Thoroughly recommend this property, lots of room, well laid out. Fantastic location for time on the river or just walking into Wroxham. Everything you needed and very comfortable. Ample parking lovely surroundings

Beautiful house wirh access ti the marina, which was simply idyllic. Use if row boat was enjoyed by all.

We stayed the last weekend in January for my mum’s 80th birthday celebrations. We were lucky with the weather so used the rowing boat which was great fun. The place was perfect with enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone and everything you could need, including a large fridge and plenty of crockery. Dining room with ten chairs and four large sofas so everyone could be together. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. We also hired a 12 seater boat for half a day from Wroxham Lauch Hire. 5 mins walk and man was so helpful. A great way to really experience the Broads. Can’t rate highly enough :-)
