Scruffy. No chance of a coffee outside breakfast time without cash for one machine in lobby. Vending machine and bar not working. No smoking signs ignored by some staff members.

Clean, friendly staff, supper bare bones

A bit annoying to have to keep ringing the buzzer to get access to the hotel since they don’t have a facility for the room keys to open the main hotel doors. Had to wait for a few minutes in the cold since reception wasn’t staffed.

This place is very minimal and barely passes for a hotel. I am very unhappy that my air conditioning did not work during my stay. My room was warm and it made it hard to sleep. When I notified the front desk of the issue they said they would make note and pass along to a technician. There was no remedy during my stay or offer to discount the room charge. There was not even a wall mounted shower head in the tub, only a handheld wand sitting on top of the tub spout. I would advise you to choose another hotel.

Tidy and clean rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. My room was a little small and there aren't really any frills, but no complaints for the budget.

The employees are very nice, The place is ok, is extremely basic, and some things need repair and investment. I think it should be cheaper.

Room door was broken and lock could not be unlocked with the keycard. Did not get the lock fixed during my 3 day stay with them. Housekeeping did not clean my room after the first night. Did not even replace the towels, visit the room or empty the bin. Tried to call reception to get fresh towels but no one answered the phone despite calling them twice.

Hotel TREMENDO. Tutte le persone con cui mi sono interfacciata erano indisponenti e maleducate, ad eccezione di un ragazzo che era invece molto gentile. Nei corridoi aleggiava un’odore di sporco e fumo veramente pesante. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera “superior” ma lo soazio era gestito completamente a caso. Davanti alla tv c’era un vecchio divanetto in pelle tutto rovinato verso il quale la tv era puntata, era quindi impossibile guardarla dal letto. La doccia non funzionava, era impossibile lavarsi perché scendeva pochissima acqua e il freddo/caldo era completamente casuale. L’abbiamo fatto presente 4 volte, ogni giorno ci dicevano la stessa cosa: “mandiamo qualcuno oggi stesso”, inutile dire che non è mai stato fatto niente. Le lenzuola erano strappate, ma questo nel complesso è stato il minore dei mali. Sul davanzale della nostra finestra abbiamo trovato le unghie che i precedenti ospiti si erano tagliati. Il porta asciugamani in bagno era pieno di polvere, credo non venisse pulito da qualche mese perché era veramente sporco. Esperienza HORROR, vivamente sconsigliato. Evitate se potete, per la stessa cifra o poco più si trova molto di meglio.

Nous avons séjournés à 4 chambres durant 3 nuits. Odeur horrible dans la chambre, fenêtre qui ne se clave pas. Certains avaient un sèche serviette, les autres non, pas de paroie de douche. Un robinet de douche à l'ancienne et sale. Le sol de la SBD avait bcp de trace. Moquette qui date un peu. Pas d'isolation pour le bruit.

Chambre correcte, ménage à revoir : des poils et des cheveux dans la baignoire et sur les murs de la salle de bain, la moquette et les murs tachés. La robineterie fuyait et la climatisation était très bruyante. L’isolation des chambres n’est pas non plus terrible. Les lits sont très mous mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

La ducha no funcionaba correctamente. Sin presión, la temperatura del agua era imposible de regular, y la mampara no impide que se salga el agua. El resto de la habitación perfecta. La cama genial, muy buena. El servicio de recepción muy bien, agradables y resolutivos. Es una pena que una estancia de 10 se quede en mejorable por algo tan importante para el viajero como una buena ducha.

Updated room, nice bed, good shower (although wet floor afterwards). But strange smell in the room. Had to open windows during night.

Nice location close to major attractions but the room wasn’t prepped well. There was a screwdriver left in the sink with rusting parts. And there was no hot water in the shower. Don’t think I’ll stay there again! Not worth how much I spent!

No flat iron. Can hear traffic. Both in corridor and out. Not ideal for light sleepers. Location is great. You’re around the action.

Op zich prima hotel. Maar het was koud en raam sluit niet goed. Het lijkt alsof raam open staat. Tocht en elk geluid van de drukke weg hoor je alsof raam open staat. Daarnaast was kamer erg klein. Moest naar mijn bed schuifelen tussen muur en bed, lukte niet zonder tv aan te raken. Van geluid kenbaar gemaakt aan de receptie, is bekend maar ze kunnen er even niets aan doen.

Room was good in budget, however washroom was a nightmare. There was no hand showers for bath, no curtains/partition for bathing area which makes the entire floor wet (even beyond the bathroom) when someone takes a bath. Room was not fully sound proof , as it is beside a running road you can expect sound whole night tram buses cars. From central area of Brussels, however it was well connected with public transport. Metro /tram/bus station was also nearby hotel.

The bed was comfortable and reception staff was helpful. Unfortunately there's a serious problem with maintenance in the hotel with broken tiles in the shower, light above the mirror in the toilet was not working, air-conditioning unity didn't work and its display flashed all night, sofa upholstery was worn off, window handle was loose, orange juice was very watery, milk from the coffee machine was very diluted and multivitamin juice was off/acid.

Nice hotel, clean and tidy. You can hear the metro running though even though this stop late at night.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Temperatureinstellung des Wassers. Es gab nur heißes Duschwasser. Ich informierte die Rezeption. Innerhalb weniger Minuten kam ein Techniker und behob den Schaden. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Hotel close to metro station Botanic and to a beautiful Cathedral. Close also to Gare du Nord.

Otelden çıkmamıza rağmen valizlerimizi bi kaç saatliğine bırakmamıza izin verdiler. Bunun için ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Bir önceki seyahatimizden geç geldiğimiz için de otele gece yarısından sonra vardık. Resepsiyondaki çalışan bizimle ilgilendi. Temiz ferah bir odası vardı. Her şey için tekrar teşekkürler

Very attentive and respectful staff, extremely clean room, extremely comfortable bed, excellent soundproofing between rooms, complete equipment for a 3-star hotel. I recommend with confidence to those who come for work or business purposes, but without the pretension of organizing meetings with partners in this location. The hotel is just a place where you can have a good rest, work on the materials you need to prepare for the purpose of your work and all this at a decent price. In conclusion, I recommend this hotel.

This is a small hotel but the room was really nice. It’s in front of the Tran/bus station and it’s about 15 minutes walking from the city center. We didn’t have any problems there and everything was fine.

北駅なら歩いても行ける距離にあり、小さいスーパーも近くにあり、トラムとバスの駅は目の前なので立地は悪くないです。部屋も普通のホテルです。ただブリュッセル観光で考えるとグランプラスなどは歩いて行くと少しとおいです。

Die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle ist fast vor der Haustür. Das Zimmer ist sehr dunkel, da die Beleuchtung sehr schwach ist. Insgesamt sieht das Zimmer NICHT wie auf den Fotos aus. Billige Möbel, alter Teppichboden... das Bad war schon besser. Das Hotel grenzt an das Rotlichtviertel und man sieht auch tagsüber Menschen auf den Straßen, die mit Drogen zu tun haben. Ich habe mich nicht sehr wohl in der Gegend gefühlt.

Prima kamer voor een nachtje weg. Let wel op hoe je naar het centrum loopt. Blijf op de hoofdweg. Erg veel louche figuren in de wijk tegenover het hotel.

Very friendly stuff. Good hotel with good location. There are two supermarkets in 1 minute walk. Metro station is very close to hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

A 900 mt. dal centro con la Metro a 200 mt., potrebbe essere migliore con alcune migliorie. Box doccia aperto, l'acqua va sul pavimento, un disastro. Il letto scomodo con copriletto corto sia in lunghezza che in larghezza. Colazione scarsa per quello che costa. L'arrivo é stato scioccante, la camera assegnatami era già occupata, il titolare per scusarsi, mi ha offerto la colazione.

El hotel es muy agradable, las camas son muy cómodas, el desayuno es muy bueno solo se siente algo insegura la zona sobre todo si vienes de la estación Norte al hotel, pero en general todo bien

Séjour agréable dans un hôtel moderne et confortable. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner est un peu sommaire: ni céréales, ni grille-pain - mais au moins il y a des légumes et des fruits, ce qui est très bien

Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel….het Nederlands kan veel beter…centrale ligging….goed ontbijt
