Days Inn Hotel Bradford - Leeds

Such a disappointment. Was told conflicting things by staff so ended up paying £15 for parking instead of 5. Then the system was down so I couldn’t actually check in. When I did get checked in, it got worse. I was travelling solo with my three yearold son. My sons bed was covered in dog hair in the first room. They moved us to a different room which had brown stains on the bedding, so the staff just brought me new sheets to change myself. The whole place felt so dirty and unkept. Not a fan at all.

The room is basic but equal to the much more costly hotels in the area. I was surprised that when I arrived I was charged an additional £5 for parking, unlike the time before but I cant remember in what way I booked the room previously! access is fine as long as you use the motorway access but possibly inconvenient if going Brighouse way but there is access the the local road system via an access point behind the lorry park if wanting to head Brighouse / huddersfield way

Room was adequate for our needs. Was a really good central location for adventures around the Yorkshire area.

Much nicer room than some of my previous stays at this hotel, no musty / damp smells in the room or bedding. As always, staff very pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom was not clean the room itself check in staff great , check out staff not so friendly, the place to reedeem the breakfast voucher was terrible
