Private, awesome location in Ballard, electric car charging available and parking off street! Beautiful beautiful property!

We enjoyed our time in this lovely two-bedroom house, which has parking out front in a quiet residential neighborhood. If you have a car, all the shops and restaurants in Ballard are just minutes away. The house is exceptionally clean with impressive architectural details and pleasing decor. We will definitely stay here again. One little snag: the electronic keypad wasn’t working upon our arrival, so we had to send a text to gain access to a lockbox with a manual key. Aside from that fifteen-minute delay, our stay was seamless. The place comfortably houses three people, four in a stretch. Highly recommended!

Perfect little apartment in a great neighborhood. It’s a bonus that you also get a private parking spot. The apartment is exactly as pictured- a quaint 2bed/2.5bathroom two level property. It is very clean, quiet and cozy. The neighborhood is lovely to walk around. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was great! Very clean and cute, great communication. Beds are a little small which wasn’t a problem for us but might be if you’re tall. Overall, perfect stay

Greenwood Gem was perfect for our stay. The property was easy access for all of our needs, Crystal Mountain, Downtown, University of Washington and so much more. It was close to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The property itself was amazing, clean, comfortable and it had all the amenities needed.I would absolutely recommend this property and I would book it again.
