Séjour de 4 nuits, chambre confortable, petit déjeuner parfait, personnel très à l écoute. Un peu loin du centre 30 minutes à pied, et parking obligatoire car impossible de trouver une place non payante autour de l hotel. Séjour très positif en conclusion

I travel to A Coruña for work quite frequently and usually stay in other highly rated hotels in the city center. A colleague recommended this hotel, so I decided to give it a try, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The customer service is truly outstanding—among the best I have experienced not only in A Coruña, but also in Spain and across Europe. For example, one evening I asked for help using the coffee machine, and a member of staff came all the way to my room to show me how it worked. He even brought a kettle of hot water in case I needed it immediately. On another night, I called the reception to ask for decaffeinated coffee, and in less than a minute someone was at my door with everything I needed. Every interaction with the reception staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. The breakfast is excellent, and both the rooms and the location are fantastic. This will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit A Coruña in the future.
