conveniently located, great lively neighborhood, close to LGA. Clean and modern room. Friendly staff. But beware of parking... they have very limited on-site parking, which was fortunately available for my stay, but if not available, street parking is already packed, would be hard to find near the hotel.

This hotel was perfect for our visit to family nearby. Very clean and great staff. Sam and Pema were most welcoming and helpful. Close to lots of food and shops. We took advantage of available $ parking in secured garage. We would stay here again in the future.

Well located friendly staffed boutique hotel right off the BQE. Indoor parking next door for only $20 was a big plus. Simple, but clean and well managed and reasonably priced hotel.

Horrible stay & a torturous experience. Had to find a close location when flight canceled & anything else under $600 was a 40 min drive. Cost $550 for ONE night in a room that barely had a foot of space to move around the “queen” bed; bathroom was just as small. No breakfast, A/C didn’t work, elevator didn’t work, NO ONE spoke understandable English, and toxic-fumes from whatever cleaning solution used permeated the room & caused headaches.

We went to Astoria to visit my son, his Apt was 1/2 mi from the hotel. We parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a great view! We will come back.

Room was OK and what I expected but the sheets / bed felt itchy... Toilet did not flush but OK I was only their for 1 night. Shower drained very slowly so finished shower in a puddle of water.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was ok, but there was a gross booger on the wall, the floors felt a but dirty and there were small roaches that would come out in the bathroom. The location felt a bit far as it seemed to take me an hour toget back from the city every night

I arrived at midnight , tired and exhausted to a pleasant looking room. When lights are out, felt strangeness about the bed, curtains and walls. Sprang up and used my portable UV light to discover they need a deeper cleaning regime. Dust mites and fungal presence detected. I rshortly checked out and left for the airport 6 hours before my flight.

The air conditioning was not working at the hotel. So the first night was pretty terrible. The staff failed to mention that their central AC is disabled because it is winter. I fail to understand how they consider 1st of April as winter. Opening the window is also not much of an option as it gets loud outside. For the second day, we kept the windows open to cool the room down through the day.

Good clean room that got the job done. The AC was not something I was able to control in my room. I was freezing the entire night. I had a thermostat on the wall but it did not do anything. It was a one night stay for me, a bed by the airport so I didn't call down about it because I didn't want the hassle, just wanted to go to sleep. Also, the street noise is pretty tough around here, so just a heads up if you're a light sleeper.

I have never come across a more helpful staff - they were quite wonderful and it was a pleasure to interact with them. They were knowledgeable about all parts of NYC as well as this unique part of Astoria. They went out of their way to provide support and helpful information.The hotel is small and in a very lively neighborhood. The rooms are clean and compact as the photo shows. It will be my "go to" place when I return to this area of Queens.

Arrived at 10pm and waited over 30 minutes for the receptionist to return to the front desk to check us in. Despite having a sign on the desk that read “I’ll be back in 5 minutes”. No apology from the receptionist when they returned. Didn’t even greet us, just asked our name and checked us in. Poor customer service

We absolutely loved staying at the Astoria inn. It's exactly what we needed in the heart of Astoria. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Sammy, Alex and definitely a few others were so kind and welcoming. Would come back here again. If I had to come back to Astoria.

Booked after canceled flight at La Guardia. It was easy to get to by bus (2 miles) away. Also only 7 minute walk to subway info Manhattan. Several fast food restaurants were in walking distance. Clean and comfortable.

it is very close to LaGuardia Airport. The Bus stop is right at the corner and the bus takes 20 minutes to get to the airport.

Excellent customer service! Very responsive to my needs. Best thing is it's only an 11 minute walk to the train station going straight to the center of Manhattan without having to change trains.

Door lock broken, hallways smell musty, no type of soda or snack machines, only get 1 toilet paper roll in room, towels are limited, no housekeeping on weekends, front desk almost always on break and put sign up that they will be back in 5 mins, no closet in rooms thermostat did not work properly, hot water takes a while to work, outside area unsafe, bunch of men "hanging" out outside, drinking/drunk looking up to no good, hardly any women outside, next door there is a mosque which gets pretty noisy at night, no type of breakfast, no pool, no ice machine, there are cameras in every corner on street, blankets had stains, dull looking, no type of gym or exercise equipment, checkout is at 11:30 a.m. and if you stay after they charge you a fee of $20 per hour there after, trash is not taken out everyday, and front lobby trash on floor, desk disorganized and agent caught sleeping while on the clock.

No coffee machine but instant coffee and a water heater? No. TV barely worked with weird channel #s and zero premium content. To be fair the guy at the front desk was considering putting us in another room before we got the TV working. Lobby features elevator decal of The Golden Gate Bridge. Other guests look like unpaid extras from Barfly.

Short ride to LGA. Room was clean, we were on the back side away from the street on the 6th floor with a terrific view of the Manhattan skyline. Would have preferred having a coffee maker in the room instead of a kettle and instant coffee, other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The room was pretty big, both the main room and the bathroom. No issues with cleanliness or noise. The hotel is a quick subway ride to Manhattan, and it's in an area with a lot of restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly as well. Honestly for the price, really can't complain about anything at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Meget meget flink personale. Desværre meget støjende værelser fra AC, gaden eller naboværelser. Spurgte i receptionen om de havde et mere stille værelse, der fik jeg uden problemer, dog stadig støjende men mere stille. Fedt område. Gå en tur ned af gaden og enkelte af de nærliggende. Gode butikker og barer. Områder virkede mere råt end der jeg kom fra i Brooklyn, men var ganske sikkert.

Front desk staff member was professional & very friendly. The walls of the room were somewhat thin & I could hear doors constantly slamming. I had trouble maintaining a consistent internet connection on my phone (AT&T wireless) & often there were only 2 bars. Not sure if it was the location or my provider. The in-room mini fridge & microwave in the room were a main reason I chose to stay at this hotel. I'd consider staying here again.
