Hôtel chic et super propre. Réceptionniste très aimable et compréhensive malgré la différence de langue. Petit bémol concernant le parking à 20 euros, il est minuscule et pas très pratique du tout, on a galéré... et la chambre, avec un super grand lit confortable, était mal insonorisée. Je recommande tout de même.

Un emplacement intéressant proche de la Arena et de Sants, des bars et restos proches Accueil sympathique, un des check in les plus rapides de Barcelone (ceux qui se rendent souvent dans cette belle ville savent que les check in peuvent y être très longs...), chambres confortables, petit dej pas mal. Bémols : Insonorisation des chambres pas formidable, j'ai été réveillé en sursauts par deux fois par d'autres clients quittants leurs chambres, et impossible d'avoir une temperature stable sous la douche. Mention spéciale pour le bar plutôt sympa et rare pour cette catégorie d'hotels.

We stayed at the Pestana Arena Hotel for 3 nights. It is in a great location, 3 Metro Stations are nearby and it's a short walk to the Arenas shopping centre with shops, restaurants and a cinema. The view from the roof is amazing. The hotel has everything you need and the staff were great. We couldn't have picked a more suitable hotel for our trip to Barcelona. Wish we could have stayed longer ....

3시간 일찍 도착했는데 얼리 체크인 해주고 프론트 직원분들 정말 친절했어요. 침구 컨디션도 좋아서 편안하게 잤습니다. 위치는 에스파냐 광장에서 걸어서 금방이고 근처 메르카도나 마켓이 커서 웬만한거 다 있어요. 지하에 작은 피트니스와 사우나 있는데 알차게 너무 잘 이용했습니다. 가성비 최고의 호텔입니다.

Wir haben 7 Nächte im Doppelzimmer in diesem Hotel verbracht und reisten am ersten Tag erst spät an. Daher informierten wir uns beim Hotel vorab, ob ein Check-in zwischen 23-24 Uhr noch möglich ist. Wir erhielten die Antwort, dass dies kein Problem sei. Leider erwies sich der erste Abend / die erste Nacht dann aber als sehr schrecklich! Als wir im Hotel eintrafen, war unser Zimmer bereits eingecheckt. Die Person an der Rezeption meinte, dies sei bestimmt ein Fehler und checkte uns ein. Leider liess sich dann aber die Zimmertür nicht öffnen. Die Hotelfachperson meinte daraufhin, dass sicherlich die Türe kaputt sei oder die Batterie leer sei und uns daher notfallmässig ein Zweibett-Zimmer zur Verfügung (das angeblich allerletzte freie Zimmer im Haus) gestellt wird. Im Zweibett-Zimmer angekommen, müde und erschöpft von der Reise sassen wir auf dem Bett und plötzlich huschten Kakerlaken über den Boden! Daher baten wir die Hotelfachperson nochmals uns unser eigentliches Zimmer zu geben. Er versuchte ca. 30min lang das Zimmer vergebens zu öffnen, bis das Zimmer plötzlich von innen durch einen anderen Gast aufgemacht wurde! Schlimmer gehts echt nicht und das um mittlerweile nach 2 Uhr morgens. Ich weiss nicht wer am meisten geschockt war: die Hotelfachperson, der andere Gast im Zimmer oder ich. Danach gingen wir halt zurück ins Kakerlaken-Zimmer, jagten die Kakerlaken und fielen in einen wenig erholsamen Schlaf. Am nächsten Tag erhielten wir das versprochene Doppelzimmer und dazu no

Immaculately clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff in a great location in between two metro stations. Tasty dining options nearby with a great coffee shop that was one minute away. We were able to do some laundry one block away. Area that feels relatively safe as well.

Just back from a mini break in Barcelona. I can't say enough good things about the Pestana Arena. Firstly everything in the hotel and room is spotless. The room was decent sized with a really comfy bed and pillows. We had everything we needed in the room. Breakfast was amazing. I have a gluten intolerance and was extremely well catered for. The hotel is really well located close to a good variety of metro lines so getting around the city was easy. I wouldn't hesitate to book the Pestana Arena again the next time I visit the wonderful City of Barcelona.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter und saubere Zimmer. Leider etwas hellhörig. Der Streit im Nachbarzimmer, mitten in der Nacht, war sehr deutlich zu hören. Dafür kein Straßenlärm zu hören und verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig gelegen.

Very polite and helpful staff, they know English very well. Quiet neighborhood, very walkable and close to Parc MontJuic with its museums. Room walls are VERY thin, bathrooms not well designed: bath tubs are almost dangerous to get out of, easy to fall, at least for older or shorter guests

Overall is a nice enough hotel. Not close to many attractions but still walkable if you don’t mind a couple miles one way- which we did not. We chose it because it’s close to train station which worked out nicely. The only real problem was the shower. About every 15 seconds it would turn so hot you must jump away or be scalded. This happened every time we showered. Also any food recommendations seemed to be based on an arrangement with restaurant. Not actually their honest opinion. Staff was polite.

It's definitely not a 4* hotel! The size of the room is ok, though as many others have suggested, it needs refurbishment as things are starting to fall apart. For example, the shower floor is wooden deck and when you step on it, it sinks and feels like it's about to break any minute! I booked the room weeks ahead, and requested for a room on a higher floor. Guess what I got? A room on the first door, and of course that's the only room available in the entire hotel. The room was so dark and lacked natural night. Reception was under staffed. 1 person available at 3pm on a Saturday. There was only 1 person being served in front of us but we ended up waiting for 10 mins before we were checked in. By the time we were done, there were at least 5 other people queuing behind us. Breakfast was horrible. It's not a 4* hotel quality at all. The scrambled eggs were cold and solid. Looked like it was sitting there for a long time. I was so disappointed provided it got decent ratings. I travel to BCN regularly but definitely would not be staying at this hotel again.

Enregistrement interminable, personnel peu dynamique et accueillant. Chambre spacieuse mais pas de vanity set dans la salle de bains ni de machine à expresso dans la chambre. Lorsqu’on choisi un hôtel 4 étoiles c’est pour tous les petits « plus » qu’il n’y a pas dans les gammes inférieures. Or ici ce n’est pas à la hauteur. Literie très confortable, ouf !

Lovely, modern hotel near both the train station and the airport shuttle for our flight out the next morning. The hotel staff was very helpful. They were not aware of the VIP free room upgrade, but when I showed them the Expedia offer, they honored it. Everything was comfortable and made for a great stay.

The facility was fine, the breakfast buffet was excellent, but it was the customer service that stole the show. We found everyone here to be incredibly helpful, cheerful, and happy to go the extra mile in order to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

スタッフ皆さんとても親切でした。お部屋もとてもきれいでした。ホテルの近くでバッグを盗まれたのでホテルから出たら注意してください。チェックアウト後に盗難被害に遭いましたが、ホテルの人に伝えると荷物を預かってくれたり、柔軟に対応してくれました。

Immaculately clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff in a great location in between two metro stations. Tasty dining options nearby with a great coffee shop that was one minute away. We were able to do some laundry one block away. Area that feels relatively safe as well.

L'hôtel est très bien, j'ai beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner (très riche, beaucoup de choix). L'hôtel est très bien situé, un peu éloigné des centres animés, mais à une distance de marche raisonnable de la gare Barcelona-Sants et de la Plaç d'Espanya où l'on peut prendre l'autobus pour l'aéroport.

Just back from a mini break in Barcelona. I can't say enough good things about the Pestana Arena. Firstly everything in the hotel and room is spotless. The room was decent sized with a really comfy bed and pillows. We had everything we needed in the room. Breakfast was amazing. I have a gluten intolerance and was extremely well catered for. The hotel is really well located close to a good variety of metro lines so getting around the city was easy. I wouldn't hesitate to book the Pestana Arena again the next time I visit the wonderful City of Barcelona.

Por el precio que han cobrado no vale en absoluto la pena: internet funcionaba muy mal o no funcionaba, pocos enchufes y mal situados, habitación, muy oscura... Y el desayuno horrible: muy mala bollería y panadería además escasa, embutidos recién sacados de la bolsa sin siquiera disimularlo, fruta no de temporada, ... Había ido a otros Pestana en Brasil y pensaba que serían similares, pero nada que ver, no lo recomiendo en absoluto

Hotel was nice but I had a few reservations. seemed old. Like something out of the 80s and not updated. door card required a special technique to open the door. You couldn’t just put it in and the door opened. You have to put it in and quickly pull it out for it to go green. Then to get the lights on in the room you had to put your card in a special slot. Then the lights came on. But here’s the thing - it took ages to jiggle with the lights to get them to come on. Very strange set up. And the worst thing was when you took the keycard out, the electrical sockets switched off So basically if you are charging your phone iPad, etc. as soon as you removed the keycard they would stop charging. A real pain. And the tv…….. I’m extremely tech savvy but it was impossible for me to log into YouTube Netflix etc on the tv. It wanted me to download some kind of app which then wanted to charge me for it !!!!! And I had to use Gemini to try and sort it out because the tv language wasn’t English. It wasn’t Spanish. IT WAS GERMAN !!!!!! So I’m in Spain with limited Spanish, trying to decipher what is going on in with the tv which is a in German and using Gemini to translate everything into English !!!!! I gave up in the end. Very very strange set up. I did like the room though. It was spacious. Quiet and on the top floor. The air con was great. Had a little fridge. Lovely staff. Nice bar. Just need to sort electrics and tv out.
