This property fits what we want. It is within walking distance to Antwerp Central, yet it is quiet. The property equipped with lots of amenities, A/C, robe, slipper kitchen, nice firm bed , plush beddings.balcony, rooftop exterior access, free laundry service and gym. It's great for either business or leisure travel. I will come again.

This hotel should not be VIP access it more like a 3 star. The washing and dryer facilities could be better. The rooms are ok but not great. The gym is very small, under equiped and badly located at the entrance. And the washroom does not have a curtain or glass to stop from water splashing everywhere. However great staff and great location.

Very close to the lovely station and the bustly city centre with its historic sights, cafes and shops. The room was large and comfortable but the coffee supply and cups had not been replaced for our arrival and there were some used tissues which I am not sure were ours! The bedding and room looked clean otherwise though. There were also tea and coffee facilities in the lobby. We couldn't get the electric car charging to work in the adjoining car park as we needed an app/account. It was 20euros for 24 hours parking. It wasn't the cleanest car park but was secure with a helpful attendant.

This is an apartment type hotel with a sofa area and a kitchenette, which was very nice change from having to eat out every single meal. They also have delicious coffee and breakfast. We will definitely search out this hotel. Did I mention they have a washer/dryer on every floor.

Very Clean and Comfortable. Excellent mini kitchen (with oven and dishwasher), bathroom, although they need to cover the non tiled wall near the shower with a waterproof covering. Parking was very secure (albeit a little spooky at night), although the car park lift was not working and the car park stairwell could do with some deodorant!

Convenient location within walking distance of Antwerp Central train station. Apartment was clean and well equipped with good shower, bed etc. The coffee machine in the apartment did not function for us but we were able to use the one in the common area. We used the washing machine & dryer in the laundry room which was very handy. Friendly staff.

It's been long I've been so pleasantly shocked by a room. Spacious, well lit, clean and feels like home, not like another hotel room. I travel often for work and this was amazing, we all do uber eats but it's so much nicer to eat on a real plate and have cutlery than eating in boxes. Even, eating on a real table where you feel like you were in a small studio appartment. Really, for any business traveler like me, I recommend this place 100%, the breakfast was good and even the bar after the meetings for a quick beer is great.

Great staff. Spacious room with kitchen and balcony. Free self serve laundry. Free coffee and tea in lobby. Walkable to attractions and shopping area. Recommend.

super makkelijk locatie om te verblijven en even de stad in te gaan, je krijgt zelfs 5 euro kortings bon voor parkeren in hun diamond parkeer garage.

Hôtel bien situé et chambre spacieuse et calme. L'expérience n'est pas satisfaisante pour autant. La réservation d'une chambre avec twin beds n'a pas été prise en compte, et une chambre avec lit-double nous a été attribuée. Un changement vers une chambre avec lit double + canapé-lit a pu être effectué, mais le front desk a omis de préciser que le matelas (tâché) de ce deuxième couchage n'était pas adapté à un adulte et ne faisait qu'1,80m. Malgré notre demande, le canape-lit n'a pas été préparé durant notre absence, et deux draps ont simplement été déposés dans la chambre, sans alèse, ni couette dimensionnée. Un effort sur le ménage est également nécessaire : outre le matelas tâché, poussière en quantité sur certains éléments de déco et traces immondes sur le siège des toilettes. Enfin, en dépit d'un message envoyé par l'hôtel quelques semaines avant le séjour nous informant d'un partenariat avec le parking voisin, nous avons découvert en arrivant que l'offre n'existait plus.

Als wir die Fotos im Internet gesehen haben, fanden wir es gemütlich eingerichtet und passend für einen kurzen Stop in Antwerpen. Angekommen in der Straße war der erste Eindruck schon mal nicht so super, weiter ging es dann im Parkhaus. Es hat in diesem Treppenhaus des Parkhauses so sehr nach Urien gestunken, dass einem schlecht wurde. Als wir unten ins „Hotel“ kamen,roch es muffig, auch der Fahrstuhl war schon sehr abgenutzt. Die Schienen auf dem Boden waren hochgebogen also durchaus Verletzungsgefahr. In der 7.Etage angekommen, war der Ausblick erst einmal wirklich schön. Man ließ uns auch ein wenig eher das Zimmer beziehen, was sehr freundlich war. Unser Zimmer lag auf der 3. Etage, es roch stark nach Chemie als man aus dem Fahrstuhl kam. Der 1. Eindruck des Zimmers war wirklich enttäuschend. Es war dunkel, ein Gästebett war ausgeklappt (wir waren jedoch nur zu 2.), das eigentliche Bett war hinter einer Gardine versteckt. Der Boden war dreckig, überall Haare, die Bank vor dem Bett stand an der Wand am Tisch, von einem Teppich, der den Raum gemütlich wirken lässt, keine Spur. Gardinen waren auch eher alt, der Fernseher hing schief. Zu der Küche kann ich nicht viel sagen, da wir außer den Kühlschrank nichts benutzt haben. Das Badezimmer unter aller Kanone. Es war vieles Kaputt, Seife war abgefallen von der Wand. Fliesen bei der Badewanne fehlten. Die Toilette war super dreckig. Spritzer vom Vorgänger auf dem Deckel. Man mochte sich darin nicht aufhalten!

Chambre très spacieuse , très propre . Conforme à la description. Quartier de la gare centrale , très pratique pour visiter Anvers . 1ère expérience dans cet établissement, je reviendrai .

The location of this property is excellent, just a short walk from most of the city's main attractions. However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned, and I noticed several stains on the floor.

Hotelzimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Oper. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar und das Parkhaus ist nebenan.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es gab sogar eine Kapselkaffeemaachine

Unpleasant odour in elevator and hallways. Room was very tired & run down and not very clean. Liquid splatters on walls, stains on furniture/throw pillows. Shower leaked water floors were flooded after shower no matter how careful you were. Huge liability issues for slips/falls. No housekeeping services. Entire building just looked and smelled unkempt. Very disappointed

Smelly shower curtain at the bathroom. Staff just do the job like at the till in the supermarket Rooms dates and for this price it should be fully refurbished No daily cleaning, suprise they do not give you a mop at the check-in

Rooms are ok and spacious. Breakfast is good and has a lot of options. The halls had a bit of a smell. Maybe needed some freshing up and new carpets.

Should work on cleanliness.

Prima hotel op perfecte locatie. Dichtbij CS en centrum. Kamer was schoon alleen de airco was behoorlijk luidruchtig en de tv deed het niet. (Dat was vooral jammer omdat s avonds laat de herhalingen van Olympische spelen leuk was geweest…) Personeel is zakelijk vriendelijk.

Hotel was average. Staff efficient and friendly. Room needed an overhaul as looking very tired. Cleanliness was below average (don’t look under the bed!). Good location and therefore convenient.

We are staying at the family room, the queen bed is nice but the sofa bed is small and too soft. Great location but it is noisy at night. No double layer of glasses.

Really good little apartment style room. Well equipped kitchen area. Our room was on 7th floor Anne included a patio style roof top area which was lovely to have a drink on.

Dichtbij station antwerpen is pluspunt. Bedden liggen goed. Slaapbank ligt vreselijk. Douche is prima. Kamers zijn verouderd, geen nette afwerking. Service is niet goed. Extra bed niet opgedekt, geen extra handdoeken, waterflesje. Meerdere keren moeten bellen om de kamer compleet te maken.

I wouldn’t consider staying here again, the beds are terrible, the rooms are so noisy, you can hear so clearly the voices of other people from other rooms, above, next to, and below. The staff was not friendly. In general I could say management is greedy on quality and little details, i.e if you want extra coffee pods they are charged 1euro, even though I stayed for 6 nights. It's clean, not spotless, there is laundry, close by the train station.

Free coffee/tea/water in the lobby. Suites were cozy and practical. Shower amenties/ hot water/ laundry option. Wifi terrible, service not always friendly. After back and forth with staff, wifi was solved and we got a breakfast voucher, which was much appreciated. Service of staff in general, was ok, not overly friendly or helpful

The hotel could not find our reservation, we were waiting fir a long time on arrive at 1.30am and arguing for some time when after we received the room as the said they did not have a room for us.

When we reach hotel at 11:30 in night to check in then no one at hotel reception and me and my family standing out side of accommodation in cold as no one able to open door for us we spend 1 hour out side in cold and then went to other hotel .

The front desk staff were rude. I had called in the day before to ask if we could drop our bags off early and if in our 2 rooms the sofa beds could be made up. Instantly when we arrived the Front Desk stafd began to wave his hands- we are full and busy and cant check in. I replied: sir we are here to drop our bags off and i had confirmed it was ok. He then agreed. Only one sofa bed was made up. I called down and asked for bedding for the 2nd room. Was told no. We had one duvet that was heavily stained..I asked for a new duvet. Duvet never came. There was no vegetarian breakfast options either. No fruit available. Basically yogurt, bread and eggs. Overall the location is great and close to the train station and the rooftop patio was beautiful. The smoke coming into the front desk was unpleasant. Maybe the patio should be non smoking so it can be enjoyed by everyone.

Prima kamer op locatie dichtbij het cemtrum. 2 bedden waren niet opgemaakt, kan gebeuren dus dit gelijk aangegeven bij de receptie. Dit zou gelijk opgelost worden. Toen we in de vroege nacht thuiskwamen was het bed nog steeds zonder lakens. Niks gebeurd dus. Meneer in de receptie was aardig en heeft ons lakenpakket gegeven. Uitchecken duurt lang. Hier moet een beter systeem worden geïmplementeerd.

Staff was amazing and very friendly. The location was perfect and the room was spacious. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing hotel with the best staff!

The receptionist that check us in at 12:30am was the best. He has a very good customer service and did everything to make us comfortable. Only downside on the website they said parking is available which is not true. You have to pay for parking

Excellent service and accommodation. We had a small issue (caused by external factors to the hotel) which was resolved swiftly by the excellent Hotel Manager. Would absolutely recommend.

Great hotel, close to Antwerp Centraal station. 15 minute walk to the main sights. Perfect if you want to cook a quick meal. Very spacious room. Thanks a mill.

Great location with super comfy beds and a very nice terrace and lounge for hanging out with friends in the 7th floor. Just a few blocks from the train station and all the best restaurants

Die Unterkunft ist nur wenige Fußminuten vom Bahnhof und von der Konzerthalle entfernt. Für einen Kurzurlaub, um die wunderbare Stadt zu erkunden, der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Dabei sehr ruhig. Geschmackvoll und gut durchdacht eingerichtet. Öffentliches Parkhaus unmittelbar nebenan.

Location really close to the station, both train and bus ones. Lots of restaurants nearby Room was clean and nice

The hotel was very close to many restaurants and sites. It is just a 5 minute walk to Central station which is great if traveling by train. The room was clean, orderly, and comfortable. There was a slight odor in the room (maybe a pet stayed in the room prior to us?), but we were able to open the windows to get some fresh air. The reception/check-in area is on the 7th floor. We were not aware of that and we spent about 20 minutes wandering around, so I thought it would be worth mentioning here. It was nice having laundry facilities onsite. All in all, a lovely stay!

Little bit mobbing on arrival. However room spacious and hotel well positioned for walk into old Antwerp. Staff really helpful and quick to try and help. Good breakfast with sufficient seating and plenty food on offer.

Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende in Antwerpen. Das Hotel hat uns überzeugt. Top-Lage im Zentrum. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sauberes, sehr geräumiges Zimmer und klasse Frühstück. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.

Zeer comfortabel bed, minpuntje is de dunne matras op het zetelbed voor een groter kind of volwassene. Ruime kamer, stille kamer ondanks midden in centrum Antwerpen. Zeer vriendelijk baliepersoneel. Keukentje is een enorme plus. Gezellige bar. Ontbijt iets te prijzig voor ons.

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast and facilities were of a high standard. However, the street outside had overflowing bins that were next to the entrance. They were baking in the sun and smelled foul. We were there for 2 nights and the bins were not moved or emptied so it was not very pleasant arriving or leaving the hotel to go into the city.

Personnel a l'accueil très compétent et professionnel, tout au moins le jeune homme qui s'est occupé de notre réservation car il y avait une erreur de date dûe à l'application Hôtels.com. Première nuit très très bruyante malheureusement mais après assez silencieux. Intervention rapide du technicien très professionnel qui a réglé les bricoles qui n'allaient pas dans la chambre. Cela reste un hôtel très bien, agréable avec une bonne situation et un bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit-déjeuner y est excellent et cela reste notre point de chute à chaque visite à Anvers.
