Great place to stay! Staff amazing! Included breakfast was a pre-determined composition choice but was quite delicious. You could add items for additional charge but we didn’t bother. Swim up pool was very nice, you might need to put down a towel for comfort/cleanliness as the beds can get a bit dirty. Still very cool! Very close to Kamari beach and chic restaurants strip. Walk all the way down to get the best swimming areas. Staff were super friendly and helpful! AC was not the greatest, you might need to keep bathroom door closed to get you room to sleeping chill (we were there in September). Wifi great. Bit of a walk to bus stop but service here is top notch! Cheap safe, and convenient. Close to airport so you will see -and hear- aircraft quite close by. Pay the bus attendant to get to Fila. Go anywhere from there! Super simple. AC modern buses.

Absolutely fantastic hotel - the customer service was the best I've ever experienced too. The room was just up our street- modern, very clean and mininalist with every luxury. My partner and I still miss the amazing bed and pillows! We had a plunge pool in our suite which was bigger than expected and a very welcome addition. The main pool was maintained perfectly and again absolutely serene. You definitely get exceptional quality here. LOVED the breakfasts too!

This is an amazing hotel in a good loaction. Clean and modern with either a personal Hot Tub or swim up access to the pool for every room. The room was a good size and modern with a large comfortable bed. Staff were excellent and very helpful and freindly. The hotel was quiet which was great for relaxing, but ony a few minutes walk from the beach with all the bars and restaurants of which there is a huge choice. Breakfast was excellent with a decent choice of continental items included but you could also order cooked items at an extra cost. The resort is at the end of the Airport runway so you often see low flying aircraft landing but we found this exciting and the noise wasn't a problem at all.

Gute Lage im kleinen Ort Kamari, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strände alles in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Ort ist nicht so hektisch wie Oia oder Fira, sondern eher etwas gemütlicher. Kamari bietet allerdings eine tolle Strandpromenade, wo von morgens bis spät nachts immer was los ist. Allerdings etwas nah am Flughafen, daher ist Fluglärm nicht zu vermeiden. Es finden allerdings nicht sehr viele Flüge statt, daher ist es nur zeitweise vormittags und abends etwas störend. Toll sind die 8 JuniorSuites im Erdgeschoss mit direktem eigenem Zugang zum grossen Pool. Die Suiten im Obergeschoss, haben alle einen eigenen kleinen Privatpool (eher grosse Badewanne) und bieten hier etwas mehr an Privatsphäre beim sonnen baden. Sehr toll ist das Frühstück, welches immer frisch zubereitet wird (kein Buffett). Die Hotelbar ist bis um Mitternacht geöffnet und preislich an die Santorini üblichen Preise angelehnt. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Alles sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. (Smart TV, Telefon, Fön, Bluetooth Sound Box, Safe, Bademäntel und Schlappen, Pool/Strandhandtücher). Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen und es fühlt sich sehr familiär an, da es nicht so gross ist. Vielen Dank and Maria und Fabio, die sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert haben.

Brand new contemporary suites we’ll thought out and immaculate. Staff were amazing friendly and always available. Walkable to kamari beach with all its facilities. Walk to bus stop for days in Fira and Oia. Only downside our suite only had sun for part of the morning. But there were a few other beds available in the sun to use. The breakfast was a feast and lovely and fresh. But unfortunately they do not offer any other meals

Nous sommes restés 10 jours sur place et avons profité de la suite familiale (en étant deux adultes et deux ados). La chambre, la salle de bain, la piscine, le jacuzzi, etc sont comme sur les photos du site Web de l’établissement: tout est ultra propre et comme neuf. Adelina, la gérante, parle parfaitement l’anglais, est très professionnel et au petit soin pour ses clients : merci à elle ! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et appréciable. Avant de réserver, j’étais inquiet par le fait que l’établissement soit proche de l’aéroport : c’est vrai que quand les avions atterrissent et qu’ils descendent a proximité de l’hôtel, cela peut déranger une petite dizaine de secondes. Mais, en vérité, cela fait plus une distraction qu’une gêne. Et puis, de l’intérieur de la chambre, l’insonorisation est efficace et on peut dormir tranquille. On peut ajouter que la climatisation est performante (petit défaut : la climatisation est moins puissante pour les deux lits de la mezzanine : dommage que les marches de l’escalier en métal ne soient pas ajourées, cela aurait permis que l’air climatisé pulsé atteignent facilement le niveau de la mezzanine) Et puis, cerise sur le gâteau, l’établissement est à 5 minutes à pied à peine de la plage et tous les restaurants et commerces, c’est vraiment appréciable. Je suis content d’avoir séjourné à viva nove Suites et j’y retournerai avec plaisir en cas de nouveau voyage à Santorin.

Maria was an amazing host. She catered for all our needs. The honeymoon suite was amazing, clean and beautiful views. The breakfast was lovely and all shops and restaurants were within walking distance as was the beach. Well worth a visit.

Amazing experience at Viva Nove - Maria was beyond brilliant with any questions or requests we had. We extended our stay as we enjoyed it so much. So many small, thoughtful and considered touches throughout the hotel - the make up today (amazing!!) Would highly recommend if you are after a chilled/ private vibe - we booked the executive suite with sea view and hot tub. Hadn’t stayed in Kamari before but we loved it for the last leg of our trip to Santorini - Oia and Fira are beautiful but incredibly busy! The only watch out if you are a light sleeper, very close to the airport so you do hear the planes but this does stop at a reasonable hour!!

This is an amazing hotel in a good loaction. Clean and modern with either a personal Hot Tub or swim up access to the pool for every room. The room was a good size and modern with a large comfortable bed. Staff were excellent and very helpful and freindly. The hotel was quiet which was great for relaxing, but ony a few minutes walk from the beach with all the bars and restaurants of which there is a huge choice. Breakfast was excellent with a decent choice of continental items included but you could also order cooked items at an extra cost. The resort is at the end of the Airport runway so you often see low flying aircraft landing but we found this exciting and the noise wasn't a problem at all.

Gute Lage im kleinen Ort Kamari, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strände alles in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Ort ist nicht so hektisch wie Oia oder Fira, sondern eher etwas gemütlicher. Kamari bietet allerdings eine tolle Strandpromenade, wo von morgens bis spät nachts immer was los ist. Allerdings etwas nah am Flughafen, daher ist Fluglärm nicht zu vermeiden. Es finden allerdings nicht sehr viele Flüge statt, daher ist es nur zeitweise vormittags und abends etwas störend. Toll sind die 8 JuniorSuites im Erdgeschoss mit direktem eigenem Zugang zum grossen Pool. Die Suiten im Obergeschoss, haben alle einen eigenen kleinen Privatpool (eher grosse Badewanne) und bieten hier etwas mehr an Privatsphäre beim sonnen baden. Sehr toll ist das Frühstück, welches immer frisch zubereitet wird (kein Buffett). Die Hotelbar ist bis um Mitternacht geöffnet und preislich an die Santorini üblichen Preise angelehnt. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Alles sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. (Smart TV, Telefon, Fön, Bluetooth Sound Box, Safe, Bademäntel und Schlappen, Pool/Strandhandtücher). Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen und es fühlt sich sehr familiär an, da es nicht so gross ist. We arrived early in the day, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They allowed to partake of the breakfast (even though we were not supposed to enjoy it until the next day.) They allowed us to use the pool area and store our bags until the room was ready. Each day the staff ensured we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. The customer service was a 10 !

We have just stayed for 6 nights and would totally recommend Viva Nove. Maria and all the staff are so helpful and go the extra mile to help you with excursions and everything. Our experience at Viva Nove Suites was exceptional! The location in Kamari is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The suites are modern, clean, and beautifully designed with a calming atmosphere. The staff(Maria, Donaldo and many more that I don’t remember their names) was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds, great amenities, and the delicious breakfast provided each morning. Great place to stay! Staff amazing! Included breakfast was a pre-determined composition choice but was quite delicious. You could add items for additional charge but we didn’t bother. Swim up pool was very nice, you might need to put down a towel for comfort/cleanliness as the beds can get a bit dirty. Still very cool! Very close to Kamari beach and chic restaurants strip. Walk all the way down to get the best swimming areas. Staff were super friendly and helpful! AC was not the greatest, you might need to keep bathroom door closed to get you room to sleeping chill (we were there in September). Wifi great. Maria was an amazing host. She catered for all our needs. The honeymoon suite was amazing, clean and beautiful views. The breakfast was lovely and all shops and restaurants were within walking distance as was the beach. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely fantastic hotel - the customer service was the best I've ever experienced too. The room was just up our street- modern, very clean and mininalist with every luxury. My partner and I still miss the amazing bed and pillows! We had a plunge pool in our suite which was bigger than expected and a very welcome addition. The main pool was maintained perfectly and again absolutely serene. You definitely get exceptional quality here. LOVED the breakfasts too!

Spotlessly clean rooms and facilities. Delicious breakfast and staff were so friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants.

Fantastic stay here. Staff were amazing. Rooms were clean and modern, pool was perfect and the breakfast was to die for!!! Do not hesitate to book if reading this review.

Perfect apart from breakfast, was not allowed to pick your breakfast items, were given plates of food with a lot of wastage. Perfect otherwise

Nice and clean rooms with lovely pool. Breakfast is simple but effective although probably better if a buffet as have to wait and ask for extra cups of coffee or butter etc Great location just 5 mins to the restaurants on Lamar beach

Brand new contemporary suites we’ll thought out and immaculate. Staff were amazing friendly and always available. Walkable to kamari beach with all its facilities. Walk to bus stop for days in Fira and Oia. Only downside our suite only had sun for part of the morning. But there were a few other beds available in the sun to use. The breakfast was a feast and lovely and fresh. But unfortunately they do not offer any other meals

Nous sommes restés 10 jours sur place et avons profité de la suite familiale (en étant deux adultes et deux ados). La chambre, la salle de bain, la piscine, le jacuzzi, etc sont comme sur les photos du site Web de l’établissement: tout est ultra propre et comme neuf. Adelina, la gérante, parle parfaitement l’anglais, est très professionnel et au petit soin pour ses clients : merci à elle ! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et appréciable. Avant de réserver, j’étais inquiet par le fait que l’établissement soit proche de l’aéroport : c’est vrai que quand les avions atterrissent et qu’ils descendent a proximité de l’hôtel, cela peut déranger une petite dizaine de secondes. Mais, en vérité, cela fait plus une distraction qu’une gêne. Et puis, de l’intérieur de la chambre, l’insonorisation est efficace et on peut dormir tranquille. On peut ajouter que la climatisation est performante (petit défaut : la climatisation est moins puissante pour les deux lits de la mezzanine : dommage que les marches de l’escalier en métal ne soient pas ajourées, cela aurait permis que l’air climatisé pulsé atteignent facilement le niveau de la mezzanine) Et puis, cerise sur le gâteau, l’établissement est à 5 minutes à pied à peine de la plage et tous les restaurants et commerces, c’est vraiment appréciable. Je suis content d’avoir séjourné à viva nove Suites et j’y retournerai avec plaisir en cas de nouveau voyage à Santorin.

Lovely little hotel with friendly and hardworking staff. Room was always tidied and cleaned each day. Sunbeds are shaded in either the morning/evening, but there are communal beds that are always in the sun. Location: A 5-10 minute walk to Kamari beach. A 10 minute walk to the bus stop to Fira. I found taxis very expensive, but the bus is only €2. The hotel kindly printed the bus timetable for us. Breakfast: A limited menu but nice quality food. Fresh orange juice and tea/coffee. Copious amounts of breads and pastries, with the option of fresh fruit, greek yoghurt with granola, cake of the day or salad. There were additional options for a small cost (approx €3). Tips: The beachfront restaurants especially can be expensive. For a cheap eat go to Souvlike, they do a nice gyros. Local supermarkets sell cheap packs of water and alcohol, instead of using the expensive mini bar.

We had an excellent stay at the Viva Nove suites. We went for my daughters 21st birthday. We had two senior suites which had hot tubs on the balcony. The breakfast each morning was excellent and had a brillant selection. The location was perfect a 5 minute walk to Kamari. The room was kept cleaned each day. The airport is a 7 minute drive and cost us 35 euro which is expensive. However the alternative would be a bus to Fira and then Fira to Kamari and after a day of travelling and landing late we opted for thr taxi and would do again. They had storage for our suitcases as we weren't leaving till 6pm in the evening. In the main reception downstairs they have a large area with a sofa if you want to sit and also a shower to freshen up with towels a d toiletries which we really appreciated following a day of exploring before our flight. Highly recommended!!

One small downside was that after I checked out, I was contacted about a missing hairdryer. Even though I explained that I had neither seen nor used it, the conversation quickly focused on the possibility that I had taken it. It was a bit uncomfortable having to explain myself over something I did not take. At the same time, no hairdryer was shown to me during the room tour either, so it felt more like a communication issue between the staff or a lack of inventory control. I would simply recommend keeping better track of these things in the future. Other than that, everything was perfect.✨

Me and friend stayed here in September and it was amazing! Location is perfect - a short walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars and shops nearby to walk to. Hotel was beautiful and well kept. I CANNOT say enough kind things about the staff. They reply quick to messages and are so helpful and knowledgeable about the island/area. They assisted in booking many transfers and even have 4wheelers on site to rent, which is incredibly convenient. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the Kamari area of Santorini!

This is an awesome place to stay. The convenience of everything is so great. It’s all flat in this town unlike others that are all uphill! The only issues we had were neighbours cigarette smoke coming directly towards us at the pool. Being Canadian, this is not tolerable. It actually caused us allergy issues.
