Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite rainy weather we throughly enjoyed our weekend. So convenient to restaurants, shopping and movie theater.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only complaint I have about the Property Management Company is that it seemed to take a long time to get the refund of my security deposit. It just hit my credit card account today for a stay that ended on October 27th. Otherwise, I thought the property mangement people I dealt with were very professional and nice.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit has an incredible view and location. It’s very badly in need of updates. It doesn’t look like the unit has been maintained at the level it should be for the cost.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was beautiful. Some small problems (TV in second bedroom didn’t work, light out in hallway), but the staff there did their best to try to get things right. Second bath was not as clean as it should have been. Been spending vacations in Harbor Springs our entire lives (70+ years), so we ate at favorite restaurants, shopped, and did a lot of relaxing!
