Campbelltown Holiday Home 3 Bed + Free Parking

I believe I was over charged for this property. There was limited seating inside the house. Definitely needs a renovation. The outside of the property was bad over grown lawns bins left out uneven driveway stairs where un stable leading to front door. I had my elderly dad with me I was concerned he would trip on the driveway and stairs . I only stayed 2 nights due to a funeral I had to attend in Melbourne on Friday. I think I should be definitely refunded for 1 nights stay please let me know who to contact.

We arrived and first appearance was unkept grass growing out of gutters garden yard messy The walls were so marked i washed them as i couldnt look at the in lounge.the kitchen cupboards are falling apart . The doon on my bed under the sheets was very stained and revolting Im thinking they should have paid us to stay in it I have photos on arrival to prove If i was expedia i would remove this accomadation

This house was filthy, covered in mould and had a broken glass door on a cabinet. There was only one small heater and the property was freezing. We left early and asked for a complete refund.
