Todo el personal super amable, te sientes en casa. Excelente actitud de todos. Se aseguran de que tengas todo lo que necesitas durante tu estancia. El hotel muy limpio y amplios los cuartos. Lo recomiendo.

Obviando el tema económico, Barcelona está por las nubes, el hotel es tranquilo y correcto: habitaciones espaciosas, limpias, cómodas y bien equipada; también los baños si no fuera por esa manía de comunicar baño y habitación con cristales y ventanales, aunque en este hotel han logrado preservar la intimidad. Además, una piscinita testimonial pero coqueta. Y por último, y no es lo menos importante, el personal es amable

We were very disappointed with how the hotel handled a problem with cigarette smoke in our family room. We had booked and paid for a non-smoking family room, yet smoke repeatedly entered the room. Instead of resolving the issue with the guests who were smoking illagaly, we were asked to move rooms late in the evening with our two children. The replacement room was noticeably more worn and of a lower standard than the one we had originally booked. There was also nobody at the hotel with the authority to properly resolve the situation or offer compensation. We were told management would not be available until Monday, but we were leaving on Sunday. Breakfast vouchers were offered, but we could not use them due to our early departure and, in any case, this felt like very limited compensation. Overall, we did not receive what we had paid for: a comfortable, smoke-free family room. The hotel itself was also generally quite worn. We can therefore not recommend staying here.

Superb! A very unassuming, unexpected high-end hotel. Definitely 4* living up to its rating. An oasis in a quiet, safe part of the city (to be honest I never felt unsafe anywhere in the city). It's a Hilton conversion of old apartment block but to a very high spec. Super spacious, high quality furniture, fittings and bathrooms. Everything spotless. Our suite had 3 beds - a double which was 2 singles joined and sofa bed. Sofa bed was not great for me, sagged in the middle, pillows too soft - I'm sure hotel might have sullied had I bothered to ask. Staff were really kind and helpful, very attentive, chocolates on the bed every night, luggage store perfect, Did not eat breakfast here because the breakfast area is a bit dingy and small, and the spread seemed a but skint for the 19euro overhead. Pool was v nice after a hot day walking around the city. None of the pools in Barcelona seemed very big, this was fair size, but when 10 people are in, it's enough. The pool area itself very pleasant to sit outside on the garden sofas. It is a bit out of the way in terms of centrality, but its 5-10mins walk to Metro or main streets with buses. Its a beautiful tree-lined city with lots of shade and cafes and restaurants everywhere. There's a big parking lot around the corner. Value for money given all of the above mentions £399 in high season for 2 nights was very good value!
