The room was clean, but there was no phone and the TV and air conditioner didnt work. The stairs to the tiny lift were unsafe as handrails were lacking and my 87 year old mother fell. The front desk wasn't concerned thst this had occurred. No report was filed, but there's a reason why the hotel was do much cheaper. The lift was too small to accommodate more than 1 guest with luggage.

La posizione e la disponibilità del personale sono purtroppo gli unici aspetti positivi della struttura. Per il prezzo pagato la camera era claustrofobica, il bagno ancora peggio. Scarico mal funzionante e ascensore guasta dal primo all'ultimo giorno di permanenza. Colazione poco varia.

Le personnel est tres agréable, l'hôtel est bien située dans un bon quartier, le seul bemol des toiles d'araignée dans la chambre et l'ascenseur peut contenir qu'une personne a la fois. Sinon pour 1 nuit sa passe mais pour un long sejour je déconseille.

I had a comfortable stay here. The room was a perfecr little haven of peace overlooking a garden area. The hotel is only metres off a main high end shopping avenue and the walk into the main tourist areas was interesting viewing ..with a park opposite or alternately along abd down the mont de arts. The breakfast was exceptional . Unfortunately the lift wasnt working and i was on the 4Th floor , so lots of exercise . The compensation was a complimentry breakfast.

Nos ENCANTÓ el hotel por: - En recepción (24 horas) son super amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. - Puedes dejar la maleta si llegas antes del check-in, pero también después del chek-out, sin ningún coste. Además, tienen muy controladas las maletas; ponen una etiqueta a cada una y te dan un resguardo para que lo muestres al recogerla. - La habitación es sencilla, pero amplia, limpia, silenciosa, con suelo de madera, nevera, aire acondicionado y las camas y almohadas son comodísimas. - El desayuno nos gustó porque había mucha variedad. - Nos gustó mucho la ubicación porque nos pareció muy seguro y con distintos transportes (bus, tranvía y metro) muy cerca, a unos 3-5 min. - Tienen un rinconcito en recepción donde hay una máquina de café, agua y algunos dulces. Te invitan a servirte gratuitamente no solo al llegar, también cuando te vas. Un detallazo. Sin duda, una estancia perfecta!!

Great little room with options to open two large windows or have air conditioning, nice bathroom, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was included and all day coffee or tea and some pastries, extremely close to train station and tram, there is a small grocery store open until 11pm in the train station which was convenient, really happy i stayed here

Het is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen naar de Grote Markt maar tram en metro zijn vlak bij. De kamers zijn klein maar alles is aanwezig: airco, koelkastje, passpiegel, waterkoker, lekkere stoel. Het ontbijt is prima. De badkamer is klein maar heeft een goede douche. Enige minpuntje is schimmel in de voegen.

Overeall a reasonable hotel however the rooms need a full refurbishment, furniture is mismatched, plus bathroom was very dated. As room was close to the stairs there was some noise at times. Staff were helpful. Close to Metro station and walking distance to the centre of Brussels.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, fica a poucos minutos a pé das principais atrações (com exceção do Atomium) e fica ao lado de uma estação de metrô. Muito limpo e confortável, porém ficamos em um quarto sem vista para a rua, o que deu uma sensação um pouco claustrofóbica.

Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia e l'ambiente della reception, nonché l'accoglienza riservataci dal personale, che è sempre stato cordiale e disponibile. La camera è adeguata al massimo per un soggiorno di una notte. Era piccola ed attrezzata al minimo. Letto comodo.

1. You have to pay extra for parking if you bring a car. There is a parking space nearby. 2. At first the hot water didnt work in our room. It was winter time. So we complained and the staff was very responsive even it was around 9pm and the issue was fixed not long after. We gave 5 star for this support. 3. Location is great. Many shopping or dining options nearby. But if you're up to for groceries, it was kinda 10 minutes walking distance.

Front desk lady named Sara was amazing, very friendly and professional. Loved the general area where the hotel is located, not too far from city center. Toilet could use a tune up but other than that very comfortable stay.

The staff was super nice and helpful! It's located in a nice area 20 min walking from the center and there are lots of options to eat nearby. I recommend having breakfast in the hotel because it has many options and it's pretty cheap compared to the prices in the city

Nos ENCANTÓ el hotel por: - En recepción (24 horas) son super amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. - Puedes dejar la maleta si llegas antes del check-in, pero también después del chek-out, sin ningún coste. Además, tienen muy controladas las maletas; ponen una etiqueta a cada una y te dan un resguardo para que lo muestres al recogerla. - La habitación es sencilla, pero amplia, limpia, silenciosa, con suelo de madera, nevera, aire acondicionado y las camas y almohadas son comodísimas. - El desayuno nos gustó porque había mucha variedad. - Nos gustó mucho la ubicación porque nos pareció muy seguro y con distintos transportes (bus, tranvía y metro) muy cerca, a unos 3-5 min. - Tienen un rinconcito en recepción donde hay una máquina de café, agua y algunos dulces. Te invitan a servirte gratuitamente no solo al llegar, también cuando te vas. Un detallazo. Sin duda, una estancia perfecta!!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, fica a poucos minutos a pé das principais atrações (com exceção do Atomium) e fica ao lado de uma estação de metrô. Muito limpo e confortável, porém ficamos em um quarto sem vista para a rua, o que deu uma sensação um pouco claustrofóbica.

I had a comfortable stay here. The room was a perfecr little haven of peace overlooking a garden area. The hotel is only metres off a main high end shopping avenue and the walk into the main tourist areas was interesting viewing ..with a park opposite or alternately along abd down the mont de arts. The breakfast was exceptional . Unfortunately the lift wasnt working and i was on the 4Th floor , so lots of exercise . The compensation was a complimentry breakfast.

La posizione e la disponibilità del personale sono purtroppo gli unici aspetti positivi della struttura. Per il prezzo pagato la camera era claustrofobica, il bagno ancora peggio. Scarico mal funzionante e ascensore guasta dal primo all'ultimo giorno di permanenza. Colazione poco varia.

Lift was broken and wasnt notified, placed a 30week pregnant lady on the 4th floor! So had to climb those stairs daily! Breakfast was very poor! Very cramped and over crowded. Poor food choice, and often ran out, coffee machine didnt work! Should really offer Breakfast as a booking system to avoid this! We had no shower gel in our bathroom. Air-conditioning didnt work was bowing out boiling hot air.

I actually had to wait a day after getting back to write this lest I seem like a crazy person. The hotel is a building site. Don’t let them say the rooms are fine. I walked through a construction site (see photos) no lobby no breakfast area. Plaster board, wires etc. I had no choice as it was late when I arrived, too late and too tired to argue but they had to move my room 3 times as one of the elevators wasn't working. The lies of some of the staff. I was told no construction on the weekend, 8am they arrived. Then they said they never told me that and were rude, rude, rude. Rude to other people staying too! The rooms are so basic and at night you can’t open the windows due to the noise or night clubs and bars. The rooms tasted of construction dust. Exposed Electrical cables. It was a health and safety minefield. Ruined a birthday weekend I had been looking forward to. I don’t normally post reviews but just stay away.

The room was clean, but there was no phone and the TV and air conditioner didnt work. The stairs to the tiny lift were unsafe as handrails were lacking and my 87 year old mother fell. The front desk wasn't concerned thst this had occurred. No report was filed, but there's a reason why the hotel was do much cheaper. The lift was too small to accommodate more than 1 guest with luggage.
