Our stay was comfortable and incident free. Check-in was easy, we liked the onsite secure undercover parking. We visited after the drive from NSW and arrived in the rain, so it was good the get out of the car and enjoy the view from the room. We were in brisbane for the tour de brisbane cycling event and to visit some friends. The next night we enjoyed dinner out at the persian restaurant just around the corner across the roma st gardens. Maybe on our next stay, the pool renovation will be complete and we relax around that.

Spacious apartment with very comfortable beds and quality bed linens. Having access to two balconies was great as like many apartment blocks, windows are not able to be opened (due to safety regulations). Staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment is a little dated but it is clean, safe and quiet. I've stayed in another apartment block nearby, and Summit is much nicer, cleaner and spacious. The car park is easy to access but it may take a while to find a space as the green hotel spaces are randomly spread throughout the carpark. Central train station and Brisbane CBD is a 10-15 minute walk away. I booked via Expedia so the staff did not see my message regarding our arrival time - it might be good to place a message on the Expedia booking confirmation to communicate with Summit directly rather than via Expedia. My only issue is there is only central ducted air conditioning with no temperature control in the apartment. We prefer a cooler temperature especially at night time but thankfully the weather wasn't too hot or humid during our visit.

The Summit is in the perfect position if you are needing to be at the St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital. Because we needed to check in early but our room wasn't yet ready, the lovely couple at reception gave us the key anyway, let us park in the shady and cool undercover car park and were so kind and helpful. The amenities are great and super clean. Being able to open big sliding doors to let fresh air in from the balcony is a bit plus for us. We loved it. And the people at reception helped make a stressful Brisbane visit a lot easier. Thank you! I am crusting we'll be back.

Parking was free so that’s a bonus but the overall apartment was dirty no temperature control needs renovating there fitness centre was very run down the treadmill was dodgy not much equipment needs a major clean there was no water in the pool so I will never go back very dissatisfied however reception staff were very nice and helpful.

Close enough to St Andrew's Hospital. Couldn't park underneath as maintenance was happening and it was too low for a 4WD. Was offered an outrside park so that was good. Staff were friendly.

The room had an old, musty smell. Dirty marks on ceiling and doors/walls. The pool was empty and looked like their had been no water it in for months. The kids were very disappointed. The other area's like tennis court was run down, cracks in cement, weeds, just run down. The gym smelt terrible and machines were old and clunky. The photos looked ok online, but definitely needs a massi e renovation and annnoyed that there was no mention of the pool not being open. Nice to stay so close to the city and suncorp, thats about all.

Very convenient for treatment at St Andrews Hospital . Property is showing some wear and tear but everything was neat and tidy in the room. Staff were friendly. Good to actually have someone manning the reception till 5pm but very easy access after hours. .

After reading the reviews and the high rating for cleanliness I thought this would be a good value option. The room was dirty, floors hadn't been vaccumed or mopped and carpets were badly stained. Lots of mould in shower. Reception were very apologetic and gave us another room but it was the same, if we had time to find alternative accommodation we would have

Should be rated as a 2-star hotel. Front desk were friendly. The bathroom was partially renovated. The complex and our apartment walls, fittings and furnishings were very old, and our apartment was depressingly dark. The microwave had a lot of food splatter inside - 10mins for a staff member to clean. Kitchen cupboard/fridge doors did not look clean, nor did inside the kettle. At least one living light wasn't working and the toilet button had to be replaced. No temperature control for the a/c - just an on/off switch. The lift floor was filthy (food, liquids) from tenants, each of the three evenings. Would not stay again.

I’ll come here again - within walking distance of the city, easy parking, a great view from the top floors and having a kitchenette and laundry was very convenient. Also friendly & helpful staff.

It was a very generously sized room with a comfy bed and city views. Old and dated bathroom and kitchen. Very tight shower. Glass sliding verandah door would not lock. Strange noises during the night. I would pay the extra money and stay at the Grand Chancellor across the road.

Very clean, the building needs an upgrade, things need to be replaced. Our dryer was not working properly, shower door is very small and each day we were given a towel short. 3 booked in but only 2 towels each day. Very comfortable and close to the trains & buses. Staff very helpful.

Very noisy but unfortunately couldn’t open doors onto the balcony as there were people smoking above. Ac was stuck on heating so it was a bit of an uncomfortable three nights. Also there was a barking dog on the same floor. Rooms are big. Microwave is useful. Close to private hospitals.

We only stayed x1 night but the apartment was clean, a little outdated but I would stay there again. First time in Brisbane the view was very nice.

It's called the Summit for a good reason, the view from the balcony over Spring Hill and Fortitude Valley is wonderful. The room is large and very well appointed, with a well set out kitchen. Ample hot water in the shower, washing facilities and extremely comfortable beds. A lovely place to rest and relax, I shall be coming back.

Very convenient for treatment at St Andrews Hospital . Property is showing some wear and tear but everything was neat and tidy in the room. Staff were friendly. Good to actually have someone manning the reception till 5pm but very easy access after hours. .

Spacious apartment with very comfortable beds and quality bed linens. Having access to two balconies was great as like many apartment blocks, windows are not able to be opened (due to safety regulations). Staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment is a little dated but it is clean, safe and quiet. I've stayed in another apartment block nearby, and Summit is much nicer, cleaner and spacious. The car park is easy to access but it may take a while to find a space as the green hotel spaces are randomly spread throughout the carpark. Central train station and Brisbane CBD is a 10-15 minute walk away. I booked via Expedia so the staff did not see my message regarding our arrival time - it might be good to place a message on the Expedia booking confirmation to communicate with Summit directly rather than via Expedia. My only issue is there is only central ducted air conditioning with no temperature control in the apartment. We prefer a cooler temperature especially at night time but thankfully the weather wasn't too hot or humid during our visit.

From the minute we walked up to Reception till the time we checked out, the staff were so very helpful, friendly and professional. In particular, Mason couldn't do enough for us. Whilst my partner underwent an operation at a private hospital across the road, I enjoyed a clean, quiet and well appointed room with a comfortable bed and a very hot shower. So convenient to everything, including the free Council loop bus that takes you down to the CBD every 11 minutes. I felt very secure on my own coming in at night after visiting hours. Will definitely be staying here again, and will be telling all our out-of-town friends to stay here too. Thanks Mason, you are a credit to The Summit Apartments!!!

Slightly dated but still very comfortable. Great views and easily accessible location. Room wasn't super clean (rubbish under beds, old soap in bathroom, dusty in bathroom, wet dishes in cupboard) but wasn't terrible. Staff were very accommodating, providing alternate options for parking big car. Great location for accessing park and playground. Walking distance to Suncorp Stadium.

Booking in was very simple and very friendly and efficient. We were made to feel very welcome for our shorr stay. Would stay again. Very good value. Probably a little dated in decor but EVERYTHING supplied. Even a full stove, washing machine and dryer.

The apartment had the basics clean but the walls were not clean, vents were dusty with dust on the walls and ceiling outside the vent. When we arrived the room smelt like strong body odour and the apartment had an overall weird smell. The verandah doors had been slightly ajar to air the room. Overall the staff and check in and location was great but the actual room was a disappointment. The beds were clean, bathroom clean kitchen etc. the cleaners are obviously doing their jobs! I don't know why the room smelled so bad.

I will not stay there again. Kitchen counters were sticky. Mould in the bathroom and dust and dirty ceiling. Cupboard sliding door could not open unless you lift it up to slide it. I could get much better accommodation for the same or better priced. I was not impressed and will not recommend it to anyone. It's really sad and have never had to give a bad review on accommodation before, but this was not up the standard for the price I paid.
