It’s is probably the best stay I ever had in any country. Location is superb with monorail linked, a mall with plenty of grocery and dining options, location right in the the heart of city, brand new facilities like swimming pool and gym, polite staff. 5 star for me all the way. Thank you.

Clean and modern almost to the point of sterility. Everything about it was meticulous and the view incredible. Security a little tedious and confused on check-in but got through it. Better than lax I suppose. Shopping Mall and monorail physically attached.

As this was an add on night due to staying on more night in KL I would have not stayed anywhere else. The staff, facilities, and suite were beyond my expectations.

Checked into the hotel apartment and the place was bright and nice. Towels were dirty but they offered to replace. The bathrooms had a very bad stench to it and it was unbearable! Called the staff and they agreed it was unacceptable. Moved us to a new apartment and the same issue. Horrible stench in the bathroom. Left the place without staying and got a refund. Would not recommend

Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Für Familien sehr gut geeignet, da die Räume sehr gross sind. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

部屋はとても綺麗で過ごしやすく快適でした。 一点残念なのはトイレとシャワーの部屋が下水のような匂いがして臭いました。 シャワー室にゴキブリも出たのでトイレとシャワー室が改善されれば完璧だと思います。

Locaition ist good direkt at the monorail station. But noch very clean. The bed wasnt cleaned if i get the flat. There was an washing maschine included so i coult clean it by myself but this cant be the standard.

We booked the signature two bedroom suite through Expedia.ca, and unfortunately, our stay was ruined by a strong sewage smell coming from the drains throughout the unit. The cleanliness was inadequate, with the entire place appearing not to have been properly cleaned. There was no kettle provided, and the water dispenser in the unit didn’t offer hot or cold options. Additionally, the kitchen faucet only had one temperature setting, and upon inspecting under the sink, it was clear the plumbing was set up for just one. I also wouldn't recommend using the tap water for cooking or drinking, as it had a yellowish tint. The unit could really benefit from a deep clean, as we noticed several whitish bugs crawling everywhere, likely coming from the adjacent garbage room. Due to the room being next to the garbage room, it was also quite noisy whenever someone on the floor tossed out their trash. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience considering the amount we paid for the large suite and would not recommend anyone to book at Quill City Residence.

Het is een mooi, ruim en net appartement. Alles verloopt prima en spreekt voor zich. In de avond heerlijk veel tijd op het grote balkon doorgebracht. De prijs kwaliteitverhouding is echt perfect. Je krijgt zeker waar voor je geld!!

Property was clean. Loved the rooms . Staff is good. Prepacked non veg breakfast option available only. Nights were noisy. We could not sleep because of Motorbikes sound every night.

This is not a hotel as reported on Expedia! They allow up to 6 people in the apartment, but there is only one king bed and a sofa bed—suitable for no more than 3 people. They serve only Malaysian boxed breakfast—spicy or extremely spicy salty food in a few variations, with a yogurt and a coffee or tea. It’s basically a nightmare if you’re staying for two weeks or more. You’re also required to reserve or choose your breakfast each day for the next day via an online form. During our stay, breakfast was consistently served 30–45 minutes later than the time we had selected. The cleaning service is only offered once a week, and during our second week, they skipped it entirely. You have to repeatedly ask for fresh towels or toilet paper, as they provide only a small roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a single large towel per person. Overall, the services are lazy and disorganized, although the apartment itself was nice and clean. Despite being on the 22nd floor, the apartment was quite noisy at all hours—you constantly hear the road noise hammering in your ears.

Excellent location connected to monorail and Quill City Mall with good dining and shopping options. Suite equipped with modern amenities and great views. Has its own washing machine kitchenet, Kitchen tools, refrigerator, microwave, and smart TV.

Zimmer sauber, sehr groß und für ein paar Tage sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Eingangstür war am Anfang recht ungewöhnlich, aber nachdem wir verstanden haben wie diese zu öffnen ist, war es kein Problem. Leider nur 4 Sterne, da wir mit Frühstück gebucht haben. leider gab es keins, ich soll mich eigenständig an Expedia wenden. Habe ich gemacht, bislang ohne Erstattung.

It was also a residential building I think. Not a regular hotel. If you are looking for room services or anything like that, this is not for you. It’s like an executive suite without services. Room is huge and new. There is a kitchen and laundry inside all for yourself. Price and location is also unbeatable.

It is not a hotel but an apartment, so expect no service. Bring your own toiletpaper, toilet leaking so floor was always wet in the bathroom. The receptionist was informed but nothing happened. Easy for public transport.

Great new, spacious and clean space. Good location. Lobby staff start from 10 AM (!) so checking out before this time was difficult. Staff speak barely English

Needed early check in and I called property several times to co firm early check in I was told it will be all sorted when I arrrive, however on arrival 3am in the morning we was at the property and there was no key card or anyone to help they was supposed to leave an key card with security but fail to we ended up getting a hotel for one night , the kitchen was disaster infested with insects and in the bathroom a bad smell coming from the vents would not book again , I recommend stay well away at all costs it’s expensive but cheap , I also believe the hotel leaked out personal information as I was contacted by someone who was pretending to be the hotel manager asking for a deposit I nearly gave my card details but I doubled checked with Expedia and was told not to and pay at the property the full amount , the reason I believe so is that when I complained to the hotel about not getting my early check in and why was there no key card they told me the systems was down and they are using there own personal laptop to operate and hence there was an miscommunication, not good for me as my personal could be compromised,

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and overall friendly attitude of all the staff at the residences. The room exceeded my expectations and it was in walking distant to a supermarket, general shopping stores, and a wide variety of places to eat.

I couldn’t check in via the kiosk & the agent was offsite when I arrived at night. My booking had not been transferred to the agent (Hausome). Luckily the man at reception from a different company went out of his way to help me & I was able to book with them there & then. The building & location are good.

The reception was not that great. They socially profiled me and told me that I had to pay a deposit and that I shouldn't break anything. But I saw 2 people before me that didn't pay any deposit and their service was impeccable. And when I insisted that expedia didn't mention anything about it. They let it go but repeated multiple times that I should not break anything

Bonne situation,très propre.Acceuil glacial,pas de CB le soir pour prendre sa chambre.Chambre familiale reservé mais pas de lit pour les enfants juste 2 canapé.On a demandé un lit d’appoint ,ils nous ont posé un matelas par terre.On a l’impression de déranger la réception quand on demande quelque chose.Bref un gros travail a faire sur l’organisation….

It is not a hotel but an apartment, so expect no service. Bring your own toiletpaper, toilet leaking so floor was always wet in the bathroom. The receptionist was informed but nothing happened. Easy for public transport.

位置佳，接駁著Monorail站，出遊方便。連接Quill Mall，有餐廳及supermarket，購物及用餐也非常便利。 房間整潔寬敞，冷氣充足，水壓也沒問題。 Easy check out, 即使沒觀景但也很滿意。

It’s is probably the best stay I ever had in any country. Location is superb with monorail linked, a mall with plenty of grocery and dining options, location right in the the heart of city, brand new facilities like swimming pool and gym, polite staff. 5 star for me all the way. Thank you.

Clean and modern almost to the point of sterility. Everything about it was meticulous and the view incredible. Security a little tedious and confused on check-in but got through it. Better than lax I suppose. Shopping Mall and monorail physically attached.

Excellent location connected to monorail and Quill City Mall with good dining and shopping options. Suite equipped with modern amenities and great views. Has its own washing machine kitchenet, Kitchen tools, refrigerator, microwave, and smart TV.

Property was clean. Loved the rooms . Staff is good. Prepacked non veg breakfast option available only. Nights were noisy. We could not sleep because of Motorbikes sound every night.

Whilst the apartment itself was lovely, spacious and in a great location, the management and processes for the accomodation were terrible. We opted for the breakfasts which to my surprise were microwaved small meals that were all spicy and not suitable. We’d paid around 1,200RM for meals we never received and the manager, Aaron, did nothing to resolve the issue for the 2 weeks. We then asked for a late check out

This is not a hotel as reported on Expedia! They allow up to 6 people in the apartment, but there is only one king bed and a sofa bed—suitable for no more than 3 people. They serve only Malaysian boxed breakfast—spicy or extremely spicy salty food in a few variations, with a yogurt and a coffee or tea. It’s basically a nightmare if you’re staying for two weeks or more. You’re also required to reserve or choose your breakfast each day for the next day via an online form. During our stay, breakfast was consistently served 30–45 minutes later than the time we had selected. The cleaning service is only offered once a week, and during our second week, they skipped it entirely. You have to repeatedly ask for fresh towels or toilet paper, as they provide only a small roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a single large towel per person. Overall, the services are lazy and disorganized, although the apartment itself was nice and clean. Despite being on the 22nd floor, the apartment was quite noisy at all hours—you constantly hear the road noise hammering in your ears.

Zimmer sauber, sehr groß und für ein paar Tage sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Eingangstür war am Anfang recht ungewöhnlich, aber nachdem wir verstanden haben wie diese zu öffnen ist, war es kein Problem. Leider nur 4 Sterne, da wir mit Frühstück gebucht haben. leider gab es keins, ich soll mich eigenständig an Expedia wenden. Habe ich gemacht, bislang ohne Erstattung.

ここはホテルでも、サービスアパートメントでもありません 複数の部屋を一括で管理運営している民泊です 掲載されている写真に間違いはありませんでしたが、 非常に多くのペナルティを予約してからメッセージで送ってきます ・ゴミを残してチェックアウトしたら罰金 ・汚れがあった罰金 など それを含めると、費用対効果では非常に悪い印象です また、トラブル時などでは、Whatsappが無いと全くコミュニケーション取れません 持ってない方は宿泊を控えた方が無難です ただ、ロケーションとアクセスは非常に良いので、そこだけは★5です

Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this property. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the location is excellent. It is within walking distance of public transport, shopping malls and supermarkets, making it very convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur. The only downside was that the kitchen was not fully equipped. We stayed with four people and there were only four knives, four forks, four spoons and just three tea glasses. There were no drinking glasses or water glasses. We had planned to cook, but the cookware was very limited and there were no proper pans available. There were also no tea towels, and only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for our stay. It would be great if the apartment included a small starter package with some basic essentials and a better-equipped kitchen. Apart from that, everything else was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay
