It was a great stay. The manager was super friendly and helpful. My stay was great looking forward to going back next year. The location was superb as it had a great trail for walking and site seeing.

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and beautiful. A lot of attention was put into designing the room. The price was fantastic for the quality of the stay. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful rural town not very far from the airport.

The first thing that happened when i arrived at the hotel was that my car got stuck in a big hole at the parking lot, and since there wasn't any staff nearby due the hotel being without staff at certain times of the day i couldn't get out from the hole. I had my kids with me and was afraid that we couldn't leave due the car being stuck for a really long time, luckily i met a really nice Spaniard whom apparently knew the owner of the hotel, he helped me out by calling the owner whom later contacted her employees to come help me out, after an hour or so the car was finally free. I then entered the hotel to go to the rented room, however the bed wasn't changed as there wasn't any clean sheets or anything, the towels had been used and were dirty, there weren't any toilet paper, soap or shampoo/body wash as well so i spoke with the staff whom gave me another smaller room instead of the one i paid for, i told them that it was fine due me and the kids being exhausted and just wanted to lay down to rest, and frankly that's the only reason i never took this matter of hand any further with the owner. The other room that i got instead was half the size of the other room i paid for, the room was freezing cold as the radiator was broken (still no shampoo/body wash), almost no toilet paper left but at least this room had a clean bed and towels, so yet again i had to call the staff about the freezing room and they got me a movable radiator instead who took all night to heat up the room.
