The Spires Serviced Apartments Aberdeen

The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected. After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes

Bed was clean but rest of apartment was very tired in decor and wasn’t particularly clean. Would not be staying there again

For what I paid excellent value

The young man at reception was very nice and helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor though and help with our luggage would have been wonderful. The place is clean and the beds comfortable. The doors wouldn’t stay open though and the washer/dryer combo is small, and takes forever! There were directions for every appliance but that. We specifically booked there for laundry and were quite disappointed.

Perfect for what we needed it for will be back again
