We stayed for 5 nights and it was really enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was brilliant in the room. There is a spar supermarket across the road and the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus stop where there’s buses every 15/20 minutes to bring you into the centre and it takes about 15 minutes on the bus. The staff in the hotel were very friendly. We didn’t include breakfast but we did enquire one morning and it was €19 per person which we felt was a bit pricey. We made use of the rooftop area and used the sun loungers and the pool. Towards the weekend on the Friday and Saturday it was very busy and we didn’t get loungers.!

A decent stay altogether. Room was clean and service was good. The gym is small but has the basics, although it's warm there and the water cooler wasn't functioning at the time. The location is ok but still need to walk about 20/25 minutes to the centre of town, but the bus links are good if you don't fancy the walk. Staff were friendly and there's a nice bar open most of the time in the lobby.

The property is absolutely beautiful, very clean, jacuzzi and sauna immaculate with a rooftop swimming pool. Free water in the room and a kettle and coffee machine. Beds are very comfortable and made every day. The bus links into the main part are fantastic though finish around 10.30pm, but only around €7 for a taxi back. Its about a 35 minute walk into town and not many cafe's on the way

Very good quality hotel. Good rooftop pool and solarium. Gym also well equipped for a hotel. Rooms spacious and well maintained. It is around 20/25 min walk into centre of town (very flat and pleasant walk) but do bear that in mind if you want to be right in the centre of things. Happy to recommend otherwise.

The hotel is not up to the standard of other NH hotels. Very dirty old rooms, elevator disgusting with chewing gum stuck on wall. Non smoking rooms have smoking smell, next to very loud intersection, bed uncomfortable, mould on walls, air condition not working properly in summer. The room given originally on first floor had disgusting cigarettes and rubbish outside the window, which was thrown obviously from the above floors. My advice please either go to another NH hotel but not this one, as this place is purely budget accomodation and not luxury.

Where do I begin. We arrived after travelling for several hours in 40 degree heat and the service we received was awful. The women at the desk (around 11am) was extremely rude and inconsiderate. When we checked in she didn’t speak to me in a professional manor and she was unable to talk through the amenities of the hotel (breakfast times, swimming pool ect). We booked a room with a double bed, but instead we got a twin room. In addition to this, the door to the hotel room was broken and didn’t close properly. At initial glance, the swimming pool looked perfect… however we do notice that the water in the pool was slightly dirty and one man in the pool (that was intoxicated) felt the need to shout very loudly. We decided to leave the pool (as several others did) because my partner felt uncomfortable. We arrived on the Monday and none of the restaurants were open and we had to get a bus into the city centre, I’ve stayed in many 4* hotels and I expected the service to be significantly better. I won’t be returning to this hotel again.

Hotellet var helt ok. Det store positive, var størrelsen på hotellrommet. Veldig god plass til to personer. Vennlig personell i resepsjonen. Negativt: Hotellet ligger helt i utkanten av byen, og veldig langt til sentrum, ca. 2,5 km. Rett ved siden av hotellet er det en stor og trafikkert rundkjøring med VELDIG mye trafikkstøy, nesten hele døgnet.

Comfy bed. Disappointed that there was no tea/ coffee facilities in room and it was quite noisy, lots of banging in the morning next to my room. Still, all in all I had a pleasant stay and it served its purpose.

It was our first visit and totally enjoyed our stay! My wife and I are retired, I worked in the hospitality industry for 40 years and acutely aware of service standards. From check in, to dinner and breakfast and check out, everyone was excellent!

Das Hotel ist in gutem Zustand, der Service ist katastrophal, das Team ist unflexibel und man geht nicht auf àusserungen ein. Wir buchten das Hotel wegen dem Pool und weil es "angeblich zentral" liegt. Beides war gelogen, das Personal bestätigte, man müsse das dann ma auf der Homepage abändern. Es war nicht möglich das Zimmer 1 Stunde zu länger zu behalten. Wenigstens das hätte man bei 5 nächten aus Kulanz ermöglichen können. Es ist schade, dass der schlechte Service alles Kaputt macht. Auch viele andere Gäste werden nicht wieder kommen. Leider kann man NH Hotels nicht weiter empfehlen.

Excelente opción. Cuando algo no funciona es cuando se puede evaluar mejor el desempeño. En mi caso el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. En 5 llegó alguien del hotel con las tarjetas de la nueva habitación. El personal es sumamente educado y diligente. Atención 5 estrellas

Jag var i Alicante med min son på weekend resa. Vi såg på fotboll i Valencia. Hotellet var toppen och låg en bit utanför centrala Alicante vilket underlättar att hitta parkering. Vi lyckades att hitta parkering precis utanför hotellet varje gång. Det går bra att ta bussen till centrum. Kostade 2 euro och tog 15 min.

部屋が広く清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。立地はシティから少し遠いのかと思っていましたが、ホテルの前にバス停がある為、不便を感じませんでした。ホテルから中心部までバスで10分程度です。アリカンテに来たらまたNHホテルに宿泊したいと思いました。

Le petit dejeuner buffet etait tres complet. On a apprecie de pouvoir demander des oeufs prepares minute. Le personnel a laccueil du petit dejuener est tres aimable et serviable. La literie est top. Pas de "goodies" dans la salle de bains, ni chaussons, ni peignoirs. Mais bon cest pas bien grave. Le seul vrai bemol cest le quartier. On est oblige daller en centre ville pour tout. Mais il y a des bus juste a cote ou sinon ca fait une bonne marche.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mi estancia en el hotel NH ha sido increíble. Desde el primer momento, el personal me hizo sentir bienvenida, siempre con una atención muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo lo que necesité. El ambiente es acogedor y cuidado en cada detalle. El buffet de desayuno fue uno de los puntos más destacados: variado, fresco y realmente delicioso, con opciones que se convirtieron en mis favoritas. Sin duda, repetiría mi experiencia y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque comodidad, excelente servicio y buena gastronomía.
