Novel Hotel City Center

El personal muy atento, muy buen desayuno y todo muy limpio. Excelente ubicacion.

3泊しましまが。2泊目の夜にバスのお湯が出ませんでした。スタッフは、皆さん親切でフレンドリーです。部屋の清掃は行き届いています。時間によりエレベーターが大混雑します。

Room was clean but very old everything. Carpet on the floor. I saw a roach crawling through my bathroom. Can't blame the crew as there are vents inside bathroom and it connects to anything out there. My room was supposed to be smoking-free but someone must have been smoking in the room next to mine, and that was coming inside. No privacy, one can hear conversations in room nearby. Pool was unavailable due to maintenance just on the days i was there. Staff is nice, tries to be helpful. I didn't try breakfast because i found nice alternatives in the mall nearby. Shower: somehow there was no hot water on my last night, just when i needed it most. It was just mildly warm, enough for super quick shower.

The staff was very helpful and very courteous. The breakfast was great. Loved it.
