Hotel Montovani

This hotel is small but very comfortable and a short walk from the historic town centre. Room was a nice size , bed was comfortable, breakfast was great. The only negative I have is that Expedia indicates that there is free onsite parking at this hotel, but there is not. We were visiting Bruges for the first time and had to navigate to the city's underground parking - Frankly my iPhone struggled with that. So the experience of checking in was stressful. I would want others to know about this, and hopefully for the description on Expedia to be changed.

Ellos indican que tienen parqueo pero no es cierto, el parqueo gratis más cercano quedaba a 5 minutos del hotel y tuvimos que dar muchas vueltas para lograr un campo, es lo único que no me gustó de este hotel la parte del parqueo

Fijne bedden een nette douche, alleen jammer geen lift. Een leuk weekend gehad.

Excellent outdoor sitting area - brought take out food back for dinner one night. Nice. Breakfast was good - lots of options. Stairs were a bit of a challenge as we were on second floor.

Nice little hotel close to town which is within easy walking distance and has free parking nearby

Feels like a small family run operation: super friendly, cute little hotel. There is a sun room to have breakfast in downstairs that is very lovely to be in in any season. We also loved the walkability.

Kamers waren niet schoon, stof op lichtknop, stofnesten achter de verwarming. Laminaat in de badkamer wat stuk was door vocht, badkamer deur beschadigd, aanbod van netflix beperkt en spaanstalig, douchekoppen niet goed werkend. Wasbakputje enorm goor, kalkaanslag wc. Geen lift aanwezig, niet vermeld op de website met boeken. Erg gehorig. Enorm beperkte keuze in onbijt, wat in verhouding veel te duur was.

Sauberes,schönes und großes Zimmer, die Matratze war sehr weich. Dad Haus ist recht hellhörig. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Parken nur außerhalb des Stadtrings kostenlos möglich, sonst 20€/Nacht. Es gibt einen kleinen lauschigen Innenhof. Frühstück habe ich nicht genommen.

We had a one-night stay here in a family room. The room was very spacious and had all we needed (although no kettle), the shower room was tiny, but perfectly adequate for us. We checked in after reception was closed, but received detailed instructions and information about where to park (free on-street parking, about 5 mins walk away), so all very convenient. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - quiet, but an easy walk into the centre.

Nice hotel, situated in a quiet side street off the main ring road. 5min walk to T'Zand and about 7mins from the free parking area. Free parking is used by everyone and spaces are limited. It took a while driving up and down and we're just about to admit defeat when a space became available. No lift at hotel. Check-in we were told was self service but on arrival reception was open. All fairly straightforward. Room we were given was spacious. However it was tired. Tiles were broken on the bathroom floor, these are dangerous, almost cut my foot on them and we could not close the bathroom door because it caught on the broken tile. The mirror glass in the hall had a crack in it. The toilet did not smell particularly nice. The duvet had stains on it. No hand soap provided on the separate toilet or main bathroom. Good blackout curtains. Quiet room. Bed was exceptionally soft, 2 pillow choices, plenty of space to stow clothes and luggage. Netflix was available. Breakfast included two cereal choices, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, natural yoghurt, orange juice and a selection of rolls and pastries. No provision for gluten, dairy or lactose intolerance. Drinks came from a machine and it tasted of whatever drink was selected before. Teabags had run out, asked for more and was given after a bit of a search the last teabag in the hotel. Overall, for the price, location and compared to other places we've stayed in Bruges we would consider staying here again.

Sehr sehr einfaches Hotel. Zimmer müsste mal renoviert werden. Vor allem der Boden im Badezimmer.

Es ist ein besseres Hostel. Dementsprechend ist die Fluktuation im Haus, meist Familien und Paare. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten. Unsere Studio „Wohnung“ war recht gebraucht. Es roch modrig. Alles im allem haben wir dort nur geschlafen, Dafür war es ok. bis zur Innenstadt sind es ca 10 Fussminuten. Parken war eine Katastrophe, bis man endlich nen Parkplatz hat kann es echt dauern und liegt dann entfernt. Wir gebenden Haus eine 3-

Excellent location given the price. Check-in until 1700 seems a little limiting for a city centre hotel however the code access system works well. Parking is off-site and as frequently mentioned, a 7 minute walk away. However, absolutely fine and really not a negative at all. Room and bathroom did have a slight aroma but a bit of fresh air seemed to resolve the problem. Generally an excellent solution for a few nights in town.

Very nice hotel for a 2* Comfirtavle, spacious and clean room. Pretty standard continental breakfast which seemed a bit pricey but we'd definitely stay again.

The beds were really good, same with the pillows and duvet. Easy and quick check-in. Room no. 5. was on the ground floor, right at the resorption. If you are sensitive to sound, this is not the best room for you. You could hear quite clearly when other guests entered and exited the hotel. But nothing that bothered me and my company. Recommend this hotel.

Zum Frühstück gab es aufgebackene Brötchen, Kaffee nur aus dem Automaten. Außerhalb der kurzen Frühstückszeit war er kostenpflichtig ab 2,00€ aufwärts. Ausreichend Auswahl an Brotaufstrichen, Wurst und Käse. Das kostenlose WLAN ist des öfteren zusammengebrochen.

Good size family room. Good breakfest included. Street parking, not an issue. Easy to find spots. Some noice between the rooms, especially stepping in the room above. Creeking noice in the floor. Central location, easy to walk around city center directly from the hotel.

Près du centre ville. On peut tout faire à pied. Le personnel est gentil et serviable lorsqu'il est présent, c'est à dire de 8h à 17h. Les lits sont très confortables, la salle de bain est grande. Le seul problème est l'isolation phonique. Nous entendions nos voisins du dessus marcher et leurs enfants courir.

So it said secure onsite parking. There was no onsight parking and i showed very nice receptionist, he took a picture of my screen. This was the reason we chose this hotel. He did allow us to put our expensivebikes in the room (thank you) before taking our car to the free parking half a mile away and needless to say this was on the street. The room was big, but very dark and with very thin doors, which as it was opposite reception was not great in the morning.the situation of the hotel, especially if you don't have a car, is great. Easy ealking/cycling to all areas.

Had a lovely two night stay. We arrived later than planned and the staff waited for us and were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and tidy. Beds were very comfy. Was quiet and peaceful. There was a good selection at breakfast. 10 minute max walk to the centre.

Først vil jeg fremhæve et venligt personale. Værelset var også ok uden at være prangende til prisen. Beliggenheden god i forhold til at komme til centrum til fods. Wifi var også ok. Men der er nogle ting, som jeg ikke vil rose. I beskrivelsen af hotellet står gratis parkering. Den ligger så 500 meter fra hotellet, og er gratis parkering i siden af vejen. Lad være med at skrive noget man ikke kan holde. Vi fik kun en værelsesnøgle, og hovedeindgangen er tit låst. Man bør også udvide receptionens åbningstid. Den er alt for lille. Til sidst så er morgenmaden først severet kl 8.30. Alt for sent, hvis man skal tidligt afsted. Men vil stadigt se tilbage på opholdet som positivt. Primært på grund af det venlige personale.

Lindo lugar, retirado a pie desde la estación de trenes, más de 20 minutos. A 15 minutos caminando del centro.

Struttura vicinissima al centro di Brugge, dietro la piazza principale, ma giusto giusto fuori dal caos. Soluzione perfetta, qualità prezzo, struttura ben tenuta, colazione funzionale, poche stanze e molto tranquillo, lo consiglierei e ci ritornerei

Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Etwa 450m entfernt kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit. Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich. Der Weg zur Stadt war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel würde ich weiter empfehlen.

Bit disappointed the parking was not free on site - it was public parking about 5-10 mins walk . Breakfast the usually continental stuff , sweet n overpriced . But did supply gluten free bread for us as requested- thank you ! No other breakfast options in Bruges so just get it . On the whole very clean and the staff really helpful . Safe clean area and close to everything you want to see . Again - staff were so nice .
