We stayed here for 5 nights in May. The location was great, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. I would give it a higher rating if the communication was better, issues we encountered were addressed in a timely manner and they would add a few touches that would make the stay even nicer.The Concierge Portal we received 4 days prior to check in needs updating (heating instructions, washing machine location, access codes and instructions - it says we will receive them 5 days prior, I had to email the day before to get instructions on how to get it!).We communicated via What's App and got responses the first 2 days. After that, they did not reply to any of my texts - one request was the shower drain was not draining which I consider an important one as well as a safety issue. I finally emailed Tim and he replied " I have let maintenance know about the issues and will confirm when they will attend." They did come in on the day before we left to address the drain and the only way we knew it was fixed was all the hair they left in the bathroom trash can.Other things that could be improved: Fix toilet paper holder so it doesn't fall off the wall, get an new Nespresso machine - current one leaks, add some type of shelving or under sink cabinet in the bathrooms to store toiletries as they are very small, and fix the flooring between the back bedroom/bathroom.With a little attention to details, this place could be a 5 star rental.
