Staff were great and very helpful. Room was unfortunately a bit dated and is need of an upgrade! The kitchens in the apartments especially. Pool and gym were really nice though

I think that the hotel was a bit pricy for the service... The BB is average. The apartment haven't been cleaned during our stay. The swimming pool is a nice + but the water is cold. And what realy bother us is the error they made in their process payment : they make me pay twice and now I've to wait 10 days to get the problem solve on my bank account ^^

La réception est à l'hotel Renaissance un peu plus bas, mais rien n'est indiqué et il faut chercher et se débrouiller ! Un seul des deux ascenseurs n'a foncionné pendant notre séjour ! Le canapé lit déclaré OK à la réception n'était pas fait ! Il a fallu aller à la réception pour demander que quelqu'un vienne le faire, car au téléphone personne ne répondait ! Heureusement quelqu'un est venu rapidement ! Le lendemain matin le parking était bloqué et personne ne répondait à la réception ! Vingt minutes bloqué pour régler le problème ! A part tout cela, l'appartement est correct, mais très mal éclairé ! La piscine est à partager avec le Renaissance qui comporte 262 chambres !!

The apartment had everything as the description said, but had a carpet that smelled bad, the dishwasher didn’t work and we reported but nobody came to fix it, the light of one of the bathrooms never turned off, we just mantened the door closed. It was a property that shared the amenities with the reinassance hotel but the facilities of the apartments were old.

Une réservation faite pour accès piscine. Finalement, la piscine non gérée par l'hôtel est dans un autre bâtiment et j'apprends au dernier moment que les enfants sont interdits après 18h. La réception devait voir mais aucun retour de leur part. Ce n'est pas professionnel. 1 ascenseur en travaux donc on monte dedans avec des planches clouées sur les parois. La nuit reste allumée constamment dans les couloirs. Difficile de se repérer et de comprendre le parking car la résidence dépend de l'hôtel. Des panneaux indicatifs seraient bienvenue. Appartement pas mal dans l'ensemble. Faire attention aux petits manques comme le scotch sur le mur où était avant mis la boîte à mouchoirs. Le crochet manquant pour mettre la serviette qui repose du coup sur un clou. Le frigo plein d'eau. Il manque un torchon dans la cuisine. Le programme des chaînes est faux donc il faut chercher par soi même et toutes les chaînes promis n'y sont pas.

Goed, groot appartement. Hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de kitchenette maar wel de magno, koffie/thee apparatuur en de koelkast maar heel fijn dat het aanwezig was. Ontbijt was lekker en goed. Personeel heel aardig en klantvriendelijk. Let wel; apprtementencomplex zit niet in het hotel maar ernaast, via de garage loop je er naar toe. Maar zeer zeker te doen. Het zwembad en de fitnessruimte ook heel goed en schoon. Lieve dame bij de receptie daar. Al met al een heel goed verblijf gehad. Het OV is een paar minuutjes bij het hotel vandaan en snel.in de stad als je niet wil lopen

Carpet throughout and it is Dusty! No washing machine, just a smelly DW that barely worked. Biggest problem is, at the Marriot Apts you are treated like a second-class citizen, it is run by the Renaissance Hotel and they come first 100%. Walk outside to get to the hotel. Fire alarm goes off for 30 minutes, no one says a word, cant shut it off at the panel, they don't care, folks walking outside in their PJs and the hotel said nothing. No sharp knife in kitchen, asked 3 xs and just gave up. Parking: what a joke. I paid in full on arrival, 3 times it wouldn't open, making me late for work. Third time, I had to wait 23 Minutes to get out. World class gym is not world class, it is rusty and smelly with old equipment, pool can handle 4 people max. It is not in the same building, that building is owned by Thon apts, which are MUCH better, same money, clean new and with a washing machine in each room. Go with Thon, 1 block away. Marriot should revisit this, it is not worthy of their name.,

Accueil très moyen de la part de Francesco visiblement avare de sourires. Vite expédié, il nous a dirigé vers les ascenseurs de l'hôtel alors que nous étions dans un autre bâtiment. Au bout de 2 essais infructueux son collègue nous a indiqué que ce n'était pas les bons ascenseurs. The good: The location is excellent. The apartments are well-equipped and I had everything I needed. The gym, sauna and pool are an excellent bonus. The bad: The cleanliness could be improved - the apartment could use a deep clean to ensure corners, baseboards and vents are cleaned. My apartment was renovated except for the toilet which appeared to be from another era, so that’s a strange mix. Last, I believe I was placed in a smoking room and floor didn’t know these things still existed) and I could smell cigarette smoke from time to time. So be sure to ask for non-smoking. Check in was a complete disaster. I asked for an early checkin. When that wasn’t possible, I was asked to come back at 3PM wherein they guaranteed me to have my room ready. The room wasn’t available until almost 4PM. After a long flight in and having a guest waiting in the lobby to check in for hours, I was disappointed that they weren’t able to meet their own promise. They also failed to initiate my internet so it was just another inconvenience right off the bat.

very nice apartment in a very quiet area of Brussels Well equipped. Spacious. Very close to railway and metro train stations. Supermarkets, shops and eating choices plentiful within a 15 minute walk, Lot of mold in the bathroom. Reception is in the motel 100 metres along the street.

Several issues were raised w/the management during the stay. Primarily that the 'Executive Apartments' had bad ventilation in the halls and the apartment. The first apt shown to us was horribly run down. The second was only a little better. There was no airflow and we were advised to keep doors closed due to thefts. There was no 'housekeeping on demand' as sold in the property details. We only had housekeeping once in 5 nights despite asking for it 2 other times. The building smells of cooking. The halls are hot. The apt air conditioning did not go on, nor did the fan of the hvac. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms were cleaned well during the one housekeeping visit. There was a handy man who had to come to fix a light switch that was busted - he was nice. There was another who brought a remote control as there were 2 tvs but only one remote. Overall, would stay somewhere else on our next visit.

The reception does not apply the same policy everytime and to everyone. I had 2 bookings, for the first one they asked me to pay a deposit of 100 Euros per night which they finally did not charge as I have paid the entire amount upfront. For the second booking they charged a deposit of 50 Euros per day even if I also paid in full upfront.

Much better than other reviews would lead you to believer. If you are traveling with a large family, this is a good property. It was clean and in good order. The apartment was mostly quiet although the party in the apartment above us made noise well past 2:00 in the morning. Two blocks from Luxembourg station, 20 min walk to Grand Place.

Hôtel bien situé. Les appartements sont agencés correctement même s'ils ont un peu vieilli. Le principal problème vient de l'isolation phonique très médiocre : bruits de la rue et des chambres et couloirs qui jouxtent la chambre. L'utilisation du parking sous terrain est peu pratique pour les hôtes des appartements, pas de service directement dans le bâtimennt des appartements : peu pratique.

The hotel is very well located and the rooms are big, however, the furniture is kind of outdated, the carpets are not very clean. The reception does not apply the same policy everytime and to everyone. I had 2 bookings, for the first one they asked me to pay a deposit of 100 Euros per night which they finally did not charge as I have paid the entire amount upfront. For the second booking they charged a deposit of 50 Euros per day even if I also paid in full upfront.

The good: The location is excellent. The apartments are well-equipped and I had everything I needed. The gym, sauna and pool are an excellent bonus. The bad: The cleanliness could be improved - the apartment could use a deep clean to ensure corners, baseboards and vents are cleaned. My apartment was renovated except for the toilet which appeared to be from another era, so that’s a strange mix. Last, I believe I was placed in a smoking room and floor didn’t know these things still existed) and I could smell cigarette smoke from time to time. So be sure to ask for non-smoking. Check in was a complete disaster. I asked for an early checkin. When that wasn’t possible, I was asked to come back at 3PM wherein they guaranteed me to have my room ready. The room wasn’t available until almost 4PM. After a long flight in and having a guest waiting in the lobby to check in for hours, I was disappointed that they weren’t able to meet their own promise. They also failed to initiate my internet so it was just another inconvenience right off the bat.

I was overcharged twice in the breakfast. For two days we olny went two of us to take breakfast on each day and they chrged me for three people on each day. I really hope they will review it and will return it back. Also everyday elevator was broken. First day almost at 9pm they came to prepare the sofa bed and this because we complained at the front desk. I feel like my money was stolen in front of my face. Very unpleasant experience.

I wish staff & service do better job. I booked this hotel few months in advance for family vacation with young kids and senior family members and requested for early checking due my early arrival and there wasn't any response from hotel which we've expected everything is all set. However the room was not ready when we've arrived and finally we was able to check in just few minutes before 4pm. I wish hotel staff is better handling client requested instead of silent then ignore.

Several issues were raised w/the management during the stay. Primarily that the 'Executive Apartments' had bad ventilation in the halls and the apartment. The first apt shown to us was horribly run down. The second was only a little better. There was no airflow and we were advised to keep doors closed due to thefts. There was no 'housekeeping on demand' as sold in the property details. We only had housekeeping once in 5 nights despite asking for it 2 other times. The building smells of cooking. The halls are hot. The apt air conditioning did not go on, nor did the fan of the hvac. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms were cleaned well during the one housekeeping visit. There was a handy man who had to come to fix a light switch that was busted - he was nice. There was another who brought a remote control as there were 2 tvs but only one remote. Overall, would stay somewhere else on our next visit.

C'est la première fois que je laisse un tel commentaire au sujet d'un établissement. Pour un quatre étoile, tout est à revoir au niveau du service d'accueil. L'établissement ainsi que les chambres sont corrects mais certains membres du personnel (service d'accueil) et de la hiérarchie (Clément A.) manque grandement de professionnalisme et semblent être dépassés par les dérives de l'hôtel. Il m'a été expliqué qu'il était possible de séjourner dans une chambre d'hôtel où la porte principale ne se fermait pas. Une fois fermée, il suffisait de la pousser (sans utiliser le badge qui sert à l'ouvrir) sans effort de l'extérieur pour qu'elle s'ouvre (insécurité totale). On était donc contraint de rester dans la chambre et toutes les activités prévues n'ont pu être effectuées. Bien qu'ayant souligné le problème à l'un des membres de la hiérarchie (Clément A.), aucun geste de compensation de sa part n'a été proposé...Cette situation semblait normale et acceptable!

Personnel agréable et courtois. Endroit tranquille, à deux pas du parlement européen, 5 min du parc du cinquantenaire. Autobus facile d’accès depuis la place du luxembourg, à côté de l’hôtel. Bref, belle expérience pour nous.

very nice apartment in a very quiet area of Brussels Well equipped. Spacious. Very close to railway and metro train stations. Supermarkets, shops and eating choices plentiful within a 15 minute walk, Lot of mold in the bathroom. Reception is in the motel 100 metres along the street.

Goed, groot appartement. Hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de kitchenette maar wel de magno, koffie/thee apparatuur en de koelkast maar heel fijn dat het aanwezig was. Ontbijt was lekker en goed. Personeel heel aardig en klantvriendelijk. Let wel; apprtementencomplex zit niet in het hotel maar ernaast, via de garage loop je er naar toe. Maar zeer zeker te doen. Het zwembad en de fitnessruimte ook heel goed en schoon. Lieve dame bij de receptie daar. Al met al een heel goed verblijf gehad. Het OV is een paar minuutjes bij het hotel vandaan en snel.in de stad als je niet wil lopen

I think that the hotel was a bit pricy for the service... The BB is average. The apartment haven't been cleaned during our stay. The swimming pool is a nice + but the water is cold. And what realy bother us is the error they made in their process payment : they make me pay twice and now I've to wait 10 days to get the problem solve on my bank account ^^

So I went in summer of 2026. Property is getting remodeled or painted idk. But we first got checked into this nice apartment hotel. But the AC didn't work and the fridge door didn't fully close. Originally called for extra pillows and how to work the AC. I love sleeping with lot of pillows. But when I called. They told me sorry you're in the wrong room. You need to go to a different room. I just checked in. What do you mean im in the wrong room? You guys assigned me this room. Also I arrived really early. I waited patiently in the lobby. And you guys still messed up? I don't understand. But whatever. I was to tired and wanted to rest. They had a laundry room. Great. But washers took FOREVER to wash. And driers had to go 3 rounds to dry.
