Good location but the Conti needs to pay better attention to the rooms, what they advertise and what they deliver. Our check in was late and the excuse was 'we are fully booked'. If you wanted a late checkout or your room serviced though that cost you extra- but okay to not be able to check in at the advertised time! Our room was also missing a lounge/casual seating area - just a large space and lonely table in the middle of it! Booked two of the same rooms, one had a coffee machine but the other didn't, one had towels (some missing) and the other had no towels at all - had to ask for them. Reception staff were great but there was little they could do because all the issues we encountered were outside their control and no Manager on site... Anyway- you ge the picture. Do better Conti!

Good location in city. Checkout 10:00 a bit early when you have later flight but could leave luggage in reception.

Wenig bis keine Informationen beim Einchecken. Zum Beispiel dass Rezeption ab ca. 8 PM nicht mehr besetzt und die Türe geschlossen ist. Eintritt via Nebeneingang wurde nicht mitgeteilt. Direkt vor der Parterre Balkon war ein schmutziger und verbeulter Pick-up eines Gastes abgestellt. Zimmerwechsel nur nach mehrmaligem Intervenieren direkt an der Rezeption. Zimmer sowie die Möbel waren abgewohnt für einen Preis von CHF 250.- pro Nacht inakzeptabel. Innenhof mit doppelter Poollandschaft war okay. Dieses Hotel werde ich keinesfalls weiterempfehlen.
