Comfortzimmer deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Seit Jahren wird der Service immer weniger: kostenlose Wasserflasche derzeit noch 0,25 Liter, tgl. Zimmerreinigung muss explizit angefordert werden. Wir reden hier von 4 Sternen! Da muss tgl. Mülleimerleerung selbstverständlich sein, OHNE extra was sagen zu müssen. Frühstück deutlich schlechter geworden. Der nun vorhandene Kaffevollautomat sorgt für einen hohen Geräuschpegel, Backwaren von deutlich schlechtere Qualität, dazu sieht man mittlerweile die minderwertigen Fertigprodukte ausgelegt. Vor gar nicht langer Zeit begleitete noch eine Fachkraft das Frühstück. Meiner Meinung nach geht die Preis-Leistungsschere rapide auseinander, es wird maximal gespart, volle Gewinnoptimierung. Sehr schade, war vor einigen Jahren ein ganz tolles Hotel im Wald gelegen mit einer hervorragenden Wohlfühlatmosphäre, 4 Sterne halt. Davon ist fast nichts mehr übrig.

May not have been the best time to visit but felt the hotel lacked atmosphere and staff were disinterested. Access from the room to the lift meant going through a fire door and there was an unpleasant smell in the area, possibly damp. Room was nice enough, dining room was cool and quiet and had to go looking for staff. Don't think Ill visit again..

Geräumiges Zimmer. Zustand etwas altbacken. Türen schleifen und Schlösser schlossen nicht gut. Fernbedienung eingeschränkt funktionsfähig. Schwefelgeruch aus Kanalisation.

I expected significantly more for the price paid. The location is excellent for those working at the Venusberg campus, as the hotel is only a few minutes away. The rooms, including the bathrooms, are spacious; however, the furniture appears outdated and was at times not properly cleaned. The breakfast quality is below average, and the dining room lacks a cozy or welcoming atmosphere.
