Affordable 4 Br Luxury Villa near Disney/Private Pool/Arcade/Game room

House was clean, spacious, had some unexpected extras for little kids like an umbrella stroller and pack n play which i didnt use but could be helpful for someone else. Follow directions for the pool alarm. Only thing that would have been helpful was if there was some light cleaning supplies. There is only a straw broom but a regular broom or small vacuum, or a swiffer thing, and maybe an all purpose cleaning spray would be helpful. Otherwise loved it

Had to go purchase our own toilet paper trash bags and hand soaps for all the bathrooms. Pull out couch mattress was full of dirt and other items sent pictures to host got back a response of was that the couch...had to contact host for bathroom broke and ceiling fan didnt work was told they would be out the next day only fixed the toilet.

Everything was easy from start to finish. The villa wasn't bookable yet through VRBO, so I reached out to the host. She responded straight away and set everything up.Amazing villa. Felt like a home away from home. Would definitely rent again.The community is super nice and quiet. Had a oarcek delivered to the club house, and the oricess to collect was really easy.Got locked out as the battery in the door lock died, but the management company gave us access to the spare key, and were out within 15 minutes to replace the batteries. Definitely one if the best experiences we've had.

A comfortable, nicely decorated, roomy house located in a gated community. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood before. They keep it up; friendly staff at their community center, pool and small fitness room.4 bedrooms upstairs, all with large tvs, hard floors no carpet, heating ( we had 2 icy mornings), ac, WiFi, hot water all work well.Pool (north facing) and spa were clean. Definitely pay for pool heat after September. Game room with lots of stuff to do.45-50 minutes from MCO, 40 minutes to Universal, 20 minutes to nearest Disney, 75-90 minutes to Cocoa Beach- all depending on the heavy Florida traffic.Walmart and Publix close by; walk to British Pub- fun karaoke night.Check in no problem, owners responded timely to questions. A nice place.

Every thing was fine after the help of agents from VRBO .We weren T able to reach the owner to have the code for the door.
