New Exquisite Sea la Vie condo in Avila Beach

Our favorite home away from home, and already planning our return. Comfortable, beautifully decorated, with a fully stocked kitchen, a great patio to enjoy morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and just a short walk down the hill to the beach. Wonderful!

Upon entry felt the beach vibe and we loved the decor and cleanliness of the property! We enjoyed the patio nightly! As stated, a 3 minute walk to Main Street of Avila! This property has amazing parking underneath with an elevator which was great for unloading and loading belongings! That is major, if you’ve ever been to Avila, as parking is very limited! It also has a folding wagon and beach chairs!!! Bring your beach towels though! Would definitely rent this property again when coming to Avila Beach!!
