We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. There are several comfortable seating areas with a restaurant, cafe and roof top bar on site. The location is ideal for walking to the nearby stores, restaurants and bars. We found out from friends after we left that a spa and sauna were also included. We missed out!

Really lovely hotel i found last minute literally when my train failed at arnhem , beautiful decor , charming welcoming staff and lovely room with bath and nice fluffy bath robes at a great price , highly recommend!

Gorgeous hotel. Walking distance from the train station - less than 2 minutes. Spa on the rooftop was a lovely addition and we enjoyed the hour we spent up there. We also visited the rooftop bar after dinner in the town. Great views over the city. The room was spacious with a bath and a walk in shower. Great place to stay. We would return.

I went to Arnhem after visiting Amsterdam, The Hague and Delft. I needed to go there to see the John Frost Bridge (made famous in the 1977 movie, "A Bridge Too Far"). I was happy to see this hotel was across from the train station and less than one mile from the bridge. Lots of food choices and shops close by. One of the more unique hotels. Award winning bathroom on the 5th Floor!! Great people, nice rooms and an amazing breakfast. Ask to see the bathroom on the 5th Floor--it's award winning.

Very nice place to stay in Arnhem, conveniently located next to the rail station. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Good restaurant and helpful staff. The hotel works with a taxi driver which is also very friendly. I will not hesitate to book the same hotel if I need to return in Arnhem.

Nice hotel, clean with friendly staff. Right opposite the central station. Double room was tiny. Litrally a foot spare all the way around the bed. Other side had 1 metre spare with tea and coffee. Fridge was very noisy and was 1 metre from my pillow Very small room for €720 3nights

This was a really cool property. The rooms are upscale and chic, the hotel has this whole classy feel to it, and even the elevators are uniquely great. The bed and room was extra comfy and upscale, but the only downside is that the rooms are VERY tiny. I had a large suitcase with me and had to put it up on the bed in order to open it. Outside of that, everything was fantastic through and through. This is in a great location, directly next to Arnhem Centraal and across the way from Silk, a fanastic all you can eat Sushi place. Highly suggest considering this property as a place to stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location very near the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum, and the staff are great, however the room we had was quite small with a poor design.

Very small room so you had maybe 20 centimetres between the bed and the wall. The check-in staff were not at all attentive, and when our room wasn't ready at check-in time, they offered us coffee - for a charge! Excellent location, but small room and unattentive staff does not at all make the hotel worth 5 stars - 3 at the most.

Excelente hotel, la ubicación es muy buena ya que está a pocos pasos de la estacion de tren. Las instalaciones son de lujo, cómodas, grandes. El personal de recepcion es excepcional. El pueblo es hermoso, tiene bastante encanto

Gorgeous hotel. Walking distance from the train station - less than 2 minutes. Spa on the rooftop was a lovely addition and we enjoyed the hour we spent up there. We also visited the rooftop bar after dinner in the town. Great views over the city. The room was spacious with a bath and a walk in shower. Great place to stay. We would return.

Very nice place to stay in Arnhem, conveniently located next to the rail station. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Good restaurant and helpful staff. The hotel works with a taxi driver which is also very friendly. I will not hesitate to book the same hotel if I need to return in Arnhem.

Fint værelse - men der er jo reelt ingen restaurant. Den hører ikke til hotel. Ikke særligt imødekommende. Næste umuligt at få et bord. Fitnessrum er slidt og maskiner er gået i stykker. Men reception er venlig og hjælpsom

特筆すべきは朝食が美味しかったことです。パンをはじめ品数が多く、どれもおいしかったです。前日の夕食もレストランでいただきましたが、こちらもとてもおいしかったです。チェックインはスムーズで、部屋での滞在も快適でした。カードキーが木製だったのには環境への取り組みを感じました。

Very nice hotel to stay in Arnhem. If you like a kind of Heritage hotel, I recommend Hotel Haarhuis. Very good breakfast also. This is a hotel of my choice if i have chance to be back to Arnhem again!

Helaas ging het ontbijt aan onze neus voorbij. Sluitingstijd was 10uur, terwijl de receptie ons had ingepland tussen 10 en 1045. Miscommunicatie tussen de catering en de receptie dus een punt om te verbeteren. Wel is oplossing gezocht middels aangrenzend lunchroom, keuze was daar echter wel beperkt.

Top klasse hotel, prachtig interieur, behulpzame medewerkers, mooie nette kamers en zeldzaam goed ontbijtbuffet. NB: Nog niet eerder meegemaakt dat er raathoning werd aangeboden als onderdeel van het ontbijtbuffet.

I went to Arnhem after visiting Amsterdam, The Hague and Delft. I needed to go there to see the John Frost Bridge (made famous in the 1977 movie, "A Bridge Too Far"). I was happy to see this hotel was across from the train station and less than one mile from the bridge. Lots of food choices and shops close by. One of the more unique hotels. Award winning bathroom on the 5th Floor!! Great people, nice rooms and an amazing breakfast. Ask to see the bathroom on the 5th Floor--it's award winning.

Leuk hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Kamer die we hadden was aan de kleine kant maar wel schoon en onderhouden. Ideale ligging bij het centraal station en dicht bij het centrum. Parkeergarage centraal ligt er tegenover.

This hotel smells very good :) Breakfast is one of big reasons to stay there. Possibility to rent bikes is also big plus. Be sure to visit famous toilet on 5th floor, it is unforgetable experience. If you dont like dust, then dont try to reach highest shelf in room (there where flowers are), looks like they are conducting some dust-experiment there :)

I don't understand how this hotel could have earned five stars. Our room was exceptionally small, even by European standards. It was the smallest bed and room of our trip. There was a lot of dust in our room-I don't think they ever give the room a deep clean, the sheets felt low quality, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible, the elevator was infuriatingly slow, the menu in the restaurant was very limited, no breakfast included. There was an event in town the night we were there and the hotel charged unconscionable prices as a result. It was really a disappointment.
