The Black Swan Hotel

I am so glad we booked the Black Swan for our stay in Bruges. The room was lovely & breakfast was delicious! The location could not be more perfect & the gentleman on the front desk was so helpful. I would recommend the Black Swan to anyone looking to stay in Bruges.

We had a pleasant stay at this centrally located hotel. The family room comfortably accommodated five people, with real beds for everyone, which was much appreciated. The room was clean and well maintained, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The breakfast buffet was modest but offered all the essentials, and everything was fresh. Water pressure in the shower was somewhat weak, possibly because we were staying on the top floor. We also booked parking through the hotel. Thanks to the detailed instructions provided, it was easy to find. However, guests arriving with a larger vehicle should be aware that access to the parking is tight and can be quite challenging to navigate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other families looking for a convenient and comfortable base in the city.

Great location, quiet nice beds and good size room and bathroom

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, limpo e conta com equipe de funcionários prestativa. Ficamos no quarto localizado no térreo e era muito silencioso e com ótimo banheiro. Os pontos negativos foram a cama que estava quebrada e o café da manhã que era razoável. O hotel, em geral, precisa ser reformado. As fotos exibidas não correspondem ao atual estado do hotel e do quarto que ficamos alojados.
