Always stay there when travelling to Melbourne. I find it clean and quiet. A good place for an overnight rest or for a longer stay as the Club restaurant is close, as is the supermarket and service station. Also has a small pool and tennis courts and golf course.

This was our fave accommodation place in our 2 week vacation..we stayed here for 3 nights. There was no microwave in the room, which we desperately needed but a simple ph call to reception & we had one delivered within a half hour. An issue with a blocked drain in the shower was resolved promptly. Free hire of tennis rackets & balls were an added bonus. Only downfalls were the pool being out of action in the middle of summer & couldn't order kids meals with upgrade on the app. Apart from that it was amazing & would definitely stay here again.

Connected with the golf club where inexpensive meals can be bought. Club membership is very reasonable if you’re planning to visit more than once. Rooms look out onto the 18th hole - green and picturesque.

The property needs money spent on it. spa didn't work in the room. Noisy water pipes, pool area very poor (bbq dirty, fridge out of order, stainless steal bench dirty) Water in the pool was cloudy. Rubbish left in car park outside unit 11 for at least for 2 days. No staff onsite to manage problem guests late at night. 12 midnight yelling shouting, not acceptable. Very disappointed considering it is a Resort.

Nice place good to have club onsite for meals and room service. Disappointing that they no longer have spa despite it still being advertised and tennis was only open on the Friday night. Not ideal when kids were looking for things to do. Need new beds

There were no bins in the bathroom and no extra bin bags. No microwave. Under the beds were not cleaned... found wrapping paper, food container and an envelope! My entry card didn't work at 9am on day of departure and checkout was at 10am. Beds were comfortable 😌. Tea and coffee facilities were good.

It was lovely and clean, more modern than I was expecting. Worst part was having to wait for the hot water to come through in the shower, such a waste of water. Bistro was good great value for money. Lovely grounds. Not too far from Albury if you like to shop. Would definitely stay there again. Cleaning staff do a super job.

The motel room is fine for a quick stop over in way from Sydney to Melbourne. We always play a round of golf and enjoy a low key meal in the bistro Unfortunately, our TV didn't work and the wifi code wasn't correct. But minor things.

The queen sized bed was comfortable and facilities typical of budget accommodation. The deeming feature was it was secluded but not necessarily quiet as you can easily hear your neighbour. TV reception was poor and unusable, though digital streaming services OK. Missing cutlery and microwave.

Was a great stay. Were in Albury for a sports carnival and was a great motel for our family of 5. Very clean,safe and quiet despite there being building works. Found that that building staff were respectfully quiet in the mornings,and we were out all day so we're not otherwise impacted. Room was very clean ,and rooms were serviced every day which was appreciated after a long day of sport. Liked the location ,was lovely for a morning run and plenty of facilities locally to stock up as needed. Wanted to especially mention the great food at the golf club that we ate at several times. The staff there were super nice and accommodation ,definately went out of their way to help us accomodate a large group at shirt notice. All check in staff very welcoming and helpful. Would defo stay here again if passing through

I usually enjoy my stay here but this trip there were some ferals roaming around. Both nights we had drunken strangers knock on our door. The second time it was four teenagers being dickheads. Might pay to tighten up security. I also have trouble getting through to reception on the phone, every single time I call I end up in a recorded message loop that never ends...I end up having to call the Pro Shop and get thejm to find someone.

Somewhat disconcerting that this "resort motel" facility has had a negative off-site refocus of management and guest liaison, with the reception staff being remotely absorbed into the greater Clubhouse complex for job sharing employment. Unfortunately, none of the room info booklets have been changed to reflect this and so it is rather confusing, even for simple things as to where keys should be left (for instance).

Good remote location, but somewhat deficient in ongoing sense of security and management with no on-site staff. The front access door of my room was of very uncertain locking action. The swipe card worked fine, but the actual door lock snib mechanism was unreliable, without much force to stay closed or to then open.

Very comfortable stay. The day we checked in was very hot, staff turned in the air conditioning for us so the room was nice and cool when we arrived. Convenient location for stop over from Sydney to Melbourne

Very solid stay. Nice setting on a peaceful part of the golf course with wonderful vistas in the morning with my coffee. Easy check-in, and for those who don’t want to leave the premises for dinner, the club is open and serving excellent food. Groceries gas And other shops close by. Just five minutes to the motorway. For the money, an exceptionally good deal.

I liked all the facilities the property had to offer, including the luxury of having room service or a choice to eat in their restaurant or cafe. The heating could have worked more effectively as the room was still a little colder, even with the heater on the highest setting.

The resort itself is great, the staff have always been attentive, the motel room is large and comfortable and the fact that it's attached to the Country Club itself should be the icing on the cake. Problem is the food in the club is very ordinary. No less expensive than the Commercial Club in town just of a lower standard.

Rooms were fine but the eating area was more ‘canteen’ than restaurant and did not look or serve food as we expected for a golf resort style location We had a member of the party who had a food allergy and we were surprised disappointed by the way this was dealt with. We could get no reassurance regarding which dishes contained garlic so we could avoid those. Only when we asked again for a choice suggestion, were we offered very grudgingly a very limited alternative as the only option for dinner - a dish of lettuce leaves!. . Only one staff member really tried to help. We therefore did not eat there again during our stay.

Dinning was disgusting. Expensive food, waited 45 min for cold food pulled out of the baemarie, which made my son sick! Rooms smelt like said food evacuated the previous guests body in a violent fashion.

We have been coming to Albury for years playing basketball and have never found this hidden gem! Our son played in the Aus Country Junior Basketball Cup and our family stayed at Thurgoona Golf Resort for the week. The accommodation was immaculate, spacious, renovated modern bathrooms and great views over the golf course. The real winner is the "Clubhouse" with an amazing bistro, cafe and sports bar - great meals and prices for families and a leisurely two minute walk from the motel rooms. We will be back!

The property and room were clean, attractively styled, and included all amenities required. We made good use of the bistro and cafe for meals. Parking was convenient, right outside our room. I would enjoy staying there in warmer weather, to take advantage of the attractive pool and golf course area.

Have stayed here many times over the years and have never been disappointed. Meals are reasonably priced and good quality. May extensions going on during this visit but worth putting up with the detours to get there.

This propperty has loads of space for parking and the new room I had was very nice. Great bathroom. Nice new bed. Always reasonable food options and the bar is good.
