Holiday Inn Agra MG Road an IHG Hotel

Room was okay, shower room did not have separation and the water kept on coming to the floor. In-room dining menu was good, the staff were helpful and polite. Check-in time and check-out times were longer.

Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Agra. Very comfortable rooms and good value for the money. Breakfast buffet was good. A few items I'd go back for seconds on, especially like the fresh egg and fresh chai stations. Our server Rashal was the highlight of the buffet. He was attentive, kind and professional. He definitely represented the Hotel very well! We also had a major issue with an Uber driver that tried to scam us and the hotel staff helped us deal with him, and arranged a more secure car. While the new private car was a little bit more it sure was worth the peace of mind and comfort.

Mr. Adnan was so very helpful, kind & went out of his way to help us! I can’t thank him enough for all that he did! Thank you Mr. Adnan! The world would be a great place with more people like you in it! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Clean, beautiful room & comfortable beds! I highly recommend staying here!
