We are so happy that we were able to stay at this home for a month. Clean, comfortable and well stocked, the home was a perfect retreat for us. There are two great outdoor patios and a hot tub in the back yard. We enjoyed the putting green and a great playlist from the stereo set up! It is in a quiet and peaceful Oceanside neighborhood, very walkable to beach, pier and downtown. Alexandra is a great host – sent us tons of information about the rental before we arrived, and was very attentive and prompt with answers to the few questions we had during our stay. A real gem!

Likely one of the best well stocked STRs I have ever stayed in. Towels, linens, robes, so many dishes, appliances, washer dryer, full size steamer, laptop, fire pit. Waking distance to The Cup for coffee and the beach. Lovely backyard with a hot tub. Putting green in the front. And don\'t even get me started on the master bath. If you are looking for a place in Oside this should be on the top of your list. My only issue was that the listing states it sleeps 6. I think there was a futon when I made my reservation but that turned into an air mattress which did not make my 6 foot tall 25 year old son very happy. I don\'t know that an air mattress should count as "sleeps 6" however the other amenities made up for that and we had a great time.

The house was so welcoming, all our needs were met. Master bathroom was incredible. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and the 4 hole putting green. The house is walking distance to the ocean and places to eat. Would love to come back.

This House would be AMAZING for 4 people who are comfortable sleeping next to each other. There are 2 rooms with a queen bed in each one, they did provide a twin size blow up mattress which we were so grateful for because we wouldn’t have fit without it. We had 5 girls and we felt crammed getting around each other and sleeping. On the bright side everything was nice and clean, amazing shower. We appreciated having so much kitchenware and spices to use, was so helpful when cooking. We were so close to many awesome places and the beach! The hot tub was so fun and nice after the beach and rainy days. The neighborhood was so cute and lovely to walk in. Overall I would love to stay here again for a couples trip or a girls trip with 2-4 people.

Cant say enough about this home. Felt like our own. We rent every year at Oceanside and this has been the best experience. Owners were amazing and responsive. House is fully stock, there was nothing I couldnt find. Beds were the most comfortable. We used everything, from firepit, BBQ, hot tub and mini golf. Was able to work in mornings with thier fast wifi. Neighborhood is clean, safe to take walks. AC worked great which was a must for us. TV and music. Appliances worked great. Loved everything.

Small, but well furnished and a fully enclosed yard for those with pets. A hot tub is also in the yard as well as a nice grill and patio furniture. Just a few blocks from the beach, and easy access to both Oceanside Drive and Coast Highway, the main streets in Oceanside. Try Hill Street Donuts on the Coast Highway near Vista for some good donuts, and Venetos Cucina for Lasagna Al Forno Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Everything was as described. We had an excellent stay. The location is a few blocks off the beach (about a half mile). A great diner and a great brewpub are within walking distance, about three blocks away. It's adjacent to an elementary school, and the neighborhood is peaceful, friendly, and safe with lots of dog-walkers, joggers, and gardeners. It's super quiet, yet with easy access to major thoroughfares, perfect if you have a car. The owner has put a lot of care and thoughtfulness into design. There is a superabundance of extra linens, and they are nice ones. There are even deluxe place mats for the table, if you want to use them. Quality cleaning supplies and other items are stored in the garage. These details reflect the owner's high standards. Because the sidewalk cannot be blocked, a long car (bumper to bumper) cannot be parked in the driveway for very long (or else you will be cited by the city). My Honda Accord fit with just inches to spare. If your car is too long, you can safely park in the street. There are two televisions (living room and one bedroom) with extended cable; there's a little laptop for your use; and the WiFi internet is superfast. There is also AC, which we did not need to use. But the majority of properties at the coast lack AC, so this is an important detail in the months when it might get hot.

We had a great stay and found everything to be as promised in the listing. We had everything we needed to cook and enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the hot tub. The desk/work area is a little small but workable. The living room are is also a little small for everyone to sit but also workable. The master bath is now finished and amazing. Will stay again!

We had a great time staying at the house for the whole month! It had everything we needed to work remotely during the days and enjoy a beach vacation in the afternoons. There was a huge supply of dishes, towels, rugs, and blankets to make our stay very comfortable. Even bathrobes to use after getting out of the hot tub! We also had our dog with us and I was glad that the back yard was completely enclosed and very secure.

Nice house, spacious bedrooms, very clean, kitchen well stocked. Some initial issues with getting TV to work, but Alexandra was very quick and helpful to resolve issue. For us, 10 min walk with the dogs to ocean, then there’s a walkway along beach towards Oceanside pier. Cars drive along that road, so need to be mindful. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Alexandra’s house! The location is perfect and very walkable to the beach, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. The house was spotless, well maintained, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and has beautiful, lush gardens out front and back. We loved the fully fenced, secure backyard for our dogs. We’ll definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our needs. Able to walk down to the Strand with the pup easily. Felt safe. Lots of dog walkers in the community. Inside Alexandra has all the amenities to make yourself at home. We did a lot of cooking and weren't lacking in any tools/utensils. Laundry set up was wonderful. Comfortable beds/pillows. Good heat/air circulation. (Yes, it was a bit cool during our time in San Diego). I had to do a few Zoom calls, and the computer station setup was perfect for a nice, clean background and window-lit space. Strong/fast internet. Really inviting outdoor spaces for sitting/soaking up the sun, sitting around the firepit, relaxing in the hottub, playing fetch with the dog. Off the street parking for one vehicle. The absolute best was the communication and support Alexandra gave as it was for less than pleasant reasons we were in town. We will be back to really take advantage of all the relaxation to be had. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay and found everything to be as promised in the listing. We had everything we needed to cook and enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the hot tub. The desk/work area is a little small but workable. The living room are is also a little small for everyone to sit but also workable. The master bath is now finished and amazing. Will stay again!

This property was perfect for our needs. Able to walk down to the Strand with the pup easily. Felt safe. Lots of dog walkers in the community. Inside Alexandra has all the amenities to make yourself at home. We did a lot of cooking and weren't lacking in any tools/utensils. Laundry set up was wonderful. Comfortable beds/pillows. Good heat/air circulation. (Yes, it was a bit cool during our time in San Diego). I had to do a few Zoom calls, and the computer station setup was perfect for a nice, clean background and window-lit space. Strong/fast internet. Really inviting outdoor spaces for sitting/soaking up the sun, sitting around the firepit, relaxing in the hottub, playing fetch with the dog. Off the street parking for one vehicle. The absolute best was the communication and support Alexandra gave as it was for less than pleasant reasons we were in town. We will be back to really take advantage of all the relaxation to be had. Highly recommend.

The host at the location was very informative prior to arriving. The accommodations and location were superb. This has been the most relax, easy going stay i have had in a Vrbo. I am planing on vacationing with this host in the future and I would highly recommend this Vrbo.

This house is in a wonderful dog friendly neighborhood with beautiful landscaping in the front . It is a very easy walk to a few neighborhood coffee shops, breweries ,restaurant’s and the beach. The House has potential to be great but with the master bathroom still under construction and some areas of the yard under construction it’s not ideal. We did enjoy our stay but feel it would make more sense to finish the remodel before renting out the house . There was plenty of linens and the beds we’re comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with anything needed to cook or grill.

Small, but well furnished and a fully enclosed yard for those with pets. A hot tub is also in the yard as well as a nice grill and patio furniture. Just a few blocks from the beach, and easy access to both Oceanside Drive and Coast Highway, the main streets in Oceanside. Try Hill Street Donuts on the Coast Highway near Vista for some good donuts, and Venetos Cucina for Lasagna Al Forno Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

We had a fantastic stay at Alexandra’s house! The location is perfect and very walkable to the beach, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. The house was spotless, well maintained, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and has beautiful, lush gardens out front and back. We loved the fully fenced, secure backyard for our dogs. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We are so happy that we were able to stay at this home for a month. Clean, comfortable and well stocked, the home was a perfect retreat for us. There are two great outdoor patios and a hot tub in the back yard. We enjoyed the putting green and a great playlist from the stereo set up! It is in a quiet and peaceful Oceanside neighborhood, very walkable to beach, pier and downtown. Alexandra is a great host – sent us tons of information about the rental before we arrived, and was very attentive and prompt with answers to the few questions we had during our stay. A real gem!

Likely one of the best well stocked STRs I have ever stayed in. Towels, linens, robes, so many dishes, appliances, washer dryer, full size steamer, laptop, fire pit. Waking distance to The Cup for coffee and the beach. Lovely backyard with a hot tub. Putting green in the front. And don\'t even get me started on the master bath. If you are looking for a place in Oside this should be on the top of your list. My only issue was that the listing states it sleeps 6. I think there was a futon when I made my reservation but that turned into an air mattress which did not make my 6 foot tall 25 year old son very happy. I don\'t know that an air mattress should count as "sleeps 6" however the other amenities made up for that and we had a great time.

This House would be AMAZING for 4 people who are comfortable sleeping next to each other. There are 2 rooms with a queen bed in each one, they did provide a twin size blow up mattress which we were so grateful for because we wouldn’t have fit without it. We had 5 girls and we felt crammed getting around each other and sleeping. On the bright side everything was nice and clean, amazing shower. We appreciated having so much kitchenware and spices to use, was so helpful when cooking. We were so close to many awesome places and the beach! The hot tub was so fun and nice after the beach and rainy days. The neighborhood was so cute and lovely to walk in. Overall I would love to stay here again for a couples trip or a girls trip with 2-4 people.

Cant say enough about this home. Felt like our own. We rent every year at Oceanside and this has been the best experience. Owners were amazing and responsive. House is fully stock, there was nothing I couldnt find. Beds were the most comfortable. We used everything, from firepit, BBQ, hot tub and mini golf. Was able to work in mornings with thier fast wifi. Neighborhood is clean, safe to take walks. AC worked great which was a must for us. TV and music. Appliances worked great. Loved everything.

A very nice little property which is well stocked and well taken care of. It’s also in a great location close to shops and beach. I had good communication from the hosts and definitely would return.

Clean house, excellent master bathroom addition, and a fenced backyard which was great for my dogs. Everything that you would need in a kitchen, plenty of supplies, new kitchen appliances & washer/dryer were a plus. Really comfortable beds made for a good night sleep after long days in the beach.

Very comfortable and clean place to stay. Great back yards for our pets. Close to beach and many restaurants. We I’ll stay there again.

Clean and just as pictured. Great location. Enjoyed our short stay. Living room furniture isn’t great for lounging, but fine for a short stay. Beds were nice. Overall, throughly enjoyed the stay.

We loved the property for our 6 week stay. Fenced in backyard was a plus for our dog. We loved the location. Neighborhood is filled with lovely houses with incredible landscaping / flora. We were 10 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to farmers market and restaurant area all on well maintained sidewalks. Kitchen was well equipped. Laundry facilities were very good. We would definitely visit again.

This property was very under stated , amazing view , great location. Highly recommend, I wish I was staying longer! I was a little worried hot tub wouldn’t be large enough but it was plenty spacious and very hot ! Very clean well cared for inside and the outside grounds. Very pet friendly , My lab enjoyed her stay as well. We didn’t utilize it but well stocked kitchen Easy stroll to the beach and just far enough from busy downtown to really enjoy the quiet atmosphere. I will definitely stay again!
