The day spa was nice .definitely rate the steam treatment. The view was lovely. Staff were wonderful ,very helpful and polite. Dinner was nice and the buffet brakfast was amazing.

Staff were lovely. However the hotel is long over due for refurbishment. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor with just 1 low energy bulb (complete with insects inside the light fixture) . Dinning area had a “nursing home feel” with worn carpets and old furniture. Timber hand rails and floor boards on decking were rotting out. Whole building needed a gurney clean and a paint.

Outdated room and facilities. Reception was empty when i arrived. Only one restaurant but no shops to buy stuff. Gotta drive at least 15 mins to get something.

The decking around the restaurant needs maintenance, there was a huge hole in the gutter above our balcony that when it rained our balcony got wet. Also the dryer was broken and didn’t get replaced even tho many guests were staying there for a week for a soccer carnival and needed to wash and dry uniforms. house keeping staff were lovely.

We had a lovely stay but felt we couldn’t utilize the pool as often as we planned as there was no shade provided. Also the restaurant deck was rotten (nearly completely through in one place) and lots of sharp rust in places on balcony rails. Outdoor couches were pretty old and tired. Breakfast was lovely with lots on offer and they were very patient with our kids questions about all the food. The rooms were lovely though air con only just coped and didn’t reduce the temp in the room much but did improve the humidity. The balcony view from our room was lovely and the kids loved the bush turkey that made two nests while we were there!

Could not see view due to trees. Difficult parking. Claim to have room service and do not. Could not sit on chairs on verandah due to bird poo. Rooms are very outdated.

The lodge was probably nice back when it was made but it just really felt dated.

I booked this because it was suppose to have amazing views, but the trees have grown and obstructed the views. The front desk hours are also ridiculously minimal. The cleaning services though were phenomenal

A lovely place to spent the night. An interesting hotel. Rooms were decent and the views spectacular but there was no bottled water in the rooms and no room service even for something as simple as bottled water. Also reception closed before 8PM. I’m interested in how this place was graded 4 Star as there were a few things that I would have expected that I didn’t see. That said it was great to get out of the city, there was a nice size pool, and a great tennis court.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mecure Clear Mountain. The staff were great and rooms comfortable and quiet. Great views out to Pine Rivers Dam and Brisbane which is relatively close. Nice big pool and tennis court also. Breakfast was excellent and dining in the restaurant for dinner was a good selection and nice meals. The only thing I would recommend is give the place a decent pressure clean as it really needs it for concrete and external areas of the buildings.

Rooms were quite dirty, cobwebs in the windows, old yoghurt in the mini fridge + unfortunately the bed sheets had mould!! Reception staff were great when approached, but I think that for the cost per night the bare minimum was not acceptable.

The place was very dusty surfaces.skirting carpets everything very dirty. Though bed linen and bedding and towels nice. Bathroom not too bad though lamp dusty laying down and I was constantly getting up to clear my nose. Restaurant service very poor and fine dining is what you get at their restaurant. Getting punished for sitting and ordering getting way over charged and it wasn't delightful paying the fine for indulging. The service in that restaurant wasn't nice at all. As I looked at a waitress with black hair and hoping she'd walk over and see if I was ok she quickly walked behind the bar and no acknowledgement at all. 1 greek salad, one steak anh one Stone and Wood Alex cost me $80.50. very very very upsetting. Beautiful venue staff at reception beautiful and helpful though restaurant not good at all. If you're hoping to go indulge yourself to a spa, massage or pamper it isn't available on the day booking well in advance is the only way.

Everything was hassle-free, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate and well set out, the buffet breakfast was hot, tasty and plentiful and the view from our balcony, breakfast seating and surrounding grounds was breathtaking to say the very least. We even found a few friendly camels just a short stroll down the road. We found a slice of heaven and will be coming back again and again.

A piece of Paradise so close to the CBD.. really felt like I was far away. Lovely clean tidy facilities. Room was clean, immaculate even and so quiet.Great breakfast facility though I might be out of touch on what a buffet breakfast costs these days. Dinner menu limited but could be easily lifted by including some of the extensive lunch items.

There was a wedding on the one night we stayed and they put us in a room directly above the reception, with two young children. We checked in after hours, so had to find a manager in the the bar to ask if we could move rooms. After looking for ages she told us there were no other rooms to move to. But the receptionist on check out was lovely about it. Beautiful surroundings and nice breakfast on the deck.

Loved our weekend away so close to Brisbane. My friend & I had a great room with 2 queen beds that were so comfortable! The check-in was easy, staff and food in the restaurant were amazing, especially Sarah. Looking forward to visiting again!

Extremely comfortable bed and lovely peace and quiet but a difficult drive to the property. Not keen on shower curtain shower as entire bathroom floor got wet. Microwave would have been good to have too.

Loved our weekend away so close to Brisbane. My friend & I had a great room with 2 queen beds that were so comfortable! The check-in was easy, staff and food in the restaurant were amazing, especially Sarah. Looking forward to visiting again!

Small details regarding cleaning were off-putting (dirty roof, stains on lampshades, mould on bathroom grouting, dirty handrails around the property). Dining staff were helpful but we felt like an inconvenience to reception staff. The surrounding property was messy and included a pair of underwear and old stacked up furniture. The lodge was probably nice back when it was made but it just really felt dated.

Everything was hassle-free, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate and well set out, the buffet breakfast was hot, tasty and plentiful and the view from our balcony, breakfast seating and surrounding grounds was breathtaking to say the very least. We even found a few friendly camels just a short stroll down the road. We found a slice of heaven and will be coming back again and again.

I booked this because it was suppose to have amazing views, but the trees have grown and obstructed the views. The front desk hours are also ridiculously minimal. The cleaning services though were phenomenal

A lovely place to spent the night. An interesting hotel. Rooms were decent and the views spectacular but there was no bottled water in the rooms and no room service even for something as simple as bottled water. Also reception closed before 8PM. I’m interested in how this place was graded 4 Star as there were a few things that I would have expected that I didn’t see. That said it was great to get out of the city, there was a nice size pool, and a great tennis court.

Don’t feel like I got the value for our stay.. the food was the only good thing about the stay the dinner was fine dining and actually really good.. however the staff were always talking amongst themselves until they had to come and wait.. there was not clear direction of getting to the chalet got lost couple times.. accommodation room was average there was bugs around doors balcony but up on mountains.. didn’t get sleep much as a lot rowdy noise due to a wedding being on..

Outdated room and facilities. Reception was empty when i arrived. Only one restaurant but no shops to buy stuff. Gotta drive at least 15 mins to get something.

Nice secluded spot with a great view all around. Very family friendly and still close by to local areas. Was a great retreat for a couple of days over New Years with the family.

Extremely comfortable bed and lovely peace and quiet but a difficult drive to the property. Not keen on shower curtain shower as entire bathroom floor got wet. Microwave would have been good to have too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mecure Clear Mountain. The staff were great and rooms comfortable and quiet. Great views out to Pine Rivers Dam and Brisbane which is relatively close. Nice big pool and tennis court also. Breakfast was excellent and dining in the restaurant for dinner was a good selection and nice meals. The only thing I would recommend is give the place a decent pressure clean as it really needs it for concrete and external areas of the buildings.

The place was very dusty surfaces.skirting carpets everything very dirty. Though bed linen and bedding and towels nice. Bathroom not too bad though lamp dusty laying down and I was constantly getting up to clear my nose. Restaurant service very poor and fine dining is what you get at their restaurant. Getting punished for sitting and ordering getting way over charged and it wasn't delightful paying the fine for indulging. The service in that restaurant wasn't nice at all. As I looked at a waitress with black hair and hoping she'd walk over and see if I was ok she quickly walked behind the bar and no acknowledgement at all. 1 greek salad, one steak anh one Stone and Wood Alex cost me $80.50. very very very upsetting. Beautiful venue staff at reception beautiful and helpful though restaurant not good at all. If you're hoping to go indulge yourself to a spa, massage or pamper it isn't available on the day booking well in advance is the only way.

We had a lovely stay but felt we couldn’t utilize the pool as often as we planned as there was no shade provided. Also the restaurant deck was rotten (nearly completely through in one place) and lots of sharp rust in places on balcony rails. Outdoor couches were pretty old and tired. Breakfast was lovely with lots on offer and they were very patient with our kids questions about all the food. The rooms were lovely though air con only just coped and didn’t reduce the temp in the room much but did improve the humidity. The balcony view from our room was lovely and the kids loved the bush turkey that made two nests while we were there!

Hotel and room were good and you really felt as if you had ‘got away’ however that is a two edged sword as the on-site Resturant/bar was v expensive and the nearest place to purchase non hotel food/beverages is a 10 km drive away!

Great stay. Lovely views. Meals at the restaurant were superb. Breakfast also wonderful. Beds very comfy. Maybe a suggestion. It would be lovely to have a small table on the balcony for drinks etc. and the small cups replaced with large coffee mugs inside the rooms. Otherwise, would certainly stay again. Staff very friendly and polite.

A piece of Paradise so close to the CBD.. really felt like I was far away. Lovely clean tidy facilities. Room was clean, immaculate even and so quiet.Great breakfast facility though I might be out of touch on what a buffet breakfast costs these days. Dinner menu limited but could be easily lifted by including some of the extensive lunch items.

Beautiful location but felt like a road-side motel. I understand that they are having renos but hardly any staff around, beds were at least 20 years old and amenities were below par for premium prices that they charged. Maybe will be better once it becomes Peppers.
