Bed wasn't the most comfortable although came with two types of pillows. Room great. Food choices limited. Breakfast wasn't really that western despite being a US chain. Great sound proofing. Pity no pool area. Not sure I'll be back when in the area again as there are better options in Electronic City.

We booked the hotel because of its proximity to our client, but we also used it as a base for personal excursions after the business portion of our trip to India concluded. The hotel has an effective on-site water purification system, meaning we could eat everything without restriction—including salads and ice cream. The dinner buffet was extensive and varied, featuring soup, rice, Asian noodles, 4–6 vegetarian dishes, two chicken dishes, one fish dish, and a pasta option (though we didn't try the pasta, as we enjoyed the Indian cuisine far too much). Breakfast offered similar variety; we particularly enjoyed being able to eat the prepared fruit. Service was consistently excellent, whether at the front desk, during meals, or during room cleaning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room's air conditioning was easy to adjust. Since we were visiting at the start of the rainy season and staying for over two weeks, we booked a suite to have a bit more space. Bommasandra is an industrial area, so the surroundings reflect that. However, we felt extremely comfortable inside the hotel itself, thanks to the friendly staff, cleanliness, and air conditioning.
