Condo was perfect for our little family, pup and inlaws. Walk in shower and huge front porch made it ideal for them to be able to enjoy the beach but not be "on" the beach. Fully stocked kitchen, game/book closet, and beach closet. Owner was super helpful and responds quickly.

This condo is top notch…Comfortable, like being home. It has everything you need. We have stayed before, but with our niece and her 5 year old son staying with us we made much more use of the beach closet. How nice to not have to bring beach towels and chairs, coolers, toys…and the wagon to haul it on is the icing on that cake! We love the area…Construction out front has taken awhile, but it hasn’t inconvenienced us at all, except for the occasional loud bang when a vehicle hits the road plate just right…Brings everyone out to investigate…met a few more people that way! JoAnna is the BEST communicator-very proactive and helpful!

We are a return guest and this is our favorite place to be! The host is incredible and the unit is amazing! You ll have the best ocean views, the place is immaculate, and you’ll have everything you need. The balcony has a spectacular view and includes two rocker chairs and a table and chairs to enjoy eating a meal or snack.We loved hearing the sound of the waves day and night from our room. You won’t need to bring much as the unit is fully supplied with appliances, dishes, beach chairs, umbrella, outdoor game equipment, indoor games. The condo unit is very quiet and intimate. Your stay promises to be a memorable experience!

Fantastic location and What the View certainly lives up to its name as the balcony viewing with such comfortable furniture is so very relaxing. Hard to beat beachfront property. This condo was very, very clean and all you can think of amenities the best. Host and property manager very responsive to any needs. Grounds and pool cleaned daily and pool lounge chairs sturdy and comfy. We had a great week!!

We had a wonderful time. So nice to be able to bring our dogs too! Joanna goes above & beyond. The condo is loaded so we didn’t have to bring so many things. Even a goodie bag for our pups! This was our 5th year staying here & we are looking forward to our next visit!

Excellent condo near Cherry Grove pier. Very clean and homey. Owners have upgraded Master bedroom furniture and Master bath shower feels like you are staying at a spa. Owners are very attentive with any questions or issues that come up. Can't wait for our next vacation!

First time ever going through VRBO. The condo was super clean and spacious with a great balcony and window views of the ocean front. The condo had everything we needed for our stay.. from kitchen necessities to cooking spices, beach chairs, towels, a game closet and a lot more things that we needed for our trip. It even had quality bath towels and paper products. The property manager communicated very well from start to finish of our trip. I would definitely rent again from her and VRBO.

From the moment we entered the 7 th floor condo unit we were overwhelmed by the most beautiful ocean views from the two bedrooms and the family room! The balcony has an amazing view with two rocking chairs and a table and chairs. You’!! Love the decor and all the accessories. The closets are filled with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, beach games, inside games, puzzles, and more. You ll get a great good night sleep on the comfortable king size bed listening to the ocean waves. The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy some meals. You ll find a lot of closet space and storage for all your odds and ends. We were really impressed with how quiet the unit is. You will surely love everything about this place. Its truly a “dream beachfront unit”.

The condo was very well stocked with everything you would need. Checkin was easy with keyless entry. We were so excited we could bring our small dog on vacation with us. This condo has the best balcony you could ever find. There is an ocean view in both bedrooms and in the living room. The gliders on the balcony were so very nice and now my husband wants to buy one for our porch! We spent most of our vacation in the gliders! We also enjoyed the privacy of the balcony.

This was our second year staying here. The location is awesome!If you love walking the beach, it’s right outside the unit. We walked every day looking for shells which there are plenty, make sure to go at low tide. We tend to go in October so the crowds are down.The view from the 7th floor balcony is spectacular. It’s perfect for viewing the sunrise each morning, seeing the ocean and the sunset behind the far coastline.We slept with the bedroom sliding door cracked open to hear the ocean waves as we slept.The unit itself is very clean and has everything we needed. Each bedroom and living room has a tv. Plenty of apps on them for streaming.Nearby is a local grocery that has everything you could ever need.Make sure to stop by Snooky’s on the beach. It’s a short walk and the food and staff are exceptional. If the weather is good make sure and sit on the back patio to get in the view while you eat.Hoping to make this our yearly vacation spot.

This was my first time booking on VRBO for a weekend getaway with my sister and my small dog. I came across this condo and it was perfect, the pictures were beautiful, and it was exactly where I wanted to be on Cherry Grove Beach. The owner, Joanna, was very efficient with communication, and she responded quickly with any of my questions or concerns. All check-in details were provided exactly as promised, and the trip had absolutely no issues from start to finish. I can’t say enough about the breathtaking views! We came here for the beach and that’s exactly what we got! The balcony is perfection, and we spent every possible second taking in the view while enjoying a meal or just relaxing in the evening. The condo was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I definitely put this as a favorite on VRBO because we will be back!! Thank you so much, Joanna! You are the perfect host!!

The host is great. She responds immediately. The unit has all you need. Great views. Right at the beach. The porch is comfortable to sit and eat or just enjoy your coffee. Comfortable beds and amenities for all your needs. Hope we have the opportunity to stay again.

Everything about our stay was perfect, the view, the location was excellent! The property manager was very helpful with concerns we had. I hope to return for another stay next year.

We’ve stayed at this condo multiple times, and every time it’s great. The condo is clean, and very well stocked with everything you could need! The owner is wonderful to work with too.

This was our 5th springtime stay at this beautiful condo. We started in 2019 (2 of us at the condo, spending time with family down the block). Last year we added a niece and her son to our stay, and it has been great for the 4 of us. Plenty of room, well kept and well equipped.JoAnna is a dream to work with…very accommodating and lets us know if it is ready before the scheduled check in. She even surprised our Jack with an Easter basket! We highly recommend this property, and the property management.

This was our second year staying here. The location is awesome!If you love walking the beach, it’s right outside the unit. We walked every day looking for shells which there are plenty, make sure to go at low tide. We tend to go in October so the crowds are down.The view from the 7th floor balcony is spectacular. It’s perfect for viewing the sunrise each morning, seeing the ocean and the sunset behind the far coastline.We slept with the bedroom sliding door cracked open to hear the ocean waves as we slept.The unit itself is very clean and has everything we needed. Each bedroom and living room has a tv. Plenty of apps on them for streaming.Nearby is a local grocery that has everything you could ever need.Make sure to stop by Snooky’s on the beach. It’s a short walk and the food and staff are exceptional. If the weather is good make sure and sit on the back patio to get in the view while you eat.Hoping to make this our yearly vacation spot.

My wife, myself, and our dog Tucker enjoyed our stay immensely. We loved waking up to the sun rising over the ocean every morning. Also, the location is fantastic, between the pier and Boulineau's IGA. We look forward to staying here again!

The unit was very nice and well equipped. Great location to the beach ( awesone beach view) . Location was super close and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We loved the unit and the host was very awesome to work and communicate with for all our needs . The pet friendly unit is great for our grandpuppy . She enjoyed the great patio , where we spent a lot of time relaxijg on. Highly recommend as a vava destination. Thank you JoAnna .

This is about close to the ocean as you can get without being on it. The view alone is worth the stay. The housekeeping staff did a phenomenal job. The place was pristine when we arrived. All of the kitchenware, bedding and bath items were in excellent shape. The property is a bit older and as such has your typical salt water “decor”. The maintenance guy on duty while we stayed was constantly working to upkeep/upgrade things. He always greeted us and our dog with a smile and good cheer. All of the neighbors were friendly. Short walk to the grocery store. Lots of local places to eat and drink. 20 minute easy drive to Myrtle Beach’s high traffic tourist area.

Beautiful condo overlooking the beach. Very impressed. Couldn't have asked for more, it was a very relaxing vacation. Sitting on the balcony enjoying a light breeze from the water and having breakfast watching the waves was invigorating. The beach was calm and inviting, and we loved that it was never too crowded for us when we wanted to spend the day there. This is a place to come if you are not into crowds and noise. It has the privacy you will never get from a big hotel, and the host of this property has thought of everything to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Our host provided us with everything we could think of for our stay at the beach. Truly a fantastic week! Ty

Enjoyed the balcony with it's beautiful views. Condo was very clean and was well stocked with things we needed for our stay. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfy and loved the walk-in shower. The location was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Views from the large deck are outstanding. Unit was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Unit has a unique floor plan layout which provides ocean front views from all rooms. Unit also faces in a northerly direction providing both sunrise and sunset views from the deck.

Everything I read in other reviews was accurate. Great floor plan, large rooms, spacious ocean front balcony, very nice furnishings and linens. It was great having a list of small items we did NOT have to bring with us like blow dryers, hand soaps, coffee filters. Floor fans in each bedroom. Excellent information and response time from host from booking to check out.
