Close to everything, makes everything walkable. Room was a bit dusty, sink gets clogged easily even upon arrival, shower shampoo didn’t work, a lot of small annoyances, expected better. Parking is also annoying, I got stuck in the car elevator shaft for like 10 minutes upon arrival.

The Foyer area was really good with the bar and the pool table, allowing for some fun before heading out. Hotel is next door to vondelpark which is very convenient.

Everything was fine but I booked it because of the parking. At my arrival they told us the parking is full and i had to search for another option. Disappointing, but the stay was very good and the hotel was quite nice.

The hotel is very nice, great view and located right next to the main area of Amsterdam. Staff was very courteous and helpful! Restaurant and lobby bar are a big plus also

This hotel was in an excellent location. We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do. Atmosphere of the lobby area was fantastic. The bar was great. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Das Hotel liegt in Amsterdam Innenstadt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Restaurant im Hotel MOMO bietet super Frühstück. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar. Am besten mit öffentlichen zu erreichen, da es nur ein paar Parkplätze unterm Gebäude gibt. Parkplatz Gebühr für 24 Std. 30 €. Betreiber ist MyWay.

Great location, room was more spacious than we thought, staff was really friendly and helpful. Fantastic 24/7 gym if you like to workout. Would absolutely book again.

My husband and I loved the hotel bar and adjoining restaurant Momo. Also very close walking distance to Van Gogh Museum.

The hotel was nice, and very kind staff. The carpet and some walls need to be updated, especially in the gym. One other issue, if I took a shower with the bathroom door opened, or opened it too soon after a shower, I would set off the fire alarm. Perhaps only my room, but it happened three times.

Welcoming friendly staff at the front desk. We were able to check in early which was great. The deluxe room was a bit smaller than I’d have liked but it was clean with a comfy bed and a fabulous rainfall shower. The breakfast was excellent and the servers were all polite and helpful. Great location near a Metro, next to the park, and across from where you start the canal tour. Walkable to the major attractions, including just a 2 minute walk to the Rijksmuseum.

Very nice clean room. Friendly and efficient staff, was able to check in early. Close to museums, restaurants and shops. Park close by.

The property was very clean; front desk staff very helpful. Housekeeping was great would stay here again.

Stayed in 520, black mold in corner and no instructions on how to use the AC. Will probably stay somewhere else next time.

I have never left a review on a hotel or restaurant but this one will defiantly be my first. I have stayed in ~20 hotels in the last 2 years as my partner lives in the Netherlands, and I do not. I booked a Suite at this hotel as a treat for my partner expecting it to meet at LEAST basic expectations. Unfortunately this place left a sour taste in my mouth (sour like the rotten-egg Hydrogen Sulfide gas coming out from our shower drain) Where do I begin: 1. We were awoken at 7am to a putrid rotten-egg smell coming from the shower that was stinking up our entire room. We had to leave the room in our sleepwear for over an hour because we began to feel nauseous and ill. We called the front desk to report it and they said they could move us to another room. 1 minute later they called back saying they would not be doing that and sending maintenance. The only reason this place is not getting 1 star is because the issue did end up being resolved after a few hours, but boy was this the icing on the cake. 2. I arrived at ~12pm after travelling for 30 hours in the hopes we could get early check-in. Now I understand that is never guaranteed and it is a privilege, but they looked at me like I had 3 eyeballs when I walked in with my sweatpants and shirt. I immediately got the vibes that this place likes to pretend they're fancy but in reality they're not. Many hotels that I have stayed at do me a favour to put in a request to the maid staff that I'd like to check in early if possible,

The location of this hotel is excellent and the service I received from staff was all lovely and helpful. However, the room was a bit tired and very basic - the bathroom ceiling was cracked, marks on the walls, and no way to properly plug the bathtub to take a bath. The shower over the bath was also really awkward - it faced sideways (mounted on the wall along the long side of the bath) so you really need to watch your feet against the other side of the bath to get under the water. The ground floor / lobby area of the hotel feels quite luxe, my room didn’t match up to that vibe unfortunately. I also had to access my room via what felt like a service corridor - always squeezing past laundry trolleys etc. to get through. I was placed in a twin room without being asked which is a bit of pet peeve - solo travellers are paying full whack for a hotel stay and sleeping in a single bed rather than a double feels like a downgrade. Not sure I would go back but for a night away and proximity to the Museum Quarter it’s a good choice.

Very beautiful, sleek modern building. Rooms were nice, the shower heads were amazing and the bed sheets were high quality. Internet/Wifi was a small hassel to use and then kind of slow when we got on to it. Our room did have small brown ants. They weren't harmful but they got into my wife's pastry. Overall a nice hotel with a few kinks. Hard to beat this location esp if you love parks and museums.

The location of the property was great! The lobby was nice, however the staff were so far back, we were not greeted as we went in and out. The carpets off the elevator had bad stains which made the hotel feel dirty. We also had no place to put our luggage. While the room was a decent size, there were no shelves or luggage racks and we had to sort through our bags on the floor. We were only given water on the first day. Overall, it was an "Ok" stay. Check out was simple and staff were friendly.

Perfectly situated for a trip to Amsterdam! Our room was super quiet. We opted for a Junior suite and loved the extra space. The room felt like it needed a refresh for the amount we paid. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed the breakfast. All the museums are very close and the chicest shopping street is very near as well. I would stay again but it would have to be a lower price point.

The tech in this hotel is disastrous. The remote didn’t work, then the tv didn’t work, you can’t stream anything from your phone/laptop to the tv, there is no pay per view, and the WiFi is non existent. I realize that those things might not matter to everyone, but when those things DO matter (like if you need to get any work done), they REALLY matter!! If those things don’t matter to you, then this hotel is fine… cute rooms, good location.

This property is a must! We stayed in a deluxe room so we faced the canal. The room was beautiful and spacious! It had everything that we needed. Bed was comfy, pillows were amazing and linens were soft. The area around the hotel was great! You are directly between the Rijksmuseum and Vondel Park. We will definitely stay here when we return to Amsterdam.

Excellent location, but the hotel was really disappointing. Lobby and our floor’s hall were really dimly lit. Our room was small, but that is not the worst part! There were two separate stalls in the room for shower (you really can’t really call it a bathroom) and toilet. And they were tiniest a hotel can have. It is tough for an adult to even maneuver in the shower stall. Compared to its room rents, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

The set up of the room is bad. It’s open plan with the bathroom and I could barely fit in the toilet and the shower and I’m a petite person.

Rooms need soundproofing , can gear street noise and room and corrodor noise too loud when trying to sleep

Fairly good, fairly clean, very convenient in terms of location and public transportation options. Close to all museums and basically right where tourist would want to be. All points are being deducted for horrible internet connection. It's bad. It goes from being very very slow to min-existent. Forget about watching anything on your tablet or even planning your trip from your cell phone. Also if people in neighboring rooms are having a slightly loud conversation you'll end up hearing it. Overall it's alright, but nothing to write home about it. And even if there was something you wouldn't be able to do it cause of a bad internet.

We had a great stay at Park Centraal Amsterdam. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the overall service was very good. However, our check-out experience was disappointing. Several items were incorrectly added to our bill from the minibar, even though we hadn’t taken anything. While the issue was eventually resolved, it was an unpleasant way to end our stay. Whether it was an honest mistake or something else, it’s something the hotel should be more mindful of. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

The front desk team was second to none. Great job to your recruiting and HR team in building such a fine team that seem to really love their job and want to take care of your guests!

Excellence stay at Park Centraal! All of the front desk staff were friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and comfortable. And the location of the hotel was perfect- 5 minute walk to tram stop and near the Rijksmuseum. I would love to stay here again!

Ben staying there for years. An easy and well located place. They need to get the food back to their previously amazing standard. Check in is usually too long compared to most hotels of this standard.

We had to catch our flight early and didn’t have time to get breakfast, we were speaking to front desk and they graciously got my daughter a croissant. It’s a small thing but goes a long way. Loved our stay there, a great hotel!

While checking in was busy but everyone waiting was offered a complimentary drink while waiting, all staff was friendly and pelite. The standard room for 2 was really nice- clean, showers and toilets was clean but a bit on the smaller side but still managed to enjoy the rainfall shower. All in all was a great experience and would come back again when staying in Amsterdam.

Conveniently located nice hotel. Easy to get around Amsterdam. Close to museums, shopping, dining and the tram. Will def return and stay here. Good value.

Great location for the big art museums. Convenient to all transportation. In fact, the bus from and to airport drops your half a block from hotel. 6ę vs 50 for a cab. Lots of restaurants, canals and bars nearby.

Great location in the museum district between Rijks Museum and Vondelpark. Canal tour companies nearby too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was beautiful (and swanky!) and super well located for so many things, especially if you plan on seeing the Rijks and Van Gogh Musuems. Oh, and right next to Vondelpark! Great cafe's nearby, too. On a busy street, but didn't hear the traffic at all from inside. Close to several train lines and a direct bus route straight to Schipol which was a life-saver. We booked a boat cruise directly across the street and couldn't have been easier.

This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location. I selected it because the Rijkmuseum and Van Gogh Museum are an easy walk away, but was delighted to discover the Vondelpark right next door.

A great place to land after a trans-Atlantic flight. The staff was warm and welcoming right away - including with beverages. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable. The location was perfect - right around the corner from the Rijksmuseum and across from Vondelpark. We found it very walkable and there was easy access to the tram to get further afield. Crucially, as we arrived in a heat wave, the rooms have air conditioning. This was a godsend at 22 degrees above average.

The room was spotless we got a really good view of the street and it wasn’t too loud. The staff was friendly and courteous especially the morning staff that served breakfast. The breakfast was really tasty good variety between ordering and buffet style. The only gripe I had was having to pay a £300 deposit I was really annoyed by that because I wasn’t forewarned! The man kindly explained its to cover taxes and mini bar or if there any incidents but I still wasn’t happy I understand taxes and mini bar but because I paid with debit it was so high! Although my invoice on checkout states I get the money refunded excluding taxes it’s £300 I could do with. The bed also wasn’t comfy I was way to hard but that’s my own preference the linen was top quality

Odd smell in bedroom but overall clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I think that breakfast could be improved. Perhaps more choice and better service.

First I did not get the welcome drink indicated on my Expedia booking. Second breakfast is at 28.50eur but it was not clear it is only 21eur if you book the day before! I really do not like that. Breakfast should only have one price. 21 eur for that type of hotel is high enough. Hotels have managed for decades to include breakfast in their room rates, this is no longer the case as more profit is the only goal. But now if we have to tell in advance if we have breakfast is a new trend I disagree with. I prefer to give 7.50eur to a charity for people in need, but not to a hotel group! The result is that I did not have breakfast at the hotel and I was annoyed. The staff at reception is not the level I expect.

This was one of our most enjoyable hotel stays. The building is impeccable, the staff brilliantly friendly and helpful and the included breakfast suitable for royalty. Truly a lovely experience.

Except the overpriced breakfast the hotel was really nice. Walking distance from all the major sightseeing places, specifically loved the location near Rijksmuseum. Hotel bar is lovely. Room was nice and clean. Air conditioning was almost too efficient.
