The Haven-Mar Vista 2 Br House With Pool And 1 Br Casita

We have stayed at multiple properties at Mar Vista over the last year and this property was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and everything in working order. Communications were timely and very helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, rejuvenating location.

Very well appointed with all the creature comforts one needs to rest and relax. Being close to the Club house and restaurant was a plus.

The house was located in the Mar Vista development, is a lovey, gated and secure community a 7 minute drive to wonderful beaches and restaurants. The house was spacious, modern and clean with a nice outdoor area for lounging and a great dipping pool. The house was well equipped and well stocked. We had a lovely welcome gift with fresh fruit and goodies waiting for us when we arrived. There are hiking trails in the community as well as a terrific restaurant, Gracia. The bathrooms and kitchen were all very modern and updated and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This private home lived up to everything that the listing provided and the reviews from previous guests. The property is located in a terrific location between Brasilito and Potrero, easy access to amazing beaches and fantastic restaurants. The home itself is a terrific layout with the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the home with full baths and a nice half bath thrown in for good measure. The kitchen is very well appointed with a terrific island allowing for food and most importantly, drink preparation. Then the wall is a huge expansive view to the wonderful pool and lovely garden area. The backyard is very private and super quiet, exactly what we were looking for... The people from Blue Zone were incredibly helpful leading up to the stay and then providing a ton of information when we landed in Liberia and were on our way to the home. Alexandra was our guest guide from Blue Zone, she was fantastic, a treasure trove of information and help (I needed a garage for a flat tire)... This is an amazing place to stay and my wife and I are planning at staying at this home on our return to Costa Rica.

This is a very nice place to stay, but there were no instructions whatsoever. Not how the TV, Lights or anything else worked. No information about the area, hiking trails, grocery stores, etc. Alexandra fr the Property Mgmt group was only interested in arranging tours. But once you figure it all out, it’s a nice place to stay.
