Great Parkside Microapartment Location AND Price

Great location. We had plenty of room for 12 people.

If you are going to Cincinnati for either a baseball game or a football game… It is about a 15 minute walk to both locations…. This is a great place to stay. If you have a large group is there are five bedrooms four bathrooms and multiple floors… The communication from the management was an excellent moment. I booked the property until after I left great follow up great follow-through!

Very up and coming neighborhood... It was a nice room, however they did not have the essentials; wine opener and extra blanket. It was loud in the middle of the night when people were just getting home from their night out. The restaurant Cantina, was a stones throw away and wonderful. You must try the hamachi.. so yum!

We rented this room in particular to walk to the noon Reds baseball game. We wanted to park and walk. We were unable to get a parking pass until 4:00 check-in. If I had known that in advance, I would have made other arrangements. We tried to call to get access to the parking pass, but there was no answer and the email was reserved for emergencies only. And, we were not aware that the room did not have a television.

This is a great property- especially for large families or groups. Great location with lots within walking distance or access to the trolley. I would suggest a few things to make it even better: kitchen towels, dresser on the top floor bedroom and some of the deck furniture wasn’t functional. Overall great place and host was very responsive to all my questions.
