA supporters staying there boasting their political stance via paraphernalia etc. It was ugly and made for an uncomfortable experience.

It’s in a great location near stores and restaurants, close to great beaches. The property has so many convenient things we thought we’d have to buy or bring (tennis gear, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.). The kitchen is well stocked too. They keep the property really clean and they’re easy to work with.

Great condo within easy Uber or driving distance from everything. Beautiful grounds and pool. Quiet. Only two issues: the bedroom mirror came off the wall one night. Next morning the maintenance man came right away. Also showed him that our patio door needed lock fixed. He was very nice and also showed us how to use the tv, which had been a bit of a problem. Cleaners were great. Everyone very friendly. Felt quite safe there and had pretty much everything we needed. Had a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My ohana had a great time! The unit is located ground level directly across from the pool, which the kids utilized all weekend. Very peaceful and relaxing, our kids probably contributed to most of the excitement that weekend, LOL. Grocery stores are located near by, Kahului isn’t too far either. Down falls, the refrigerator and oven did not work properly. Our food froze up after the second day, ended up having to toss most out before we left. Wendi from Kumulani was great! She assisted us with all our needs and concerns. We’ll be back!

This was a perfect condo for my family of 5. The number of rooms and beds was perfect. The place had everything you could possibly need for cooking and bbq-ing. The on property washer and dryer was a huge plus. My kids loved the pool and hottub. The sunset view from the beach was easy to stroll to and quite lovely. Staff was friendly and distance to food and markets, etc. was fantastic. Thank you Maui Sunset for a great stay and experience.

The location was good. The beach was very small to non existent, but many other beaches near by. Was nice they provided beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear for 2. Room was a little small for a family of five, but doable. Wish they had more organized events like live music, fire dancers, etc.

The place was clean and nice, and the property is beautiful and well taken care of. The only down side is you can’t really walk to any shops and you need to drive everywhere (but since you have a car, it’s not that bad and shops are a close driving distance). We loved having the big grass area and walking along the beach. Plus the pool is awesome! The unit has everything you need :)

Loved Maui Sunsets location and well kept pool and hot tube. The best part was it was actually beach front with incredible sunsets and sunrises. They communicated with us and worked it out to check in a little early on our first day. Thank you and we will be back to stay with you.

This is an older complex, so no central AC, instead noisier individual AC units for each condo - some of them looked atrocious. The property pool was nice and clean - and was cleaned every morning! The property lawns were beautiful! Nice palm trees, birds chirping. Would be completely peaceful if it weren't for the AC noise. Note that the beach in front of the property is completely unusable for swimming: the ocean floor is covered with sharp rocks! - learned from experience. So, one has to drive to a beach, which was a small negative, since there are several beaches nearby. This is a condo complex, so your mileage will vary, dependent on the unit. We stayed at unit A212. There was a boogie board and beach chairs in the closet, which was a nice touch. On the negative side, the bed pillows and, especially, the linen were absolutely terrible - polyester in humid Hawaii clumate is very uncomfortable! We saw one roach-like insect inside the unit, which according to what we heard is not unexpected in this climate.

Our family of 5 stayed at Maui Sunset on our first trip to Maui. It was perfect for our needs, the one bedroom with pull out and Murphy bed fit us just right. Only down side was that it’s not super close to all the shops and restaurants but we had a rental car so it wasn’t an issue.

Our family of five had a great stay at Maui Sunset. The condo was spacious and comfortable and very nice inside. We loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer. The facility courtyard has lots of activities (putting, pickle ball, bocci, and ) along with the pool. It was a great home base for our family vacation and not overly crowded or touristy like other spots on the island. Lots of food and shopping also nearby.

Best thing is location followed by the property grounds (landscape, pool, grills, and gym). Unfortunately, our one bed unit had a small bedroom with even smaller on suite bath. I think it was remodeled (converting one bath into two). The condo was a good size with ocean and mountain views from lani. Our unit could really use some new living room furniture. The couch was very uncomfortable. They said we could check in early but should have utilized the time to better prepare unit for next guests. Generally clean but there was sand and mold build up in showers. Nice, quiet, and on the beach.
