It’s an old hotel but the property still looks good…I got in at night so my checked in was quick and smooth. The staffs were all present. The room is a good size & the bed is comfortable. I also appreciated how they keep the room ac on all day so it was nice coming into the room after a hot day outside. I only wish that the breakfast could be better. It’s the same food everyday. I didn’t use the pool but the pool is right next to the breakfast restaurant and it seems small for a large hotel.. The hotel is right next to Chidlom BTS so that was a plus. If you like shopping there are a lots of shopping malls near by. Overall I was happy with my stay.. I will probably come back again just for the convenience

Great Location. Helpful and friendly staff, and nice room. For me by Bangkok standards it was good value. Only downside for family with one 8 year old is they are not allowed in Beer Republic for meal.

Room was modern, spacious and kept very clean. Pool was large enough to serve everyone from private nooks to full lap swimming. Front and back access gates made it convenient for street access.

Excellent location, 3min walk to BTS Skytrain and 5min walk to Central World shopping centre. Lobby, grounds and pool area were clean and maintained. Room was spacious and updated. Beds and pillows were fantastic, had the best nights sleep and we couldn’t hear any road noise from room. Breakfast is a must, wide selection of food. Overall was so happy with this hotel, would stay here again and recommend to anyone going to Bangkok.

Holiday Inn was great! I think it was renovated before so some parts are new and some look dated but maintained. Location wise was awesome with a BTS nearby and a 7-11 for snacks. Service was top notch and the staff were highly pro active in engaging me or helping out

今次在曼谷只預留2日時間，這間位置非常方便。近BTS ，7-11，商場環繞。斜對面是四面神，正對面是雷雨神。最最最重要是吸煙房。抽氣做得非常之好。即使是吸煙房間，入房完全聞不到煙味。抽氣做得非常好。

La limpieza DE MIEDO, la habitación tenía hongos por todos lados , en la pared en el clóset , baño , alfombra todo . Y cuando entraba la persona de limpieza solo tendía camas y cambiaba toallas . Si dejabas basura o lo que fuese lo dejaba igual. Además las habitaciones olían muy mal a humedad y drenaje

Taking a short holiday trip with family. The hotel is conveniently situated, less than a 5-minute walk from the BTS station, with friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. Additionally, the room is impeccably clean and well-maintained.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in Bangkok. Great location and service staff have always been great too. But the bathroom is Aging and smells bad of late. Also the sink has brown stain around the water outlet as well as our bath cubicle will always have a puddle of water in the middle that never drains

overall very good! all staffs very nice and helpful, location is great ! however, the trash bin in the room was not being empty after the room cleaning, it was full actually! maybe forgot! since i only stayed for 2 nights, so it was ok!

Property was very close to Centralworld, which was very convenient. Check in was awful, staff were not friendly. We received our key and tried to find where we needed to go, got into a lift and the staff member who checked us in ran after us and announced he gave us the wrong room. We then had to go back and check in again. When we got to the room we went to use the bathroom and there was urine on the toilet.

The hotel was wonderful overall, especially their staff and location. But the shower design was a significant issue. Water spilled onto the bathroom. This critical flaw detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

It's our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Friendly and smiling staffs, convenient location to Bts and shopping area. Good breakfast. There are 2 pillows provided to each guest (soft and firm). I like the pillows and the bed is comfortable. We were given a room very near the main road where the train and the occasional traffic noise can still be heard. The windows are double glazed though. Thank you for allowing us to check in and check out before the check in /check out time. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything is good EXCEPT.... I was given a connecting room. The door between the 2 rooms is thin! Everything can be heard! From the neighbour's conversation to their laughters... It was terrible. I had to slam on that connecting room door to send a signal to the neighbours... Regardless, usually connecting room doors are thick....but this was a really thin door.

Check-in was a breeze. All the hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, always carry a big smile on their face. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choices to select from and were replenished promptly. Only minor complain is the lack of USB charging point in the room. There's only 1 near TV console but not working, fortunately there are many power sockets available.

I enjoy my stay in Holiday Inn Chidlom mostly because of the staff, they are very helpful, caring, polite, professional. I had a minor cut during breakfast in the restaurant and while it was extremely busy the manageress immediately got me something to clean up the wound, offered me some plasters and went to change my chair which caused the cut. This is just one of the excellent jobs which shows how they care about their customers. I would definitely choose this hotel again not just because they are located at an excellent location, but also the wonderful staff there.

The stay was wonderful. My 1st choice of hotel when we visit Bangkok for its convenient location near BTS and Big C. Room is clean, comfy bed and pillows. The staffs are friendly, always welcoming and smiling. Thank you for letting us check in earlier than the standard time and the reception staff, Catur (hope I get the name right). We enjoyed the hotel breakfast.

In good location with BTS station right in front of the hotel. I have been going to this hotel for the past few years twice yearly. It of great comfort and pleasant staff. Feeling like back home. I will certainly continue to patronise Holiday Inn.

Very well connected to many malls in the city area. Next to Chit Lom BTS. Walkable to the 3 Siam malls, Platinum, Central World and Big C via the link. Room was very clean. Shower no bath tub. Friendly staff.

The location is perfect, do not trust what Google map says, it’s right at the station “Chit Lom”. You walk out of the hotel and the stairs are right in front of you. Rooms are clean, staff was helpful. There are plenty of food, massage places to choose from, not to mention convenience stores as well.

Always my to-go hotel in BKK. Love the room, its accessibility, staff and breakfast spread. The only thing not that great in my recent stay was the plate was not washed cleanly at the Ginger restaurant. When i picked up a new plate at the buffet table, my hand felt something slimy at the bottom of the plate only to realize its some leftover food residue that did not get washed off properly.

I choose room with lounge access to enjoy the breakfast with the nice view but due to the limited selection of breakfast I have no choice to eat at downstairs. They don even have the congee in the lounge, or can just help the guest to order the noodles ? Overall it’s good, but the menu in the lounge is too little.

The Room & Bathroom tired and desperately needs to be refreshed ! Bathtub floods and drains too slowly. Water pressure low ! Executive Lounge had below average food, but the excellent service and staff made up for its substandard food items offered between 5:30pm to 7:30pm only. Will stay at Intercontinental next door or JW Marriott on my future trips.

My second time staying here and it is definitely showing its wear and tear which is unsurprising considering the sheer number of people staying here. It is a busy hotel, due to its perfect location and good value for money. Our room was on the 3rd floor in the further away wing (the elevator near the meeting rooms) and while there were some cleanliness issues upon arrival, the staff promptly addressed, gave us chocolate for the trouble and left a sincere note which we appreciated. Our room was overall clean and the AC was cold. It looks out onto an internal driveway which, to its credit, was not busy and therefore not noisy. The location is perfect, as i'm sure you've read from the reviews. But an added bonus of staying here is GRIDDLE, the panini place tucked away in the commercial center. It takes a while to find but worth it for their smoothies and yummy paninis.

Holiday Inn is always my first and only choice of hotel in Bangkok. I am always well taken care by them, feeling safe with them as a solo traveller. Will be back soon. Cya Holiday Inn!
