The staff is very helpful especially Nadia at the front desk is very efficient and helpful. There is a club behind the hotel and the music is loud. It didn’t bother me because I was on vacation but it could bother a light sleeper. The hotelIs very clean. If you have suitcases and are assigned a room upstairs be prepared to carry it up the stairs. However it’s not a tall building and the hotel has only about 12 rooms so not a huge dealbreaker. Nadia is very helpful in arranging taxis and excursions. The beach is just across the road about 100 ft away. Overall very convenient, clean and reasonable. There are many places to eat along the beach so that’s a plus too. Highly recommended!

Great value for money, well maintained and clean. Right at the beach, breakfast is served at an outsourced restaurant with cheerful staff. The receptionist was so nice and helpful too!

Excellent staff, everybody was smiling and we felt comfortable and taken care of! They guide us to two options of parking close by! We felt like we are taken care by a cool family member! Room was clean and spacious, only thing was on weekend if you don’t party you might hear some party sounds but they provide earplugs to help! We enjoyed our stay, bed mattress can improve! But is not terrible! Breakfast was great! Thanks for the care and attention! I hope I can come back to your beautiful country and homey hotel!

Noise was ridiculous from the bar next door - didn’t sleep until it stopped at 2am. Nobody on reception from 4pm until 8am the next day if you did need anything. Noise from other guests also unacceptable and extremely loud. Absolutely would not recommend.

The hotel is average. The cleaning was not good.we made check in and they forgot the batroom garbage and the sink wasn't clean and the one of the sope bottle was open and left next to the sink.i was wondering if they clean the bathroom. I asked next day for good cleaning and i was happy with the result. The room wast next to the entrances and next to the reception so every moment and doors we herd .we ask to be moved but they didn't move us .per total not the best experience. But i liked the receptionists, very pleasant and good service

Practically across the road to the beach and one shop behind Finikoudes. Very clean. Aircons give plenty of heat for the colder Jan and Feb evenings. Great location but might be a bit noisy in the summer season.

Recently stayed at the hai hotel, the location is unbeatable central to all bars, restaurants and beaches. The hotel staff are absolutely amazing! Nadia and narcisse were super helpful with anything we needed from booking taxis for us to recommending places to go. We will certainly be going back to stay there again! Check in and check out was also very easy even leaving in the early hours. Room was cleaned every day and fully stocked also. Loved it! Thank you ladies!

Location is wonderful! Steps to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. made everything so convenient and walkable. The bar next door however played music so loud that our room (nearest bar) literally vibrated. We were there two weekend nights. Nadia at the desk is extremely helpful and accommodating. Allowed after hours check in, gave bus and tour info, and allowed us to leave our bags for a bit after checkout. Everything was exceptionally clean. Good shower, modern bathroom. The bed was not what we are accustomed to but we slept fine (after the music stopped). For the price and our purposes it worked great.

Great location, recently updated and very clean. Only downside was that nearby bar had music blasting from about 9pm to 2am. Sunday too from 9 to midnight.

Hotel is well located and one street from the beach. Minimal contact with staff but very friendly. Room was a good size and comfortable for two of us. Shower was best during our 11 day stay in Cyprus. The hotel was a little noisy and could hear other visitors and some road noise but nothing too bad to put off staying again if in town. Bathroom door is practically see through so limited privacy, could be awkward if staying with friends/family. We only stayed one night but would recommend.

This property is great! Reception is very accommodating and friendly (thank you for al your help!). Water pressure is great in shower, and beds are relaxing. Convenient location - right next to beach. Beach chairs and umbrella are $2.50 euro each.

We went to larnaca and stayed at hai hotel. The hotel is at the middle of the bech avenue Finikoudes. The room was clean and the service was very good. Nadia at the check desk give as best experience.

Recently stayed at the hai hotel, the location is unbeatable central to all bars, restaurants and beaches. The hotel staff are absolutely amazing! Nadia and narcisse were super helpful with anything we needed from booking taxis for us to recommending places to go. We will certainly be going back to stay there again! Check in and check out was also very easy even leaving in the early hours. Room was cleaned every day and fully stocked also. Loved it! Thank you ladies!

Noise was ridiculous from the bar next door - didn’t sleep until it stopped at 2am. Nobody on reception from 4pm until 8am the next day if you did need anything. Noise from other guests also unacceptable and extremely loud. Absolutely would not recommend.

Great location, recently updated and very clean. Only downside was that nearby bar had music blasting from about 9pm to 2am. Sunday too from 9 to midnight.

Practically across the road to the beach and one shop behind Finikoudes. Very clean. Aircons give plenty of heat for the colder Jan and Feb evenings. Great location but might be a bit noisy in the summer season.

Hotel is well located and one street from the beach. Minimal contact with staff but very friendly. Room was a good size and comfortable for two of us. Shower was best during our 11 day stay in Cyprus. The hotel was a little noisy and could hear other visitors and some road noise but nothing too bad to put off staying again if in town. Bathroom door is practically see through so limited privacy, could be awkward if staying with friends/family. We only stayed one night but would recommend.

Location is wonderful! Steps to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. made everything so convenient and walkable. The bar next door however played music so loud that our room (nearest bar) literally vibrated. We were there two weekend nights. Nadia at the desk is extremely helpful and accommodating. Allowed after hours check in, gave bus and tour info, and allowed us to leave our bags for a bit after checkout. Everything was exceptionally clean. Good shower, modern bathroom. The bed was not what we are accustomed to but we slept fine (after the music stopped). For the price and our purposes it worked great.

Great value for money, well maintained and clean. Right at the beach, breakfast is served at an outsourced restaurant with cheerful staff. The receptionist was so nice and helpful too!

Excellent staff, everybody was smiling and we felt comfortable and taken care of! They guide us to two options of parking close by! We felt like we are taken care by a cool family member! Room was clean and spacious, only thing was on weekend if you don’t party you might hear some party sounds but they provide earplugs to help! We enjoyed our stay, bed mattress can improve! But is not terrible! Breakfast was great! Thanks for the care and attention! I hope I can come back to your beautiful country and homey hotel!

For independent stays this hotel is more of a serviced apartment. The lobby is unstaffed from 16:00 which I didn’t know when I booked. There is no lift but the staff are super helpful and the place inside spotless. I had a balcony but the alley it overlooked is a bit scruffy and there is a loud bar but inside with windows shut and ac on it’s bearable. I probably wouldn’t visit again as I prefer staff to be about as I travel alone and here I felt a little vulnerable. That said it’s a good location near the castle
