Une bonne accueil service de chambre rien à dire horaires piscine pas cool 10h 17h30 max petite piscine pour une dizaine de personnes max la chambre clim fonctionnel lit confortable table de nuit fortement abîmé mur abîmé et une plainte de mur décollé sinon très bien vu le prix et sympa parce que à midi on décolle de la chambre et on a pu continuer de profiter de la piscine mais bon des toutes petites choses à réviser pour un 3 étoiles sinon 23 minutes à pied de la gare nous ça nous allait bien ça nous a permis de profiter du coin donc oui je conseille cet hôtel pour ceux qui ont un petit budget et que ils veulent pas rester dans le bourg de Barcelone et sinon à 200 m il y a un car pour aller à peu près dans le bourg

Es un Hotel que no pienso volver nunca. No tiene nadie en recepcion. No tienen cafeteria. No fiunciona 1 de los 2 ascensores. Estaba desenado terminar mi estancia.

Does not look anything like it’s pictures. Pool was absolutely filthy and the room itself is like a box, pictures make it look much bigger than it is. Lift would constantly get stuck in certain floors and does not help when you are claustrophobic. Roof of the room was covered in damp and also damaged furniture in the room. On the last night I actually got stuck in the bathroom as the lock jammed and had to use force to open the door. Lighting was also really bad in the room, constantly felt like I was in darkness. Disappointing stay would not do it again

El personal solo atiende de 9 a 14h. Si vas después búscate la vida. El ascensor una veces funciona, otras no. La habitación en pésimo estado de conservación. Paredes agrietadas y con desconchones, cisterna del baño descolgada, cama con las patas bailonas. Sin cafetería. Mi primera y última visita.

No encontré el bar de ninguna forma. El sistema de checkin es digital pero la reserva reciba por vosotros no incluia el codigo necesario para hacerla, me tuvieron que ayudar por un telefonillo. No pude almorzar a la mañana siguiente. Las habitaciones estan bien, todo limpio y confortable.

Estuve toda mi estadía sin aire acondicionado y nunca me lo arreglaron ni me cambiaron de habitación porque según ellos no tenían disponible, la piscina no esta funcionando ni el restaurante según esta cerrado hasta agosto además la gente de front desk trabaja de 8 a 1 ya después no hay nadie que te pueda ayudar, además queda bastante lejos de Barcelona honestamente puedes conseguir algo por el mismo precio con mayor calidad en otra parte.

The room was clean and nice. Really liked the hotel and especially the staff was very helpful. The only thing is the pool is still closed and will open in july however when discussed with the hotel they showed great hospitality. Would definitely recommend!!!

This is a €40 per night sort of place. Don't pay more, it's not worth it. Has underground parking which is safe for motorcycles. This is its main plus for me. Rooms are very tired, but clean. It's an ok place to get your head down for a night or two.

It is difficult to award this building anything other than 2 stars. The bed linen was extremely clean, the bed was large as was the bathroom and the cleaner did an excellent job. However on arriving at the property there is no proper reception area, it is just a table in a foyer, it is only staffed from 9 -2, you cannot check in until 3pm so this of very little help, even when I raised the problem we had, as we checked out, they just nodded and had very little interest in apologising or offering any explanations. We arrived just after 3pm. At least a dozen people had been unable to check in using the machine, nor could I. Every person wanting to check in had to ring a Spanish number to get a code; this meant the phone line was tied up for some time. After an hour I was able to get through I was given a code for the machine to check in and get our keyless entry card which then allowed us access to the car park. However when we got to our room, although the cleaner was in the hallway she had not cleaned our room and it had not been prepared for us. She was very good and immediately left the room she was working on to do ours. We went away for half an hour and finally at around 4.40 we were able to access the room. There are no facilities to eat food within the building, the TV remote did not work and the room is very "tired". We were only staying for 1 night so we put up with it, but I cannot recommend it.

Pas de reception, machine demandant un numero de reservation non existant Obligé de decrocher un telephone et se faire guider par quelqu'un qui ne connait pas la machine pour sortir les cartes Fissure sur le mur de la chambre, pas de poubelle, salle de bain avec signes de moisissure,... Ceci n'est pas un 3 etoiles.

El lugar está sucio, descuidado, huele muy mal, de hecho no me quedé la segunda noche porque el lugar es sumamente desagradable

Habitación 1: La televisión no funcionaba, la luz principal no funcionaba, mancha de café o leche en la moqueta y la mesita sucia. Habitación 2: Nos cambian de habitación y hacía una olor insoportable y desagradable a tabaco. Hacía mucho calor en las dos habitaciones, el aire acondicionado debería estar más flojo. Por todo lo demas, la cama és bastante cómoda y la habitación muy espaciosa. En general había cosas buenas pero otras cosas que deben mejorar muchísimo. De momento, no volvería.

El olor de baño muy mal ,porqué tubería está roto.

Staff was not too helpfully, room was dirty and the roof paint was coming out. The bathroom tub had fungi around the interface with the wall.

Habitación 1: La televisión no funcionaba, la luz principal no funcionaba, mancha de café o leche en la moqueta y la mesita sucia. Habitación 2: Nos cambian de habitación y hacía una olor insoportable y desagradable a tabaco. Hacía mucho calor en las dos habitaciones, el aire acondicionado debería estar más flojo. Por todo lo demas, la cama és bastante cómoda y la habitación muy espaciosa. En general había cosas buenas pero otras cosas que deben mejorar muchísimo. De momento, no volvería.

Todo muy bien, habitación amplia cama cómoda y con parking

En las fotos la habitación parece mucho más grande de lo que es.

A notre arrivée, pas de réception ouverte, il a fallu appeler un numéro pour que quelqu'un nous ouvre les portes de l'hôtel. Ensuite il faut s'enregistrer avec notre numéro de réservation qui ne fonctionnait pas sur les borne. Il a fallu rappeler et être dirigé par téléphone par une personne ne parlant pas français. Nous avons dû appeler a 3 reprises car cela ne fonctionné pas pour que la personne valide a distance. La chambre était propre, parcontre pas d'insonorisation, le voisin qui prendra la douche et les voisins qui font des galipettes.... L'hôtel est situé en bordure de périphérique.

Estuvimos en 4 alojamientos este verano y sin duda este tiene poco de 3 estrellas. La habitación no tiene ni cajoneras, ni baldas(una si eso). Quizá somos muy exigentes, pero a mí me queda claro que para estancia larga no vale. A favor puedo decir que si cumplió su función que es para ir a dormir y ya está. Si buscas algo económico y para pasar la noche te puede valer si tienes que visitar Barcelona, pero yo la próxima vez pagaré un poco más y estaré más cerca del centro histórico.

Muy amplio y lindo

Estaba a precio razonable para lo que era. Pero ya el estar lejos de muchas cosas y el hecho de que tienen un problema enorme con el aire condicionado que no funciona ni se puede controlar. Estuvo demasiado caluroso y me dijeron que no se puede hacer nada.

Terrible staff service stuck outside for 3 hours trying to check in once got in locked out again later in the evening moved hotels

Booking in was terrible and we were given a double bed and no bath. That being said, they changed room for a triple with a bath. Very impersonal at check in, had to go away and come back at exactly 1600 to check in to a computer!! If this is the future, you can keep it!

Need 24 hours check in. Very hard to identify the hotel. There is very small sign board and I have to ask the people to find the hotel. I took metro to reach there. If I went there at night, I would be no where and wandering around.

Room service lady was fantastic!!!

Tivemos uma experiência muito satisfatória no hotel. Ocorreu tudo bem na estadia. Entretanto, nosso carro sofreu uma pane e tivemos o apoio dos funcionários, em especial do Iván, que ligavam de tempo em tempo para a locadora providenciar o concerto do carro. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os funcionários que se sensibilizaram com a nossa situação e empreenderam esforços para nos ajudar.

Pas de personnel à l'arrivée, un enregistrement tout seul très compliqué, pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre, pas de couverture, un oreiller minuscule et pas de petit déjeuner !!!!

Good location, close to expressway

Need 24 hours check in. Very hard to identify the hotel. There is very small sign board and I have to ask the people to find the hotel. I took metro to reach there. If I went there at night, I would be no where and wandering around.

I would like to make a complaint about the hotel. The shower had a leak from the bathroom ceiling. It kept me awake the final night in the hotel. The main hotel door got smashed and the next day they patched up with weak wood boards and there is no staff all night at all. I was so scared for my life. Also for the breakfast eaters… there is nothing. I would never recommend. It’s not very transport friendly and it’s very remoted from the city centre of Barcelona. 40-50 with traffic

Worst check in process in my life. No one available to give you access to the building/lobby. Location of hotel very deceptive. Hotel parking small and full. Outside/street parking very hard to get. Air conditioner didn’t work. Filthy inside walls. Noise area… Heavy traffic on the rear of hotel.

Estaba a precio razonable para lo que era. Pero ya el estar lejos de muchas cosas y el hecho de que tienen un problema enorme con el aire condicionado que no funciona ni se puede controlar. Estuvo demasiado caluroso y me dijeron que no se puede hacer nada.

Il chek in, si deve fare con un totem elettronico.al massimo telefonicamente con un operatore. se si ha bisogno di qualcosa o di qualcuno , impossibile. sulla scheda dell'hotel si parla di colazione, ma non esiste la possibilità. In fase di prenotazione mi era stata inviata conferma da hotel,com, ma la persona che parlava al telefono diceva di non aver mai ricevuto nulla. Sollecitiamo hotel.com a fare una seria cernita di aziende con requisiti minimi irriducibili di serietà. Si fregiano con 3 stelle , ma si è buoni a concederne 1
