The staff are very friendly and helpful, they dealt with our issues quickly. Breakfast was lovely and a very good selection. Our room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. There was not a bed side light which surprised us, so I had to have the main light on whilst reading in bed, the bed was very soft which became somewhat uncomfortable, when we raised this issue they replaced the mattress protector with a thicker one but unfortunately that did not make much of a difference. My husband told them I was celebrating my birthday and they arranged for a cake and a certificate which was waiting in our room when we returned, a very nice touch.

The staff were very friendly and did their jobs to a high standard. Very clean. Sleep overall was good but neighbouring rooms having the aircon on all night caused a little discomfort.

Great reception area specially Ms. Angelina and bar crews are very friendly. Food is very bad quality, a lot of pork food with no consideration for Moslem customers. Water bottles should be provided in the guest room on daily basis.
