Le point fort de l'hôtel est le spa, très bien équipé et vaste. Quelques éléments ne fonctionnait pas ( hammam) mais il y deux grands espaces pour profiter des jacuzzis et jets. La déco est soignée et l'hôtel fournit peignoirs serviettes, tongs, bonnet. L'hôtel est propre, le restaurant est correct, les plats sont soigneusement présentés mais peu savoureux. Le service est globalement aimable. Un point noir : la climatisation n'est pas réglable et il faisait trop chaud.

Très bel hôtel, chambre très correcte, spa super, accueil très aimable, très bon petit déjeuner Début octobre il faisait un temps magnifique mais la piscine extérieure n était pas chauffée et les bulles, jets, cascades de celle ci n étaient pas en fonction donc nous n avons pas eu ce pour quoi nous avons payé

The spa facilities and swimming pools are amazing. Grounds and gardens are well taken care of and beautiful. Breakfast options were diverse and good quality. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. What could be improved: * Building and room maintenance needs serious work. Buildings’ exterior paint has long lost its splendor. Our bathroom door and window frames were in terrible condition, which is sad because at some point this hotel must have deserved the 4 stars it has. * The mattress was really uncomfortable and you could hear its old coils squeaking with each minor movement. * The AC in the room was blasting cold air and the control was not functional so we ended up sleeping with our heads under the sheets not to breathe that air. If you don’t mind the points above or are just going for the thermal spa and swimming-pools, I highly recommend this property (esp. the spa)

The hotel is gorgeous, and the pool and spa are incredible. It was so cozy and relaxing that it ended up reducing how much exploring out side of the hotel we did during our stay. The restaurant in the hotel is also phenomenal and very affordable for the high quality

On ne peut pas être et avoir été. Chambres datées, nombreuses taches, usures. La climatisation est actionnée que les fins de semaines. Nous avons acheté 4 ventilateurs car aucune réaction malgré les plaintes a la réception. Odeurs de canalisations, moisissures, coffre forts HS Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre vendue par hotels.com il a fallu l'intervention du site. Nous retenons deux points forts, la qualité du photographe qui mets en valeur les chambres avec un talent rare et le spa qui est vraiment très bien. Le spa est accessible pour les visiteurs avec l'achat d'entrée sans subir le séjour. Un remerciement et un point positif au personnel de ménage et technique qui font ce qu'ils peuvent avec bienveillance

No AC (the room stayed at 80 degrees), wi-fi connection very poor, elevator not working, no restock of amenities, dirty cups and plates upon arrival. The hotel's solution was a standing floor fan that just blew hot air. The elevator is bug infested. Never again.

El alojamiento nos decepciono bastante, porque el mantenimiento en las habitaciones y balcones, brilla por su ausencia, techo del lavabo con manchas de humedad, rejilla llena de polvo, zócalo de debajo de la puerta del balcón desecho por completo, con hormigas por toda la habitación incluso en la cama, sillas y mesa del balcón oxidadas, la ventana de la habitación tiene vistas al balcón de la habitación contigua. Piscina bien, la zona de hamacas muy pequeña, el spa y las termas bien, pero muchas cosas no funcionaban. El entorno muy bonito, las camas cómodas y mucho silencio, el desayuno muy bueno, el hall muy bien decorado y limpio.

El alojamiento nos decepciono bastante, porque el mantenimiento en las habitaciones y balcones, brilla por su ausencia, techo del lavabo con manchas de humedad, rejilla llena de polvo, zócalo de debajo de la puerta del balcón desecho por completo, con hormigas por toda la habitación incluso en la cama, sillas y mesa del balcón oxidadas, la ventana de la habitación tiene vistas al balcón de la habitación contigua. Je n’ai pas pour habitude de laisser un avis car je suis moi même noter pour mon activité professionnelle. Donc je connais la valeur d’un avis. Pour autant, là je me sens obligé de le faire. C’est hôtel ne mérite pas à mon sens les 4 étoiles ( j’ai une certaine expérience de ce type d’établissement). Nous avons loué pour 1 semaine une suite premium pour 4 personnes. L’état de propreté est déplorable. Il y a un smiley de crasse dans la salle de bains, des taches sur les tentures des murs, les plaintes en mauvais état, des moisissures sur les plafonds, des trous de mite dans les rideaux. De même pour le mobilier, en mauvais état général. Le bord de la piscine est mal entretenue ce qui fait que vous avez les pieds plein de terre lorsque vous en sortez. Points positifs: la literie est de qualité, la cuisine est bonne et le personnel est sympathique et le Spa agréable. Après réclamation, il nous a été offert une bouteille de Cava. Nous aurions préféré un nettoyage complet de notre chambre. En espérant que ce commentaire puisse être utile.

The property when you first arrive is absolutely stunning, the landscape everything spoke of high end resort. The room was huge and initiall was stunning. Then you see water spots from like a broken water pipe around the baseboards. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the shower drained very slow. There was no controls for the AC, so the room was always stuffy had to open the windows at night which the mosquitos took as invite to hangout. The main outdoor restaurant was mediocre not deserving of the price they charged. Quite the opposite with breakfast was one of the best laid out great selection great staff. This property has a lot of potential and should have an investor this would be a gold mine.

La verdad que para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, las instalaciones y la equipación del hotel deja mucho que desear. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado que no puedes regular y estaba toda la noche encendido muy alto. Si quieres apagarlo tenías que sacar la tarjeta y te quedabas sin cargar el móvil y sin luz…mi habitación no tenía nevera, solo agua del tiempo, no había plancha, ni ningún otro servicio como hervidor de agua, ni cafetera. Además los pocos enchufes que había por la habitación hacía difícil cargar el móvil y tenerte que ir al baño para cargar otro dispositivo. Las cortinas no oscurecían y entraba toda luz desde la mañana pronto… Otro punto negativo es para los recepcionistas del hotel, no explican nada del tema spa, ni si quieres desayuno, ni ves interés por explicarte nada detalladamente.

Suite junior, nada que ver con las imágenes Era un congelador, humedades por donde mirases, cualquier motel de carretera tiene mejor habitación. Al tercer intento nos dieron algo más parecido a Lo que ofrecen pero aún así yo diría que las imágenes deben ser de hace 30 años.

Hotel is really nice and have a great breakfast, I didn’t use the restaurants, but menus look good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The spa is amazing, I didn’t have much time to fully use it. I had a massage and it was the perfect ending to my holiday. I will definitely be coming back ☺️

La verdad que para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, las instalaciones y la equipación del hotel deja mucho que desear. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado que no puedes regular y estaba toda la noche encendido muy alto. Si quieres apagarlo tenías que sacar la tarjeta y te quedabas sin cargar el móvil y sin luz…mi habitación no tenía nevera, solo agua del tiempo, no había plancha, ni ningún otro servicio como hervidor de agua, ni cafetera. Además los pocos enchufes que había por la habitación hacía difícil cargar el móvil y tenerte que ir al baño para cargar otro dispositivo. Las cortinas no oscurecían y entraba toda luz desde la mañana pronto… Otro punto negativo es para los recepcionistas del hotel, no explican nada del tema spa, ni si quieres desayuno, ni ves interés por explicarte nada detalladamente.

Hemos ido en familia, un matrimonio con un hijo de 14 años. La recepción genial. Hemos ido varias veces porque nos gusta el entorno y el spa. Es la primera vez que reservamos con cena, la cena estaba buenísima y también reservamos una habitación más grande y muy cómoda. Seguro que repetiremos.

Tuvimos un problema con el uso de un vale para el spa . Como teníamos una habitación con spa incluido pedimos que el vale sirviese para otro día y fueron inflexibles diciendo que ya estaba validado (por ellos mismos) así que no se podía cambiar . Realmente una muy mala orientación al cliente . No conocen lo del cliente suele tener la razón… muy sorprendente

For the price I paid it was great. About 55 mins on the train from Central Barcelona Room was decent. Nice big balcony, bed was comfy. Room had issues but you can overlook them The grounds where lovely The Spa was amazing and included in my price Spa alone is £35 and I paid £45 for each night including Spa which was a bargain. Internet was 80% decent. Little moments it went down. Overall I would stay again for a short stay

The property when you first arrive is absolutely stunning, the landscape everything spoke of high end resort. The room was huge and initiall was stunning. Then you see water spots from like a broken water pipe around the baseboards. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the shower drained very slow. There was no controls for the AC, so the room was always stuffy had to open the windows at night which the mosquitos took as invite to hangout. The main outdoor restaurant was mediocre not deserving of the price they charged. Quite the opposite with breakfast was one of the best laid out great selection great staff. This property has a lot of potential and should have an investor this would be a gold mine.

La habitación en la que estábamos tenía lo que necesitábamos para pasar allí una noche, aunque habría que hacer un repaso al papel pintado porque estaba suelto y con un aspecto muy antiguo, lo que no veo aceptable para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Por otro lado, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y eso no es un problema a finales de septiembre, pero en enero o agosto.... El Spa muy bien y la piscina exterior también, estamos satisfechos con esto. La comida de los restaurantes y el desayuno era de buena calidad, comimos muy bien y eso siempre mejora la experiencia de la estancia.

La déco est soignée et l'hôtel fournit peignoirs serviettes, tongs, bonnet. L'hôtel est propre, le restaurant est correct, les plats sont soigneusement présentés mais peu savoureux. Le service est globalement aimable. Un point noir : la climatisation n'est pas réglable et il faisait trop chaud.

hotel 4 etoiles qui a besoin d'un bon rafraichissement. tout est vétuste. Le petit dejeuner est correct ainsi que les piscines. Le restaurant est cher pour la qualité (22 euros le menu enfant) et le serveur s'est trompé 2 fois dans l'addition.

The staff really bad. The Wi-Fi connection kept dropping. It didn't work continuously for even 5 minutes. I mentioned this several times. No solution was provided, and the staff pretended to care but didn't actually care at all. Despite the problem continuing, they didn't change my room. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in terms of service and staff behavior. Definitely stay away from this hotel.

Room as expected clean but basic. Perhaps could have been better. Shower over bath no plug if you wanted a bath. Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone. Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good. Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted. Spa was excellent and a must visit if staying here.

Also, there’s was lack of room amenities such as electric kettle and fridge was faulty. Apart from this, breakfast was good with limited or no choice for vegan/vegetarian family. If you want to visit Barcelona city, the only train station in La Garigga is not operating at the moment and hotel staff will not advise you about it and they will suggest to take a private taxis which will cost £100. Luckily, some locals suggested me to walk at nearby bus stop and there we took free shuttle for Barcelona city. Overall, this hotel is not a 4 stars so be aware. Good luck.
