The staff was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the dining room offered a great view of the sunrise. Water pressure was great and I liked how shampoo and soap was mounted to the wall. On the downside, the pool was placed in such a way that it was never exposed to sunlight and was therefore very cold. We paid extra for 90 minutes spa time to access the indoor pool/whirlpool and had to buy swim caps to use the indoor pool. The spa itself was nice enough, but lacked clocks so it was difficult to tell when our time was up. If I ever return, I would probably go for one of the suites as indoor pool access is included in that price.

Hotel was very good. I didn’t like the idea of segregating the pool for suites only . There was a festival on the pier which was fantastic but very noisy till 5 am two nights with extremely loud music but that’s not hotels fault . Extremely nice staff in all areas

The hotel couldn’t be in a better location - it has the marina on one side and the sea on the other. The view is amazing! The staff are all very friendly and super helpful. We used the spa and did the ‘spa circuit’ and it was perfect for the price. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in a great location by the Mediterannean but with an easy stroll into the city restaurants before and after dinner. We're booking again for Spring 2026 and this time I plan to use the Spa as well as the lovely outdoor pool!

Hotel in great location right at marina Immaculate and very modern decor throughout Bathroom had walk in shower but this was grotty , the grout was black and mouldy in places which. Although given conplimentary water there was no tea/coffee / milk sachets. No toiletries either , for price we paid very disappointing.

A bit more attention could be paid to the cleanliness as there were areas of slight mould in various area of the bathroom and some drinks marks left on the bedside cabinet. Other than that, the views from our sea view room were spectacular. The area was lovely based right in the middle of the beach and the port. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. One thing I did notice was the noise. The walls of the rooms are really thin and you can here everything by from the room next door or people in the hallway.

We loved the pool area it was amazing. The breakfast was fantistic and we had sea bass for dinner one day it was delicious. The one negative we had, were the fancy drinks we had would never be the same from day to day or staff member. The reception staff was fantastic and helpful every time we had a question. The cleaning staff never stopped working and the place was spotless. We were so happy to leave are luggage there after checkout before our flight a very nice service.

We had a lovely big room overlooking the Marina. Amazing views! Bed was very comfortable,and slept really well. Great Rainshower with constant hot water. The only negative was the food in the restaurant,very disappointing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

The reception and pool facilities were lovely.As was the breakfast. The rooms are a little underwhelming and average for the price. I’m not sure if there was building works, we were below a room that was being refurbished or just had really loud people above us. But it seems that the walls were paper thin and heard a lot of banging. Our tv also hadn’t been refreshed from the previous occupants and let’s say there was alot of inappropriate material downloaded on it. However once flagged to reception they did offer a complementary 2 hours late check out. Overall a good stay, and would go back.

La atención muy regular, cuando llegamos al hotel, al momento del check in, la persona que nos atendió no fue amable, eran las 3:30 pm y dijo que habíamos llegado muy temprano, que la habitación estaría lista hasta las 4:00 pm, momento en que nos dieron la peor habitación con vista a unos techos exteriores, fue muy molesto ver la habitación tan mala que nos dieron, que además era handicap, horrible de fea, a nadie le deberían dar una habitación así, después de discutir un poco me ofreció una habitación ligeramente mejor, en el mismo piso, con vista a ningún lado, con un hotel con vista al mar. Para poder estar en una buena habitación tuvimos que dar un excedente de 30 euros la noche y no nos dieron ninguna cortesía, como si en todos los NH en q habíamos estado en este viaje. En el restaurante pedí hielo, me dieron 2 hielos (no exagero) y la señorita los entregó a disgusto. No volveremos a ese hotel nunca.

Et veldig fint hotell med bra beliggenhet. Dessverre var det lite personlig service fra resepsjon og frokost. Resepsjon ved innsjekk tok lang tid, uten noen spørsmål, velkomst eller personlig touch. Frokost servitører var korte, lite vennlige og mer opptatt av å rydde bort mat 10 min før frokost skulle være ferdig.

Kjempebra hotellopplevelse, sentralt i forhold til bystranda og gamlebyen. Aldri opplevd hyggeligere betjening - smørblide, hjelpsomme og hyggelige alle sammen! Generelt litt slitasje her og der, men vi ble kjent med at hotellet skal stenge 9 måneder til høsten for omfattende renovering.

Very nice hotel overlooking ocean with a very hip vibe. Parking is limited and on occasions it can be loud due to patrons no following silence rules. A nice spot with a short walk to the main plaza and many restaurants near by. Beach was just at beginning of pear and hotel provides beach towels if needed

Amazing stay. Great hotel in the best location, right by the sea. We loved our balcony and the view. Breakfast was top; more than enough options. We paid 3 euros 50 to get the airport bus from the airport, so super easy and cheap to get to. A short stroll into town and restaurants. Oh we will be back.

Booked this hotel for the view from the dining area and the closeness to the beach and town. Very clean hotel with good facilities. Afternoon and evening menu not to our liking so ate out. Alicante has plenty of quality near by restaurants and bars along the main walkway and old town area. Lovely location alongside the beach and marina. Sea view rooms all have a small balcony as per photo. Hotel entrance set back from the road so a little difficult to identify. Any issues we had with the room and a request for a mains adapter were dealt with immediately and provided at no charge.

The breakfast was very poor. There was hardly anywhere to sit and the food was awful. The hot buffet was lukewarm and poorly stocked, no glasses for orange juice, coffee machines out of beans and overall a bad experience. Rooms felt quite basic, there wasn’t any way to cool them so we slept for three nights with the balcony door open.

Nice modern hotel, room and well located in port. Breakfast choice was excellent although very busy although we were fortunate to get seating. Staff friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent hotel with very obliging and courteous staff throughout. Bedroom with balcony sea view on top floor was very comfortable. Largest bed I have ever slept in! Good range of Spanish food in restaurant at reasonable prices. Very wide range of tasty food at breakfast buffet. Excellent pool with good facilities, although a little small for a strong swimmer. Hotel is situated on a small peninsula with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the large marina on the other. Long, busy beach with facilities less than 5 minutes walk away, good market even nearer. My wife and I had an excellent, lazy week, although the hotel and city seemed to cater for people desiring more exercise, and for families.

I was very pleased with this hotel, everything was very good. The bedrooms are a little dull compared to other modern hotels. I went to the pool bar only once. There was a long wait for a drink as the bar had only one person serving.
