En arrivent le spa étais fermer du dimanche midi au jeudi midi nous n’avons pas étais informé de cela nous avons donc payer un hôtel et spa sans spa , de plus les chambre n’étant pas isolé j’ai pu profité de nuisances sonores du voisin ( douche , télé , nous l’a ont même entendu uriner à plusieurs reprise ) . Nous avons pris les petit déjeuner de l’hôtel 14€ par personne , un beau buffet mais j’ai eu une intoxication alimentaire j’en est fait part à l’accueil de l’hôtel mais rien n’as étais fait . Cadre très beau mais hôtel vraiment mal isoler et service qui laisse à désirer . Aucun panier d’accueil mini bar vide !

Pas évident à trouver (GPS !), se trouve à coté du golf de Montanya. Hôtel & Resort, établissement de luxe, prix très raisonnables hors saison. Très calme dans les bois. Repas "buffet" correct Chambre spacieuse (lit de 2 m. !), balcon. Parking devant l'hôtel

Hôtel vieillissant La suite que nous avons prise était spacieuse avec une très bonne literie.mais a notre arrivée dans la chambre nous avons ouvert le nini bar et la porte est restée dans ma main.la climatisation est bruyante et très peu efficace. La baignoire avec remous n a pas fonctionné. Pour le reste le personnel est au top,le buffet restaurant le soir et le matin ont été excellent.la piscine extérieure et grande. Voici notre séjour

Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist aber doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer ist ausreichend groß, aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß. dafür sind die Zimmerpreise ( ohne Frühstück ) eigentlich zu hoch. Das Essen und Frühstück ist gut, aber auch zu teuer, zumal die Räumlichkeiten mit der Einrichtung eher einer Jugendherberge gleichen. Dafür sind ein innen- und außen Schwimmbecken sehr schön. Die Anreise von Barcelona ca 1 Stunde und selbst mit Navigationssystem etwas Abenteuerlich.

The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests (nobody cleaned that room the past two months. We even found a bag from previous guests). The room was an OK size, but the heater did not work well either. We even switched to cold air, but the temperature was the same. The pool is pretty old, smells bad (too much chlorine), and makes you feel odd. Not good for relaxing. I would qualify it as a 2 stars hotel, maximum 3 stars. No way this is a 4 stars hotel. And for sure, I am not coming back.

Estupendo hotel en un sitio ideal para descansar. En el bufet no falta de nada. El personal muy amable, las habitaciones cómodas, amplias y limpias. Un sitio tranquilo y relajante.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Bett war super (wenn man nicht weiche Matratzen bevorzugt). Leider ist das ganze Hotel nicht mehr ganz neu und wirkt etwas abgewohnt. (zB rostige Terrassenabgrenzung) Man darf sich daher optisch keinen herkömmlichen 4 Sterne Standart erwarten. ABER: Personal ist super nett, Frühstück war sehr gut, große Auswahl und auch das Abendessen war gut und ausreichend. Für den Preis die optimale Leistung erhalten. Unser Zimmer (die große Suite) war riesig und die Aussicht genial !!!

I arrive in station from Barcelona sants to bantya station air 2 pm and there was no taxi call the hotel to send me one and the receptionist told me they dont have taxi services?? I said have a reservation and he said he will try??? I then he cut off I called again and he said all hotel taxis were busy til 3 pm? I said send me from a taxi company please as I had an appointment at 3pm!! he cut off again and I called 4 times then I call the clinic next door to hotel where I had an appointment and they sent a taxi!! this is really very bad service.!! apart from it the hotel is nice I had dinner buffet and was delicious and room is big an clean, and the air-condition work!!

El hotel en si no esta mal, seguramente bastante agradable en invierno. Nuestta habitacion era seguramente la peor del hotel pegada a los ascensores y a recepción, por lo que ruido a todas horas, desde las 5 de la mañana hasta pasada medianoche. La habitación no estaba mal en si, aunque olia algo raro. Es un hotel de niños asi que no esperes paz y relajacioin, hay niños everywhere. La cena y desayuno no estaban mal aunque parecia la guerra, con el hotel lleno dificil de atender tanta gente con buen servicio. Seria mejor turnos. Como nota aun poniendo el cartel de no molestar, nos molesto el personal de mantenimiento para cambiar la tv q no habiamos solicitado. Para que sirven los carteles de no molestar?? O los telefonos de las habitaciones.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Bett war super (wenn man nicht weiche Matratzen bevorzugt). Leider ist das ganze Hotel nicht mehr ganz neu und wirkt etwas abgewohnt. ABER: Personal ist super nett, Frühstück war sehr gut, große Auswahl und auch das Abendessen war gut und ausreichend. Für den Preis die optimale Leistung erhalten. El hotel en si no esta mal, seguramente bastante agradable en invierno. Nuestta habitacion era seguramente la peor del hotel pegada a los ascensores y a recepción, por lo que ruido a todas horas, desde las 5 de la mañana hasta pasada medianoche. La habitación no estaba mal en si, aunque olia algo raro. Es un hotel de niños asi que no esperes paz y relajacioin, hay niños everywhere. La cena y desayuno no estaban mal aunque parecia la guerra, con el hotel lleno dificil de atender tanta gente con buen servicio. Seria mejor turnos. Como nota aun poniendo el cartel de no molestar, nos molesto el personal de mantenimiento para cambiar la tv q no habiamos solicitado. Para que sirven los carteles de no molestar?? O los telefonos de las habitaciones.

Hôtel vieillissant La suite que nous avons prise était spacieuse avec une très bonne literie.mais a notre arrivée dans la chambre nous avons ouvert le nini bar et la porte est restée dans ma main.la climatisation est bruyante et très peu efficace. La baignoire avec remous n a pas fonctionné. Pour le reste le personnel est au top,le buffet restaurant le soir et le matin ont été excellent.la piscine extérieure et grande. Voici notre séjour

Unfortunately we had several instances of poor service during our one night stay. Our room was not ready and we had to go back several times and always got info to wait 20 more minutes. At the end we decided to have lunch and gave them until 15:30 to get it ready. There were issues with key card to room and tennis court. The pictures showed a gym, but no one could tell us where it was etc etc. Positive was quality of dinner, food was good. Also we had a Nespresso machine in our junior suite and that is always a +. If you want to get out from the city and do not have any expectations on service and facility functionality this is an ok place.

I arrive in station from Barcelona sants to bantya station air 2 pm and there was no taxi call the hotel to send me one and the receptionist told me they dont have taxi services?? I said have a reservation and he said he will try??? I then he cut off I called again and he said all hotel taxis were busy til 3 pm? I said send me from a taxi company please as I had an appointment at 3pm!! he cut off again and I called 4 times then I call the clinic next door to hotel where I had an appointment and they sent a taxi!! this is really very bad service.!! apart from it the hotel is nice I had dinner buffet and was delicious and room is big an clean, and the air-condition work!!

Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist aber doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer ist ausreichend groß, aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß. dafür sind die Zimmerpreise ( ohne Frühstück ) eigentlich zu hoch. Das Essen und Frühstück ist gut, aber auch zu teuer, zumal die Räumlichkeiten mit der Einrichtung eher einer Jugendherberge gleichen. Dafür sind ein innen- und außen Schwimmbecken sehr schön. Die Anreise von Barcelona ca 1 Stunde und selbst mit Navigationssystem etwas Abenteuerlich.
