Close to office, clean and efficient

The riom at 1st glance was nice. Then to see a busted telephone to call to the office and a TV that did not work. Not enough towels in the room. The jacuzzi was ok very big served the purpose. The amount of money spent for the room I expected much more. Definitely not worth what we payed.

The room was clean. Good enough space for two people. The sink is separate from the bathroom and they provided us two little tiny soap. They renovated the rooms but no USB port. They added one big mirror on the wall with lights around it and I think it’s useless. They could have spent their money on something else. It is noisy, the hotel is right next to busy street. The ice machine is broken.

My stay here was awful. I checked in from a long day at 10:30pm and checked out at 2:30 am because I couldn’t stay another minute at this place. Everything was old, they did a cheap upgrade but foundation was still old. Everything look like it was moderate, but it wasn’t I pulled back my bedsheets and I found long pieces of hair on my blanket. I went to wash my hands and the sink handle fall off. The tub had hair inside of it and wasn’t clean. I called the staff and told them I would be checking out he just told me he would go check but never did. He had no compassion or empathy for my situation. I still had to pay full price and I’m still waiting for my deposit to be credited back to my account. I checked in Saturday the 9th in room 205. I even have pictures this place needs to be reported for false advertisement and maintenance because I booked a room with a hot tub and got nothing like that. Honestly that’s the only reason I choose this place. Never again will I stay at a low grade place like this again.

I live in Bakersfield but work out here. I have spent between 15000-20000 with the two properties of Aspire Inn.There was a small misunderstanding. To have the staff treat my son so rude and disrespectful is totally unacceptable. House keeping super wonderful. Teach your staff to be kind and warm like how it feels to stay at the Marriott. Or Hilton, and your business will thrive.
