Good hotel, friendly staff, good amenities and free snacks. Breakfast not the greatest so after the first day we ate out each morning. Local and good for downtown (walk 20 mins) and differing tube stations within 10 - 15 mins. Rooms very clean, with aircon and a safe.

Accessible to local subway (brown/red) lines within 10-15 minute walk. Within walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi. If still too far to handle, there are literally 3-4 restaurants within 2 minute walking distance from hotel door step. Been to a couple and found the food were good bang for the buck. Staff at hotel were courteous and professional. Lots of amenities and resources if need be. Spacious for what we needed. Highly recommend for those who rather be closer to city center (shopping district)

AC worked great! The TV had youtube which was so great. The room was small but we knew that when we booked. Not too far from trains.
