Overall, the stay was great. Fantastic location and generally clean and bright apartment. The bathroom was slightly dirty and did have a strange odour coming from it that we could not seem to get rid of. All in all, I would recommend this place and location to others.

Just completed two stays at the apartment. Apartment is very well kept and in a fantastic location, steps away from restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Close to Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park. Easy walks to Knightsbridge and Notting Hill. For a week long stay the apartment suits us well, easy to use kitchen for a meal in, comfortable bed and a nice little terrace to enjoy a glass or two. No problem when the weather was on the warmer side as there is a great cross breeze from the large windows and bi-fold doors, air con and a good fan. Thanks again, our fourth stay here and hopefully more to com.

On two separate occasions, the upstairs flat had a bad water leak when taking a shower and it spilled into our flat flooding our kitchen and kitchen floor. We couldn't cook our breakfast for two days. The owner said that these things happen and DID bring us towels to clean up the mess. He stated that the people upstairs took the showers with the door open causing the flood. However, it was clear there was a clog in the drain making our stay horrible. He stated he would refund us 100 pounds for the inconvenience but we have yet to see it. The location was quite good, just a quick walk to Kensington Palace and a 10 minute walk to the tube. We don't normally give such bad reviews but this trip would have been very nice without the flooding and subsequent brush off. The owner APPEARED nice but sounded like a used car salesman when we approached him with the problem

This flat is conveniently located near the underground, museums and restaurants, yet it’s quiet inside. It was also very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was terrific. Checking in was easy.

Loved Mikhael’s flat - clean, quiet, well located and comfy in a very lovely neighborhood. Easy to find, easy to navigate to bus or tube, plenty of options for food at your doorstep. The little covered space outside is really pleasant, and it was nice to be able to get a load of laundry or two done during our stay. The air conditioner kept us cool in a blisteringly hot stretch - a real game changer!

All was as expected on arrival. Very clear communication from the owner. Flat was easy to find, close to the Underground, and there were great small and local coffee shops and restaurants right down the street. Beautiful streets. We enjoyed exploring Kensington and its neighborly feel. It was a welcome respit after busy days exploring more touristy destinations. Flat was clean and had what we needed and we enjoyed the little porch as well. Small and perfect for our London stay.

Compact but airy and modern. The flat has everything you could possibly need with a bonus outdoor patio. Quiet neighborhood; walkable to Kensington Gardens, Harrods, tube stations and much more. Truly loved it — the host was truly wonderful, responsive, kind and supportive. Highly recommend!

Location location location! Nice little apartment in a great neighbourhood. Communication with our host was excellent. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the sleeper couch was quite small ( and very firm). Not really wide enough for 2 teenagers. Otherwise wonderful stay!

Was a great place to stay. Area was good, walking distance to museums and restaurants. Maybe not enough plates and glasses. Some noise from upstairs tenant. Overall a good stay.

The location is reasonably handy to the underground and is a nice neighborhood to go walking in. Accommodation was good and as described. As mentioned in the title, the A/C in the bedroom meant we could sleep at night in the 30 degree weather.

Great flat on 2nd floor. Shopping and restaurants close by with larger grocery store 6 mins away. Short walk to the tube. Across from pub but still very quiet in the evening. Although we stayed in the winter, the outdoor patio was great. Stairs to flat are a bit steep, but even with PD I was able to get up and down without too much trouble. We will definitely stay here again on our next London holiday!

We were ending our vacation with a couple days in London. This flat was close enough to all the sites to be within walking distance or a short tube ride. Nice clean flat. Checking in and out was very easy. The futon couch was a bit tight for 2 young adults to sleep on but they managed for 2 nights. You can hear the people in the flat above you. I highly recommend the pub across the street and the pizza shop up the road for food. The coffee shop nearby had delicious croissants.

We had a fabulous stay at this sweet place. The location was awesome. The property manager was very attentive. We had a little hiccup because he was using a different service for cleaning and we were without some extra linens, but the owner was SO kind that he credited us for our trouble for part of our rate. I would CERTAINLY stay here again. It was the perfect size for myself and my 2 tween boys.

Absolutely Perfect in every way! There was everything we needed for a great, comfortable stay in this lovely apartment. I hope it was okay that we left a few things in the apt.that the next guests may find useful, such as individual packs of tissues, wet wipes, and unused, new disposable raincoat. The check in process was absolutely seamless. We thank you for everything in making our stay in London even more enjoyable. You are the best!

neighborhood. Easy to get answers to any questions from a very responsive and helpful host. And we really appreciated the air conditioning. It was a bit far from central London but great neighborhood and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to a bus or tube station to get to central London.

This is such a wonderful place. The modern entry and hallway, the beautifully modern unit itself, the neighborhood, the bed! I cannot give this place enough kudos. And Mikhail was such a generous host: we couldn’t figure out the heating system because neither one of us had ever dealt with radiators before. Mikhail actually came over, showed us how to use them, stayed chatting with us while the place heated up, and didn’t even make fun of us. Bonus! We had such a wonderful stay. Thank you, Mikhail!

The location is great. Close to underground and easy access to taxis. Close to parks, grocery stores and multiple restaurants. I was traveling with my adult son so the two separate sleeping areas were useful. Access instructions were easy and accurate. Great place to stay.

Great flat on 2nd floor. Shopping and restaurants close by with larger grocery store 6 mins away. Short walk to the tube. Across from pub but still very quiet in the evening. Although we stayed in the winter, the outdoor patio was great. Stairs to flat are a bit steep, but even with PD I was able to get up and down without too much trouble. We will definitely stay here again on our next London holiday!

We were ending our vacation with a couple days in London. This flat was close enough to all the sites to be within walking distance or a short tube ride. Nice clean flat. Checking in and out was very easy. The futon couch was a bit tight for 2 young adults to sleep on but they managed for 2 nights. You can hear the people in the flat above you. I highly recommend the pub across the street and the pizza shop up the road for food. The coffee shop nearby had delicious croissants.

Very convenient little hideaway though several stairs once inside front door. Close to high street and all amanities. Direct train to Heathrow T4 from an easy 10 minute walk down to station. Warm, comfortable bed, soundproof which opposite a pub is a plus. Bathroom small but all workable. Would stay again for convenience alone.

Loved Mikhael’s flat - clean, quiet, well located and comfy in a very lovely neighborhood. Easy to find, easy to navigate to bus or tube, plenty of options for food at your doorstep. The little covered space outside is really pleasant, and it was nice to be able to get a load of laundry or two done during our stay. The air conditioner kept us cool in a blisteringly hot stretch - a real game changer!

neighborhood. Easy to get answers to any questions from a very responsive and helpful host. And we really appreciated the air conditioning. It was a bit far from central London but great neighborhood and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to a bus or tube station to get to central London.

This apartment is perfectly located in South Kensington, close to museums, parks, and shops. It was clean and just the right size for our family of three (two adults, one 8 year old). The hosts were able to accommodate our early arrival, which was very much appreciated!I loved the little balcony, it was perfect for sitting outside while reading or having a glass of wine.Pubs and shops nearby, all lovely.The only qualm I had was with the washer (I'm unfamiliar with this style of washer, however). We did a load of laundry and it was impossible for our clothes to get fully rinsed. We ran extra rinse cycles, but our items still had a faint hint of the detergent that the owners use to wash towels and blankets. We used our own unscented detergent, but still picked up the scent. Our son loved the apartment, and we all agree we would stay again!

This apartment was ideally suited for two or three people. The pullout couch was great for a child but I’m not sure about an adult sleeping on it. The bedroom was comfortable and we loved the apartment. It’s nestled down a relatively quiet street but close to restaurants and a tube station is only a 10 minute walk away. We loved everything about it and we would definitely stay here again.
