Atico Dúplex en Málaga

3 bedrooms and 2 baths is a plus. I found safe street parking a block over for free. The apartment is not a comfortable walk to old town and the beach. Fortunately, the is a metro stop - "Islas"- very nearby, which gets you there cheaply and quickly. I am not a complainer, but these need to be said: The spiral staircase to the loft bedroom is very narrow, and difficult to get any baggage up. One of the beds squeaks so loud, everyone in the apartment can hear you turn over. This is not an exaggeration. We like to cook breakfast before we head our for the day, but the pans were awful. The coating is scratched and worn, and everything sticks to them.

Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Filthy floor, shower leaked water onto floor due to crack, fans were filled with dust as was the trash can. Hardly any light in bathroom, one fixture did not work. No washcloth or hand towel, no paper towels. Definitely not what was advertised. No one slept due to discomfort, couldn’t leave fast enough!! I should get a refund or partial refund!

Buena estancia, muy recomendable relativamente cerca de todo lo que quieras.

It was absolutely the perfect place to stay with our kids! The bedroom upstairs and the private terrace are the highlight of this apartment. The property is very specious! Maybe it wasn’t the cleanest, but it was perfect value for money. Good public transport. 15 min to a quite beach, great park for kids nearby. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back!

Nahe am Strand, nahe am Bahnhof, Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar, gute Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung, was will man mehr.
